This was one of the worse experiences I’ve had with an automotive shop. The customer service was horrible, they lied about the pricing and services. And to make matters worse what they suppose to fix didn’t get fix and more things was messed up. There was no lights on but the tire pressure light. I wouldn’t recommend to no one

Service was timely and efficient and the used tires I was able to get are like new! They had all 4 in the size I needed which is rare, and even more rare that they are all the same brand but one. Very pleased with the ride these tires give me, it feels like I bought a brand new car all over again

I appreciate professionalism and the way Rios handles their operations was very impressive. I’m a busy guy and if you can make my life easier, then your who I want to work with. I received a custom diagnostic of the issues with my vehicle via text. It was descriptive and I could clearly understand it without the knowledge of being a mechanic. I was able to easily select the option to approve the repairs right there on my phone and was then notified that my vehicle was ready for pick up shortly after. They are affordable and trustworthy and I will be having all our company vehicles serviced here moving forward. Great Work RIOS!!!
Was shocked at the disrespectful attitude showed by the gentleman answering the phone. He was far more concerned about being accusatory and argumentative than anything else. He was unwilling to listen, heard only what he wanted and felt confident enough to verbally insult someone he did not know. His follow up communications have continued to be aggressive and insulting.
Do not recommend. If you cannot even take constructive criticism then you should reconsider your profession. This gentleman's inability to keep a level head whole providing customer service makes him not ideal as the customer service representative.
Boss doesnt know how to operate business correctly also he should never be allowed near a tow truck ever again , shady business about covering for employees instead of firing them.smh
Rio was at my car so quickly to help tow me to the dealership. He was SO nice and funny and even told me what I messed up on my car and let me warm up in his vehicle!! 10/10 recommend Rio he really made a bad situation much better.
I broke down in Elkhart. He came and towed my car home. He was very professional and nice. I would highly recommend the service to anyone needing help.
