BUYER BEWARE!! They didn’t send the complete rear end that I ordered and paid over $5,000 for. Only sent an axle assembly….this stunt cost me an extra $1200 at my mechanic because he had to find the parts that were left out. Took my credit card number over the phone but called me back and said I had to wire transfer the money which seemed kind of shady as it doesn’t allow any fraud protection to the consumer. They promised me a small refund of $350 because it wasn’t a complete rear end…but haven’t seen that yet. Also, haven’t seen my $2,000 refund for the core fee either! It’s a sad day when you can’t trust a “family owned “ business that they claim to be.

Tim in auto parts is the rudest guy I have ever dealt with. He also is dishonest. I suggest he takes some customer service classes and also needs to learn how to talk to a lady! I will not let a man talk to me and about me the way he did.He has no manners and and needs to learn how to treat and talk to a women!
