Dishonest service provider! We spoke to Pearson on Tuesday and he told us $301 to get the car. If we picked it up on Wednesday it would be $331, $30/day. We picked the car up today and he charged us $536. And couldn't explain the $200 increase in price for 2 days. How did the charge almost double? They take advantage of people
Extremely rude on the phone, snapped at me and hung up. Ridiculously high and predatory pricing. Charged me an additional $68 for "after hours" fee on a Saturday, despite their hours being listed as 24/7 on Saturdays.
Rude on the phone and no respect for customer's time. Called ahead and asked to retrieve our belongings after a car wreck, and they told us to be there before noon. Got there and no one was here. So we called and they said 15 to 20 more minutes because they were in Battleground. No one is here tending to the lot.
Expensive and if your trying to get your vehicle out you will have to wait because no one is there through out the day which is against the impound law article 995-305. To be an established impound someone must be there during business hours
I was very appreciative of their service. They promised to be there when they could and called to inform us when they were free to pick up our jeep. Very smooth transaction.
Completely unprofessional. My car was impounded, called the next morning to find out how much it would be to get it out of impound & the man pretty much YELLED at me telling me they’ve gotten 7 phone calls about this car & no one’s came to pick it up. (This was my first time calling about the car) We go to pick the car up, and during conversation the man working there said the n-word about 3 times.
My truck broke down in Lafayette, IN and I needed towed on a Saturday morning. The only shop open and available to work on my bobtail semi was in Pendleton, IN. I called two tow truck companies and they were not available until Monday. One of them gave me Pearson's number. I called him and told him the situation. He showed up very quickly and had my truck ready to tow in no time. Excellent service and a more than fair price. It was great dealing with an honest person and hard worker.
Have worked with Richard and have need him to tow my vehicles before whenever I have something brake. One of the most knowledgeable guys in the field. Will always recommend him to anyone.
Pearson recovery service has to be one of the worst towing service ive ever had came across before. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time to get ahold of. They promised to tow my vehicle twice and never showed up. After wasting two days of my time not doing there job i finally get ahold of them and the man on the phone, Richard was rude as hell and basically told me to screw off. He should stick to the other name for richard its much more fitting.
