I was letting my vehicle warm up prior to going to my daughter's Basketball game when I realized I was locked out. I called few places and was told nothing short of 2 hours. That would mean I miss both of her games. I found Gaeta Wrecker & Roadside Service they said they would be there in 30 minutes. They were there in 25 minutes and I was able to make the games. I couldn't be more thankful for them.

There was some confusion with my insurance while my car was in tow. Manuel patiently waited for this to get worked out and got my car to its destination pretty quickly. He stayed in communication with me through the entire ordeal. Definitely would recommend!!
So nice to finally have a great towing company in lafayette finally. Anyone that has had to deal with JT or Jim's knows. The owner answered the phone right away, sounded super nice, no attitude. Responded quickly. And the best part is the price is lower than any tow I have had around Lafayette. This is who you want to call when you are in need and have a breakdown. I cant write a review that can do justice for this company. I recommend this company over any others in lafayette.
Gabriel was able to get my tow taken care of in a timely manner, and the price was far less than I expected. I am amazed at how skilled Johnny(sic) is. He drove that big ol' truck like it was a a compact car. He was so friendly and professional. My exhaust pipe had come undone and Johnny shimmied his little self under my car and tied it up so that it wouldn't drag anymore. The men at the repair shop were impressed with how he had it tied up!! Do yourself a favor and call this place if you want fast, friendly, cheap roadside assistance.
I was stranded on the side of the road so nervous and alone. They were amazing, took great care of me. Even called around to find a place that had a tire that would work for my car. I highly recommend!
Exceptional service! My boyfriend and I needed a tow after a trip to the store tonight, the owner Gabriel had exceptional communication with us throughout the whole process, charged us fairly, was polite, and extremely professional! He got our dead-as-a-doornail car into neutral using some kind of device so he wouldn’t mess up our tires which my boyfriend was quite happy with as the car is his “baby”!
Excellent service! I highly recommend Gaeta! I contacted them on a Sunday to see about getting a vehicle towed almost 100 miles away and although I didn’t need it done on Sunday they could’ve. They got to my vehicle first thing Monday morning and safely delivered it to the desired location. They were very communicative via text/phone which was really appreciated since I was from out of town and was not present with the vehicle being towed. Great experience! I’m very appreciative of the quick and kind service received!

My van broke down in Lafayette tonight. I wanted it taken to Attica and was worried it was going to cost an arm and a leg calling a tow company at 7pm on a Friday night. They gave me a decent price and the truck was there within 30 minutes. The driver was amazing and very courteous. He was due to be off work at 7pm but took my van all the way to Attica and had another tow after he dropped me off. I will call them anytime I need a tow in the future.
My experience with Gaeta was excellent! He had to come out of town to help us and he arrived within the hour and got our car back on the street and to our home quickly. Excellent communication, professional, and kind! Highly, highly recommend!!
