We called Matt out for a seized lugnut and a serious flat. The plan was to tow the car to a shop to get it fixed. Matt worked the lugnut loose, plugged the tire and aired it up, all in about 15 minutes.
I called them, based upon their overall reviews (4.9 !), and was not disappointed. They were prompt, handled my towing situation to my satisfaction, and very reasonably priced. I would recommend them. Thank you.

Needed a extra truck for some help on a recovery in the early hours this morning, this company has always told me if I ever needed extra hands to give them A call he was on scene within minutes treated my customer, as if it was his own Customer. He had the proper tools in his truck to help with the job all in all experience five out of five Definitely made a good friend in the same industry as myself would call him back for help at any time and he’ll be there! If I could give zero stars I would. I came to this area for vacation and to visit old friends. I needed my vehicle towed from the hotel parking lot at the Quality Inn Suites.
When this guy initially pulled up to complete the job he hopped out like a cheerleader instantly snapping pictures and wanting signatures. Really playing the part and kind.
I highly respect owner operators. I’m a heavy equipment operator myself!
I let him know that I needed to do one last sweep of the vehicle. (I did not receive a call confirming that this guy was nearby). The key fob to my vehicle was left upstairs on accident. I had to go and get it.
I call the local Mercedes Benz of Lafayette dealership to talk with the service representative again. As I’m having a conversation with the dealership, this guy is listening in. ( Mind you I’m from out of town and here on vacation.)
The lady answering the front desk phone calls at the Mercedes Benz tries to tell me what insurance they will or won’t accept!) I needed to remind her that it wasn’t her job. Plus she was holding me up from getting my vehicle towed.
This Mikey guy or whatever decided to begin raising his ramp to the truck to leave. I asked him if everything was okay, he responded yes. In the next breath this guy was hauling a$$ to hurry and get in his truck to get away from me. I asked him his name and I was trying to get the name of the truck.
As I took the picture this guy says go ahead and take the picture the company is mine!!! I’m really the only tow truck driver in the area plus I choose whom I decide to help. And sped off.
This isn’t a revenge review. This is a review to be sure that the general public knows how this owner operator of this company works. The last thing I would want is a family of 5 or whomever left out in the cold because you have folks like this guy out there. I don’t know him from paint.
I wasn’t combative towards him. I shared with him that I was going through my insurance company for the towing and ended up getting sped off on. It was truly a wow experience.

When my Mini had a flat on the Purdue campus I called Foltzy's and then had a truck to my location in 15 minutes. They found a screw embedded in the tire, repaired the tire on the spot, and had me on my way in less than 20 minutes. Wonderful service!
These guys showed up before the scheduled time, had a nice clean truck for me to ride in, and took great care of me to help me get my truck in the right place so I could fix it. These guys know how to take care of their clients.

Faced with a dead battery, I used my insurance company’s app to schedule a jumpstart. Foltzy’s Roadside Rescue arrived a 1/2 hour ahead of the ETA window I was given and had everything ready to go before I even had to go outside. My car started quickly. But Matt went beyond the jumpstart. He advised me how long to leave it running, suggested three auto parts stores where I could have my battery, starter, and alternator tested for free, and how to choose a battery if the test indicated I needed one. I’d call Foltzy’s first every time.
I can’t recommend this company enough! I was incredibly stressed about my car, but Jerry came to the rescue and completely put me at ease. He was not only professional but also extremely friendly and reassuring. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I felt confident in the process. His kindness and expertise made a stressful situation so much more manageable. Jerry from Foltzy’s helped me on a chilly morning when my car refused to start. Initially thinking I needed a tow to replace my starter, Jerry successfully jumped my car and encouraged me to go get my battery, alternator, and starter tested. Thanks to the advice, I learned nothing needed to be replaced and my car just struggled with the weather that particular night, avoiding a trip to a mechanic.

I wasn't able to assist a relative who broke down in Lafayette since I live far away, so I contacted Foltzy's Towing. They were incredibly kind and helpful. First they tried to jump start the vehicle, then tested the starter and quickly identified the issue. They then towed the vehicle to their shop, repaired it and had them back on the road in just 2-3 hours. The staff was friendly, their prices were fair, and they were very responsive. Overall, it was a 5-star experience!

Great company! They made a terrible Friday so much better! Friendly, courteous, great at their job! Had me laughing by the time they were dropping my car off. Had to call them two weeks later to have my truck towed from one shop to the other and they had it done within a few hours. Can’t say enough about this company! Highly recommend!
Recently had a nail in tire which caused it to go flat in the Purdue C parking lot. I thought that a tow is needed, so I had my insurance assign me Foltzy's and oh my where do I begin. The guy got here way way before ETA and repaired my tire on the spot. This is the best experience I had so far with a roadside/tow company.
Absolutely incredible!!! My insurance company gave me a 90 minute estimated time and they were there within 8 minutes. They were extremely kind and helpful in getting my car to the repair shop. Definitely call them if you need anything they are the best!! Unfortunately I don’t know who the guys were that helped me but whoever you are thank you, you are the best!
