Found this place through a google search and made an appointment same day! Online scheduling was easy and once I got there they diagnosed the problem and fixed it within half an hour. Just a simple screen replacement, but saved me from having to buy a brand new phone.
Kenny went far and above my expectations and got my old phone fixed. He tried several things and worked really hard to correct a difficult situation. Thanks guys!
When the 2018 battery for our riding mower could no longer do the job in 2025, a fully-charged replacement was readily found at the local Batteries Plus Bulbs shop, at a very reasonable price, and with excellent service! I will definitely shop there, next time.
I lost one of the bolts for my mower’s battery terminal. I looked all over town for a replacement, but it was a weird size/shape and no one had it. I called Battery Plus, and he said he may have one. I came in, and the gentleman helped me go through a ton of used bolts until we found the right one. No charge. Really appreciate the help!
This place is the only place I will go now for any needs that I should have. A service associate Warren, went above and beyond to help me with a stranded car without a programmed key. He even walked across the street to the transmission place a few minutes away to program my key. We have to go back once more and he was so kind to help. There was nothing in it for him. He did it to be helpful. Great place. I have had my battery replaced in key fob there before and they always help. Adam was always cheerful when I had to call back a few times. The manager (Derrick) went above and beyond when he drove to the transmission place, because I forgot to sign a paper.
Great selection of products and knowledgeable staff to help you navigate them. More than once they helped me get out of a pinch. Nothing beats a specialty store and this one is done well.
We had my husband's screen replaced for his S24 Ultra (through Assurant with TMobile), and the service was quick, and the screen looks amazing! Within a little over an hour, he had his phone back in his hand. They were great here!
Took my iPhone in for a charger port repair. I figured it was damaged beyond use. They clean the port and it was good to go. They did not charge me a cent. Highly recommend if you need any phone repair.
The phone gets answered, our questions get answered in a very professional manner, they always have what I need, they always provide additional information to provide longevity to our solutions, and most of all they never get into a high-pressure sales ideology.

I was travelling and needed an iPhone repaired. Adam at Batteries Plus Bulbs did a really fantastic job of getting this done. He was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly, and he delivered really excellent customer service.
I went to get my battery changed in my key fobs for my van and he said I have only 1 fob with battery replacement warranty. When I told no sir why would I get a warranty for 1 and not the other and he stated using a bad language at me like I am not a customer I am not going to be using batteries plus any more even though I have my both cars under warranty with them it is shame for the batteries plus to have a manager like this handle the store he is violent so I just want to give you guys a heads up if you go into the store be careful of this guy and don’t take kids in this store
I had my phone battery replaced in my iPhone 8 last Tuesday. The customer service was fine and the employees were pleasant, but my battery is still dying at the rate it did before. I’m a little frustrated, because it took over four hours to charge and could even last another four with the brand new battery. The back of my phone is also
Starting to heat up after visiting them and idk what to do. I don’t have money for a diagnostics or anything of that sort. I was told my battery would last longer than previous. It looses almost a percentage a minute whenever I am on it. This is frustrating to me and idk why this is happening.

Even though there was a rough patch with my car (camry), they stayed so sweet, and took such good care of me and I had my little one with me and they were just super super nice .

Fiat 500X battery change. Negative terminal had partially melted into clamp. Real problem removing.

Without his assistance, I have my doubts that battery would have made it out in one piece. Installation of the new battery was a breeze!

Want to give a big shout out to the staff at this location, especially Matt Troxel. I was on a business trip in another state had phone repair done by a BPB there, nightmare, was unable to use phone for 3 days while traveling home. I was very frustrated. Went in showed Matt my receipt from the repair done at other location just 4 days prior, told him the story. He said he would look at it and would take a cpl of hours. LESS then one hour later he had the phone back up and running and was so professional. I couldn't thank him enough. Not only did Matt save the BPB reputation(ruined by other location) but has got my business going forward for all my cell phone repair and battery needs. Had to share this story. Thanks again.
Placed online order & within minutes the store called to confirm. Wanted to verify & let me know it would take a week for delivery but that I may have ordered wrong ones. They were correct & had the right ones in stock. Purchase from website was transferred & pick up was easy. They unloaded the 6 old & loaded the 6 new. Great customer service!
Easy, comfortable, had the auto battery I needed. Got no contact curbside delivery. Took my old battery out of the back of my vehicle, and left the new one. Great job. Friendly service. No hassle shop.
I wasn't able to get my phone screen repaired on the day it was scheduled, but they did give me a discount for the inconvenience. I came in the next day and they were able to replace the screen quickly and all was complete over my lunch break. Would definitely recommend!
I got my Samsung S8 screen and back fixed here. It cost me $294. I don't know what the usual cost is, but I thought this might help.
They also changed my car key battery for "like $4" a quote from the employee there. I didn't pay as much attention to the exact amount since my overall bill was heart stopping.
I have went twice to Batteries Plus Bulbs, to have my battery replaced in my phone {two different phones}. Excellent service & if you make appointment online not only is it quick, you get $10 off. Very nice, trustworthy people & I highly recommend.
Great Place to have a cell phone repaired. Honest, fast and not expensive. If you schedule an appointment on line, you will receive a $10 coupon towards the repair. So my new battery was only $48 including sales tax.
The staff was friendly and thoughtful. It was COLD and windy. I needed my battery replaced in my van. Phil got the job done quickly. He cleaned the terminals as there was corrosion. Then administered corrosion prevention after installing the new battery. My hero for the day! Thank you! I have one less thing to concern me for a while! Also, the price was quite reasonable. I’ll be returning to this store for other battery and bulb needs.
I took my phone in to get the battery changed. I called in ahead to see the cost and time it would take to do it. I set an appointment for the same day and took it in. They had the phone for the time they said and told me to just charge it for 12 hours tonight. That was wrong and it killed the battery. I took it back in they said it will take a few days to get another battery in. I said ok Ill bring it back then. I brought it back and they replaced it again. I is still dyeing half way through the day. So I called to complain again and the employee hinted it is most likely the brand of battery they put in the phone and he would have the manger call me. He has not.
Update. The manager never called I clear my apps and shut everything off in the background and my phone from 7:30 am at 100% is at 30% at 12:30. $60 wasted. Plus they damaged the back of my phone.
Very Pleased. I found a new battery for our car at a very good price. The store personnel were very helpful and friendly. When I went in, the two sales/service people were extremely busy and taking turns assisting clients and installing batteries. In total, it took less than one-half hour to purchase and have the battery installed, even though there were 9 or 10 customers in the store at the time.
Marshall went above and beyond to help me. He gave me a great deal, walked the 2 heavy batteries to my truck and arranged help for me on install. I'll never go anywhere else again!! <3 I just lost my husband a few months ago, this sort of thing was usually his department. It's nice to know there are still good people out there willing to help. :') <3 if I could give more than 5 stars I would!
Workers were great-very friendly and prompt. Sadly, that is where it ends. I put off posting this as I really did like the customer service, and hoped the screen issues would work itself out, but the fact is my phone has been awful since taking it here to get my screen repaired. Worked better with a shattered screen. I can't speak for their other services but I would strongly recommend going elsewhere for screen repairs. I gave them 2 stars for customer service
