Update since they decided to comment scam below I will post the price they said for just 1 thing . And then the price I got the work done for at beachers for everything that needed done.

I recommend Beachers Garage in Denver Indiana, FANTASTIC, good pricing, well kept building and very nice and he is very respectful. For what would’ve costed us over $5,000 for everything we needed done, just the oil cooler assembly (where they said our leak was coming from) was 3,032.67$ at becks with the rest of the work it would’ve been close to 5,000 or more. Beacher charged 1,320$ thats including labor. And oil cooler being 520$! (Which was what was leaking) He is not money hungry and has been doing it for over 30 years, knows what he’s talking about and gets it done in a good time! I am a long time customer at Beck's. You get a firm quote and explanation before any work is done, and that work will be well done. They do a free general inspection of your vehicle to identify problems you may not be aware of (remedying those problems is optional). If you want reliable, fair auto repair, use Beck's Auto Center.

Got a few things fixed on my truck. There were definitely some hiccups along the way, but even with all the frustration, the shop made sure to make everything right. A little disappointed I wasn’t offered any reimbursement for Ubers or the cars they have to loan out while your vehicle is being worked on (they advertise this on the website and other areas). My vehicle was in their possession for 6 days, and I had to figure out transportation on my own. But, other than that. Great people, great service, and I will be back if needed in the future!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They did not listen to me, tried to sell me fixes I did not need. My car wouldn't start and was towed there by AAA. After keeping my car for 5 days I ended up spending $600 for them to replace a $250 battery. Avoid this garage at all costs. Micheal was condescending, rude and sexist.

I took my 2015 GMC Acadia to Beck auto center Farabee, the advisor Breanna and technician Gary were excellent to work with very knowledgeable and very helpful.
Gary did a thorough job on our vehicle and I Highly recommend Beck Auto service they are very dedicated and knowledgeable and they do very good work. It’s been a very long time my vehicle has been serviced to the extent it was when I took it to Beck’s. I’ll definitely take my vehicle no where else but to Becks!!

I had a good experience with Beck’s. My son is a student at Purdue and his truck was not heating in the winter. They provided a window of time where they could quickly diagnose and then got him a ride back to his apartment. They also did a free inspection which identified some items to be taken care of in the future. Good communication.as well

Beck's recently did some work on my car and they were absolutely fantastic. Chad was my service advisor and he was amazing throughout the whole process. He answered any questions I had, kept me updated through every step of the way, and kept a very friendly and helpful attitude the entire time.

I love the email updates! This is the ONLY way to mechanic! Who wants to listen to someone mumble around struts, compression, coils, and other odd terms? They quickly set me up to check out my suspension issue, had initially given me all the quotes on what they might attempt, alignment, diagnosis; next day I was surprised to find an entire email detailing their recommended work. The value is right between your basic good ole boy and a stealership. Fair enough, glad to have not only a highly recommended shop option but an enjoyable staff too. They're only missing a waiting room with weird sparkling water and Aldi beverages in a cooler!

Customer service was excellent & issue was fixed within five business days. The only concern is my paperwork said I another problem and it wasn’t explained to me. I also needed a specific oil change & it wasn’t brought to my attention so I paid for the original service and still had to get another service done before I took my car. I used a coupon for the first amount when I could have used it towards the entire payment.

Someone told me these folks were the best. I guess anyone that’s been around for 50 years must be pretty great. I can’t dispute it. Fast efficient work. Kept me informed every step of the way. No pressure on trying to up-charge me. Final cost actually came in under the estimate by $200 bucks. So clearly they have integrity. I will be returning here in the future for sure.

Pro: The work was completed and it appears to have been done correctly. Also, the staff was very friendly. Breanna seems to be the knowledgeable person there.
Con: The first person I dealt with didn’t seem to have any knowledge of cars. I told him the problem. I even showed him a picture, but he didn’t have a clue what he was looking at. Breanna (see Pros) understood exactly what was going on. However, I still had to pay $80 for them to analyze the problem and admit I knew what I was talking about. Secondly, the part was over $300 more that a new one from NAPA. Combined with the “Analysis Fee”, the bill was $400 more that it should have been.
Bottom line, I’ll not return and I wouldn’t recommend them.Jan 12, 2026 -
Car broke down (Knock sensor) on my 10 hr trip south. After calling every mechanic in town to no avail. Becks stepped up and answered the call. They squeezed me in on a busy day and fixed the issue. I made it to my destination safely and I can't thank the crew at Becks Auto Center enough. If you have a breakdown and your in the area, call them first! They were very kind, very honest, kept me up to date and had me out before close. Thank you Becks!

Beck’s is my number one recommendation for mechanic and automotive repair need. They are incredibly helpful, kind, knowledgeable, explain things thoroughly without being condescending, and I trust them with any issue I have with my car. Their pricing is fair and the customer service is top tier.

I have used Becks a few times. It is refreshing how honest all of our interactions have been. They show you a detail list with pricing and go over every detail. If they encounter other issues you get a call right away.

Went to Becks for a second opinion on my vehicle and they offered the best customer service I’ve ever had at a repair shop. Everyone was friendly, they explained everything in detail, the service tech even explained the issue in detail. I will confirm to go to Becks for service, just for sake of the customer service and knowledge they shared.

Bre took great care of me. She explained all the things my Subaru need done. As the Subaru sent me a text message saying it need some work.
Bre explained each thing listed & helped me set up appointment to get the right service ASAP.

I got an oil change at the Farabee location. Excellent service. Nice people. They run good promotions and do the job well. The waiting area is small but comfortable. It wasn’t noisy and not filled with fumes, so I could get some work down while waiting. Definitely coming back.

Quick, easy, and detailed information shared every step of the repair process, and easy online methods to approve or decline service.
This trip, I asked for several services, they checked online and found out I didn’t need one of the services I requested so they called to make sure it was ok to skip it and save me the money. Things like this happen every time someone I know goes there, treating you like you would like to be treated.

MY FIRST IMPRESSION OF THIS BUSINESS BE AWARE BEFORE USING MOST RECENT COUPON . I received this coupons in the mail and decided to stop by after work since the card states “call or stop by.” I arrived at 4:55 p.m. and saw only one vehicle being serviced with several mechanics present. However, I was told I could not be helped because the shop closes at 5:30 p.m.
If customers are not accepted within a certain timeframe before closing, that information should be clearly stated on the advertisement. The issue didn’t appear to be a backlog or high volume just the time. Updating the coupon or signage would prevent customers from coming in under the impression that walk-ins are welcome until closing.( I believe it was sufficient time to compete my oil change so maybe they just didnt want my business)Nov 24, 2025 -
The establishment was neat and clean have a separate room for those that decide to wait around. All were friendly and professional. I brought my truck in for “Free Oil Change” and tire rotation for Veterans. While in the shop they also performed a multi point inspection of my truck. Which I’ve recently acquired used. It’s in good shape with minor issue with rear shocks having signs of leaking. This is great way to honor those veterans that served their country. Thank you!!

Clean, professional service! Every time I’ve brought my car in whether for an issue or regular maintenance, the technician clearly explains what’s being done and why. They never try to upsell unnecessary services, which I really appreciate. The staff is always friendly and professional. Highly recommend this place for honest, reliable car care!

Service is always great at Becks. They go over vehicle then talk with you about their findings and costs before serviced, and the level of service/parts. YOU get to decide what to service. I feel I am being taken care of by people who care.

Appreciated how everything was explained to me in detail, I was contacted throughout the entire repair process with updates, etc. Repairs were completed fast and efficiently so I wasn’t without my vehicle for an extended amount of time. Beck’s is great. Their patience and professionalism are fantastic. I purchased an older vehicle with high mileage, not realizing it came with several wear and tear issues that needed attention. Throughout the process, the team at Beck’s treated me with kindness and transparency. They kept me fully informed through detailed reports and offered clear, honest advice about what needed to be done and what wasn’t worth fixing.

I had a check engine light come on at the beginning of the year. I had previously took it somewhere else, where they said they ran a smoke machine but never found the problem for the code it was reading (Evap). I just let it be till recently I got the urge to try and get it fixed. (Not having much money to spend after spending money with the other shop for smoke test.) I always heard great remarks about Beck’s. Decided to bring my truck to them. They quickly were able to locate the problem and suggested a couple options to go about it. I had the pleasure working with Robert Hancock. He did a great job keeping me in the loop and keeping things in simple terms for me to understand. Definitely will be back for any mechanical issues. Here on out i will now only recommend Beck’s Auto. If you are looking for an honest shop, they are the one.
