I have received many parts from Lafayette Auto Supply. Best personnel in the game. The availability of parts, frequent deliveries, quality aftermarket & OEM selections and excellent prices make this company a go-to for us.
Best place in town and better than buying online. To let the person know that gave this place a bad review. If you call them they usually are helping customers in the store and are to busy to answer phone. If you would have gone in in person you would have had dramatically different results in a good way.
I believe they have a job requirement that states you have to be rude to work there. I've been going there for years because it was right down the road, but I'm done being treated with no respect. Someone posted that they have parts for anything, that is 100 percent not true. Another person stated that they go out of their way to help you, that also is 100 percent not true. If you have a need for a part, contact the company that made your product and they will ship it to your house. If it seems expensive they will provide the part number for you, then you can search Google and find the best deal. They also have excellent customer service skills. These people need to be trained on how to best deal with paying customers. Treat people with respect!
I went in there with a bolt from a John Deere riding mower, and even though I didn't have the model number, and they don't sell parts for John Deere, they found one that will work. They have parts for everything.
