From beginning till the end very professional, prompt and efficient. Austin the driver had to do some serious maneuvering because my street is being worked on. Special shoot out to him. I will highly recommend this company.
Called em, got quoted a price, they came within 30 mins of call, paid everything they said they would, everything was smooth, I recommend from my experience.
We called 2 different salvage yards and nobody had a tow for today. Everybody said 3 days minimum and I was on the side of the road and lived 45 minutes away.
I couldn't wait 3 days!

I called this First Choice place and the guy said 15 minutes.
He showed up in about 10 - 15 minutes, was very polite, and had cash in hand.
After a quick title signing and VIN check, he paid us and that was it.
The whole process took about 3 minutes. Way faster than the time we spent on the phone with their competitors to be told that there wasn't any availability for days.

We called about selling my 2003 Honda Civic for junk money. On the phone we were told $300. They arrived within the hour like they said they would. When the driver arrived, he was nice and professional. He told my husband he could only give him $200. My husband talked to him, and he increased the offer to $225, then to what a competitor had offered ($250). We accepted.
I've never sold a car for junk before, so perhaps this is standard.
If you have these questions. Here they are saves you from calling them and they telling you abruptly over the phone they can't take your junk car. Do I need a title to junk it? Yes
Do I have to be the owner of the car even if I have title? Yes
I was trying to junk a car that my uncle left when he moved to a new country and he parked it in my yard abandoned for over 5 years now and I just don't know how to get rid of it I don't even really care if I get some money or 5 dollars to get rid of it. I just want it gone and this company didn't want to.

I teach at the school across the street. At the end of a day, I went out to find my van had a flat tire because I picked up a nail. Another teacher and I walked over to see if they had any patch kits. One of the guys dropped everything, including the car on his tow truck, to go grab my van and tow it back to fill my tire and put in a patch to repair the hole. They even went around and topped off all my tires. What amazing examples of selflessness and taking care of one another! These gentlemen are amazing.

I do not recommend this place. They did not listen to what I wanted done. One of which was putting a tire I bought elsewhere on my car and took in with the car. They called me n told me I had to replace 2 tires and put their own tires on it and just left the one I brought in the car. They also did work I did not agree to. When I tried to talk to Matt about my bill he was sarcastic and condescending and refused to listen to anything I said. He said, "I put tires on cars everyday and the bill is not negotiable!" and hung up on me. WHAT A JERK!!!
Have been going there since before the current ownership bought the building. Big upgrade in service with current ownership. Only place I go now. Fantastic attitude and very helpful staff.

Had a screw in my tire on the way to work pulled in they got me in fast and done in a good time no hassles even got me an replacement tire for the other tire i been meaning to replace, good job froggy

The owner was alittle abrupt with me but he probably deals with all sorts of idiots. I was told by another inexpensive tire depot that they had my size of tire but wasn't told two different businesses. Different price but competitive with another used tire shop. Building was not setup as a great place to hang out but service was Very Quick and great results. Will definitely return. 35$ buys a tire mounted and balanced. Can't complain.
Best experience ever they are so nice with cheap prices and the men know exactly whats wrong and how to fix it.....i love tge work they do !!! Great tires as well!
