I had to special order a part. I called to see if it was in. They said yes I asked when they closed. They said 5 o’clock I told them I was on the way. I pulled into the parking lot at 5 o’clock and they were locking the door. I just don’t feel like that’s small town customer service.

Everyone is always so helpful when I go in here.

Walked there 3 miles to buy a battery. Was sold one with the wrong terminals. Got the right one. A young man took me home put it in didnt connect the cables tight enough. Gave me his friends business card from Winimac. He comes out with 2 young men. One kid whispers the terminals arent tight enough. Man tightens them. Charges me $50.
