When you need just about any auto part this is the place to go. Reasonable prices and for a change knowledgeable people who actually help you. They didn't have the part I was looking for but it only took 1 day for them to get it for me.

I had a fantastic experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts thanks to Jonathan, who installed a set headlights for me. He was extremely courteous, respectful, and courteous. The best O'Reilly store in town! The manager and staff are exemplary! I've been a loyal customer for quite awhile. My father (he's getting up there in age!) needed a battery and some other parts for his car. I took him to O'Reilly's, where they treated him so very well. I've come to expect this from this store, and was not disappointed! When you need automotive parts, and maybe a hand installing them, go to this O'Reilly's!

Helpful guys with a broad range of knowledge, factual, unassuming, and friendly. Out front in of this store appears to be an unofficial car club/show, evenings, especially weekends, local gearheads assemble here and show off their rides, rev engines, and leave a little rubber behind at times.

Pat, the only person working, would not lift a finger to help. Then I heard him arguing with another customer on the phone. Customer service is non-existent at O'Reilly's.

Went here to buy a battery which they stated they couldn’t install in a Cross Trek due to its location. Decided to leave and go one minute down the road to Advance Auto Parts who not only installed it but gave us a 15% discount.

I know I can trust these guys with both my wallet and my car and will drive the extra distance to go to this specific store. When I went in today, every single person had a mask on (except a visibly medically exempt customer). More below. The employees at this store are always very helpful and friendly (some have RBF but don't be put off by that). They remember customers and genuinely want to help you keep your vehicle running as well and as long as possible. If it is a product or service not offered by O'Reilly's, they'll give recommendations on where to go. They know their stuff and will be honest on whether a cheaper product will work or if it is better to go with a more expensive one depending on the situation and time you need the fix to last (Aaron told me that a spark plug type is known to fail way faster in my car so I save money in the long run and my car runs more smoothly by picking the one that was almost twice the price, quick google search confirms everything he said with video evidence of difference in idling). If there are known groups of parts to change all at once, they will double check that you didn't want/need the other part(s) when you check out (I forgot to grab an oil filter when changing my oil and Pat reminded me, saving me a trip). As a female going into an auto parts store, I always worry about having issues like someone trying to sell me the wrong part or unnecessary replacement parts, speaking to me like a child while explaining things when I ask questions, acting like I haven't done research when I have, etc.. I have never once had any of that happen at this location and that is HUGE to me.

I needed a new turn signal so I called the lady who answered was very knowledgeable and helped me out with no problem they held my light for me till I was able to come pick it up staff was super nice I will definitely be going back for my car needs!

I love O Reilly's but not this one. Definitely a staff attitude and knowledge problem here. Need to keep the teenagers behind the counter in check. I will drive all the way to the one on the other side of town even though this one is down the block from me.

I buy most of my repair parts at O'Reilly. They have a good warranty program and decent pricing. Some stuff you pay a little more for but the service outweighs the price compared to the other big 2.

If you're needing help on finding a part and not exactly sure what you'll need, this location is a great one for that help. Ask for Ken and he'll take care of you, and if something needs corrected after the fact, he will be sure to make it right. I will always go to this auto parts store in the lafayette area.

This afternoon Ken went above and beyond to try and help me locate a part for my Jeep Renegade. He called every parts store in the area while I was on the phone trying to find the part and then he even tried calling a friend of his at the local dealership to see if he could get the part even though the dealership was closed. No luck in the end, but really appreciate Ken's efforts.

Ken. Was a great help Saturday, I had to replace my sway bar linkages and he stayed after work and helped me find the right parts and the best deal. He was very polite and a bunch of help strongly recommend using this o'Reillys, thanks man

Ken from this store actually came out on his off time to help me out with a brake job i was doing. he had a smile on his face the whole time and was very polite. he went above and beyond the standard customer service needed to make sure I'd be back on the road. My new permanent home for my automotive needs.

After going to Advanced for a o2 sensor and they told me it would be 3 days before they could get it in, i ran down the road to O'reillys and dealt with Ken, they didn't have it either but could have it ro me by 3pm the same day and to top it off it was cheaper than Advanced. Thanks Ken i will be back to deal with you in the future.

If I could give a negative rating I would. Very poor customer service skills. Needed a battery , have always dealt with oreillys so I purchased one knowing they would install since my husband was out of town, after getting jump started and to the store they confirmed battery was bad, but they could sell me one but not install it because "company policy" if it's under certain temperature they can't be outside more than 5 min....I bought the battery and found a wonderful shop to install it. After calling oreillys to complain I found there is no company policy like that. They just didn't want to install a battery in the cold this morning....won't visit here again.
