I had a very good experience with both Mike and Thomas. I spent more time with Mike and he was very accommodating in helping me learn the details of my car ‘s operation. There were some problems getting me a second fob, but with my son’s intervention and his previous acquaintanceship with the gm, Todd Dunwoody, we were able to work those out. I also dealt with an assistant manager. I believe his name was Chris. These interactions were not satisfying. He told me he had taken his fob to Walmart, took out the key inside and had a new regular key made. I went to Walmart and then to Ace and they both said that was impossible unless I wanted a new fob at a cost of several hundred dollars. He also said if he needed a new fob, it would cost him as much as it would me. I doubt that. Having said all that, I truly love my car. I will return to Rohrman’s for service and also when I want to update my CR-V. I will hopefully be able to deal with Mike and Thomas again.

Friendly and kind those are words that describe those at Lafayette Rohrman Honda. Never was I pressured and the whole experience went smoothly. CAITLYN was there to answer all my questions and concerns. No one was ever stuffy or overbearing just smiles and kindness. Thank you Caitlyn and those at Lafayette Honda for treating me like family.

Great experience! Anthony Ramirez the service advisor was very helpful from the start. He listened to my concerns, and was very friendly. He kept me informed every step of the way, and made the process very easy. My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner, and done right. Great job!

Justin Curry is amazing, super knowledgable about every vehicle and all features. He is genuine and not a pushy salesman. Alexandria in the service department is extremely friendly. I accidentally booked my appointment for the wrong location, and she was quick and able to get me in. 10/10 on customer service and experience.

Rohrman Honda service department is awesome and went above and beyond, I knew something wasn’t right with my front bumper, and they actually took the time to look in to it and found a broken piece that holds it on. I had been battling with the dealership we purchased it new from this year (Hare Honda) and they did nothing but continue to blame my wife and I for hitting something and basically putting the blame on us and we knew that wasn’t the case. Thank you to Adam Adrian and Xion for taking care of me and actually spending time on it! You’ve gained a customer for a very long time!

Service department apparently lying. I went in for regular service on my HR-V recently. The day before the service, the low tire pressure light showed up. Since it has been close to a year since I added air to tires, I thought this is just normal. I mentioned this when I checked in. During the service, I was told that one tire has a nail in it, and they can fix it for $45. Since my Sam's Club membership covers this, I asked which tire it was and told them I would fix it elsewhere. When I brought it to Sam's Club, they checked and told me that they checked all 4 tires, and none has any nail in them. It has been a couple of days since then, and the low tire pressure did not show up again. I have always felt that the Bob Rohrman dealer services are way more expensive than elsewhere; however, I did not expect that they would lie to me to get more money out of me.

Staff is awesome. We bought 2 cars and got good value for trades as well as fair pricing for the new vehicles. Only complaint is both cars had dirty interiors.

I have never had a problem with this location personally but I also hardly ever bring my vehicle here. Within my time being here waiting on my car I watched 2 different female service writers both run 2 different vehicles front lips into the curb while parking. One of these two ladies is also LYING to a customer's face telling her that her vehicles PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE is 100% required and needed by the vehicle. I understand servicing a vehicle for longevity and recommend service plans, but pressuring a customer and telling her repeatedly that "her vehicles is telling her that it 100% needs done" when it's just preventative is crazy to me. Do they make commissions like sales? Because scare tactics in service is something I haven't seen at least from a dealer before. All in all, after I get my problems taken care of I will NEVER be doing business with this service department ever again. The lack of care that I've seen for other peoples vehicles and the outright lying to customers WITHIN JUST AN HOUR needs to be addressed by management and fixed. Very disappointed with what I saw today.

I received a mass text. Because my number was used by a past customer. Chad Wetz was polite, and courteous. Promised to remove my number. Didn't attempt to sell me anything. He accepted the mistake and promised to make it right. This is the attitude you want from salesman.

My son-in-law purchased a used vehicle from your dealership less than a month ago, along with an extended warranty. Shortly after driving it home, the tire pressure light came on. He returned the vehicle to the dealership, and after approximately three hours, he was told nothing was wrong. The next issue was that the vehicle would not start, despite having fuel. He attempted to resolve the issue by charging and then replacing the battery, but the problem persisted. The vehicle ultimately had to be towed to the dealership. The warranty states towing is covered within 50 miles; the vehicle was located 44–47 miles away, yet he was charged $325 because he was told it exceeded the mileage limit. At the dealership, he was informed the battery had been installed incorrectly, then told it was the wrong type of battery, and finally that the issue was due to the key not being synced with the vehicle. Considering that the key was provided by the dealership at the time of purchase, this explanation is concerning. It is very disappointing that a vehicle purchased less than a month ago, with a warranty, has experienced multiple issues and that the dealership has not provided adequate support.

Ethan and Jason were great to work with in getting a vehicle. Ethan and I texted for a couple weeks due to some personal issues preventing me from coming in. Finally, when I was able to, and met him in person, we were able to find the vehicle I wanted right away and test drive. I ended up getting it and with some great financing help from Jason. I was not expecting kn driving away in a new car, but im very happy I did!

I was asked to give Rohrman auto sales another chance and I am glad I did! My first experience was the worst I originally went to Rhorman Hyundai in 2022 and Got a jeep! Well my family is growing and I needed something bigger! I came into Rohrman Honda and Ethan has been so helpful and did everything asked! He knows the true meaning of customer service and what it means to go above and beyond for his clients! Best experience I ever had purchasing a new vehicle that fits my needs! The finance department was on top of everything I was looking for in interest and keeping around the same price I paid monthly on the jeep I traded in! There was a long crack in the windshield when we got it and they are fixing it! I love my KIA Sedona! It's a family vehicle! Thank you all so much! Look forward to going back in the future!

I went in on July 3, 2025 to purchase a brand new 2025 Honda Civic Sport. I dealt with Randy Lewis and he made the process very smooth for me. Usually buying a car is nerve wrecking, but I felt at ease. The people that work here are very honest and truly care about their customers and aren't pushy. They're very transparent about everything. If you're looking for a new vehicle, I highly recommend coming here. Ask for Randy.

I waited some time to leave my review. I feel like it’s important to let other people know what’s being done by the finance department. Our salesman was great. The experience was fine outside of me being lied to. I leased my truck. I get a new vehicle every year to every other year. I do not get any add ons be it warranty’s or service contracts because they never get used. I relay this information because I just want the vehicle with no add ons. I went to sign my documents and I saw that there was an add on for 2,400$. It said key replacement. It’s what they group their tire/dent repair/windshield repair warranty under. I said I don’t want that. He told me, verbatim.. “Oh no, the dealership pays for that on leased vehicles. Even if I took that off right now your payment won’t change”. I said then where in the contract does it negate this amount? He said im telling you we pay for it. Flash forward a few months I contact Honda financial to see if he was lying. He was lying. It was added on. I canceled it. I also now have to wait until lease end to get the money returned. Please do not listen to them when they tell you that you aren’t paying for it or it’s covered by the dealership. How many other customers have been told this? Please go to another dealership. Prior to coming here I went to Penske. It’s a volume dealer and they don’t scam you like this with add on BS.

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Bob Rohrman Honda in December 2024 with just under 37,000 miles. At the time, I was told the car’s maintenance was up to date. Fast forward to June 2025, I brought it in for service at just over 44,000 miles, and the service report came back with multiple “fails.” I was told this was due to the vehicle’s age and because it had over 30,000 miles—criteria that would have applied when I bought it. I asked why the car was considered acceptable for sale under those same conditions just six months ago, but no one could give me a clear answer. Instead, I was told to “reach out to my salesman,” who has not yet responded to my attempt to contact him. It’s frustrating to feel like the standards change depending on whether you’re buying or servicing a car. I expected more consistency and accountability from a dealership of this size. A customer should be able to trust a dealership, but this experience has shown me that Bob Rohrman does not deserve that trust.

I recently had my car serviced at Bob Rohrman Honda, and I wanted to give a shout-out to Aaron for making the experience so enjoyable. Even though I was just there for maintenance, Aaron was incredibly helpful and attentive. He explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the service plan. It's rare to find such great customer service, especially when you're not buying a new car! Thanks, Aaron, for your excellent work!

Pleasant car buying experience at Bob Rohrman Honda. Reviewed cars online and was contacted by Ethan. We arranged a time for me to come and drive a couple of different ones. I made my selection at an agreed price. Was able to drive it home that same day. There was no high pressure sales tactics used. Would purchase again from Bob Rohrman Honda.

Sean, the salesman at Bob Rohrman Honda, is very professional and very helpful. I am out of state and he took care of everything I needed without the inconvenience of having to make multiple trips there. Also the price I received for my vehicle Sean worked with me to make sure I received a great price for the vehicle! I am still blown away by how welcomed I felt, convenient, professional and the price of the vehicle! I highly recommend Sean. I usually do not write reviews but I had to because this was extraordinary. If anyone is looking for a vehicle do not hesitate, ask to speak to Sean. Highly recommend.

Very happy with my experience Justin was able to find me the exact car I had been wanting in the exact color I had been wanting and was able to get it secured for me before it was even done being built at the factory! Excellent service every time this is my 4th Honda that I have gotten from here.
