Exceptional service! My boyfriend and I needed a tow after a trip to the store tonight, the owner Gabriel had exceptional communication with us throughout the whole process, charged us fairly, was polite, and extremely professional! He got our dead-as-a-doornail car into neutral using some kind of device so he wouldn’t mess up our tires which my boyfriend was quite happy with as the car is his “baby”!
Excellent service! I highly recommend Gaeta! I contacted them on a Sunday to see about getting a vehicle towed almost 100 miles away and although I didn’t need it done on Sunday they could’ve. They got to my vehicle first thing Monday morning and safely delivered it to the desired location. They were very communicative via text/phone which was really appreciated since I was from out of town and was not present with the vehicle being towed. Great experience! I’m very appreciative of the quick and kind service received!
I called need fuel waited 45min never got a call back then I called to check to see if someone was coming when they answered they told me they were booked and did not want to give me a call to update they where not able to help

They went to bed. He answered, then stopped answering and gave me the number to another tow who couldn’t even get to me. THEY ARE NOT 24HRS THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU AFTER HRS but instead of saying that they lead you on and waster your time.
Called to get information, the person answered all info I needed. Set appointment and let me know they were on their way. Took great care loading, but still was very fast. I have them in my contacts now and they will be the only ones I call for towing.
It was a rainy Sunday & about 45 minutes out of town. He was very professional and showed up on time. Took extra care and precautions in regards to my vehicle and surrounding properties. Coming from someone who’s dealt with more tow trucks than I can count I highly recommend this company. 10/10.

Service was fantastic and John the driver who’s a young man, was very respectful and polite, he did the job very well and we had 0 issues getting the car on the flat bed or the drop off at the house. My van broke down in Lafayette tonight. I wanted it taken to Attica and was worried it was going to cost an arm and a leg calling a tow company at 7pm on a Friday night. They gave me a decent price and the truck was there within 30 minutes. The driver was amazing and very courteous. He was due to be off work at 7pm but took my van all the way to Attica and had another tow after he dropped me off. I will call them anytime I need a tow in the future.
