Very rude. Took my truck to junk and I forgot my plate, so I called to get it back but they said it had already been junked and I wouldn’t be able to obtain it. Fast forward a few weeks and my plate is being used in NY still registered to me and they are racking up toll charges and I’m getting mailed the bill. I called them to ask how my plate ended up in ny on someone else’s car and they were very rude and said there’s nothing they can tell me.
Still waiting, I was told my car would be picked up by 11 and guess what no one ever came, no one ever called and no one gave me answers. I would never recommend these people to anyone. You will be waiting for who knows how long for them to even act like you exist.
Excellent service, called and they showed up in 25 min. While there, they took another vehicle we had, actually came back for it, paid fair price considering they didn't have a catalytic converter, which is the only reason others will buy your car. Highly recommend.
Is there a number lower than zero? Said they were coming to look at the car. Waited an hour...lady answering phone hung up on us then screamed at me. We're not interested in your car. Call someone else. Stevie comes to mind.
