Terrible towing experience. It feels like the city uses this company just to squeeze as much money as possible from people. The customer service was awful, and the person who answered the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful.
They are awful! Don't ever let the city call them and take your vehicle. Just out to make money!! Lie to you when you know your insurance company has called to release your car. Awful, awful...never recommend them to anyone. Worst experience ever!!!
I was stuck on the side of the highway with 3 children and a flat tire. We were told it would be hours for a tow. I was referred to ASAP, I called and was told 30-45 mins. Fabulous!!! The guy was there in 10 mins and had us on our way in less than 30 mins. Very kind, very efficient, and bonus he was kinda cute thanks for helping us get home rather than being stuck overnight. We appreciate your service!
Don't ever let the police department tow your vehicle, because this is where they go. Over $150 for the initial tow. If you happen to want your vehicle back, they tack on some rather bogus charges. Sure, storage fee at $30 a day, I can understand that. Equipment fee, labor cost, etc. made the overall cost $500 for 4 days. Their goal is to keep your car, so don't get it towed there is the first place! Being the injured party in a hit and run shouldn't cost me that much! I wasn't even told where the vehicle was! No one spoke to me. No one called me. When I recovered enough to call around and find out, I was already out so much money! Way to kick you when you're down! Oh...and my belongings were held hostage until I, at the very least, paid $165 for the tow. Don't let them tow your car!
3 weeks ago they told me from Michigan City back to South Bend for a very reasonable price of $300 tonight I needed a tow from Edison and Crestwood to Belle Tire on Michigan Street a six-mile tow $105 that is so outrageous it ain't funny the driver was nice and polite and was very helpful when he told us from Michigan City and also this time he does not set the prices but this company is ripping people off for $105 for 6 miles
Very prompt towing. Reasonably prompt office help and the staff was kind and helpful when we visited to clean out my daughter's totaled car of personal effects. Most signage was clear but information on fee structure was hard to understand.
Definitely should change their name, because nothing is ASAP about them. Every time I call it’s an hour and a half + wait. But this last time they told me once again an hour and a half but this time nobody showed up and they stopped answering the phone. Why just have someone waiting like that. Yeah choose another company to spend your money with
There’s not a lot of honest bones in their body when they work, and get paid for by the city in our in cahoots with them .
You should probably look into who’s getting paid who’s benefiting in the city, and with the owners of this company as to why they keep getting government contract.
Have you guys ever wondered why if county or the city tow your vehicle? It cost twice as much as if you call the tow company to tow it ?

I called and explained my situation to them. They transferred me to the driver I would be working with who was very polite and courteous. They care about the people they help, because upon calling they tried to help me shop around a little to make sure I was getting the best deal. In the end I went with them and they were very prompt and professional!
Your company should hire tow truck driver's that care more about the well being of others. 8:00pm on a Tuesday and I'm getting passed illegally down Ironwood Rd . High rate of speed and tailing me the whole way. I'll be more than happy to keep dialing 911 for erratic drivers.
Took my daughter there today to get her stuff out of her totaled car since she was hit by a drunk driver Saturday morning and the lady at the front desk which was an older lady was very very rude and unprofessional. I don’t see how she has a job. Obviously people like her don’t like their job or they wouldn’t act like that I couldn’t believe how rude she was and unprofessional !!! Not a good look for a popular towing company I will not be recommending that place to anyone… And on top of that it costed us $165 just to get stuff out of the vehicle ridiculous!!!
Honestly before going to asap towing I read the reviews on recovering stolen vehicles. I was scared. However I was initially upset about paying for a car that was already mine. I also understand nothing in life is free and everyone has their policy. I'm thankful for the easy out of the vehicle and off to the new one. Sucks, but the situation isnt asap towing fault either. I say thank you for your help.
Mark was amazing. We were stranded in a small town on Saturday. Everything was closed and no tow companies in Plymouth were available. We were 70 miles from home and our fuel pump went out. We called Rod at ASAP and he referred us to South Bend. Mark was out within an hour and towed us back home. He is an amazing gentleman and we feel blessed to have him take care of us. We would definitely reccomend them. Thank you.
Amazing! We were stranded on the side of the road coming from Indy with a flat (couldn’t get the flat off the car) and every other place was minimum 3 hours. We call them and they were out in 30 min. Lifesavers! John was very helpful and told us where we could get tires. Thank goodness for them! Highly recommend.
My car was totaled so it was towed away by ASAP. The next day I went to get my car. I arrived 2 minutes before 9am even though their hours online say 8am. I was snapped at rudely by the woman who was at the front office because said they open at 9 and i was too early. She then proceeded to tell me that she didn’t have my car and didn’t have paperwork and that I didn’t have anything I needed. I asked her what paperwork I needed and she said she didn’t know. So I left and went to the police station for my report. I came back to ASAP a few hours later and gave the woman my report as I was told to by the police. She shoved it back at me and told me that’s not what she needed. I asked her again what I needed and she was not helpful. She ended up taking my paperwork and I told her that she was being unclear and she yelled at me. Becky, her coworker stepped in and was a dream to work with. She apologized and took me seriously and figured out that the issue was on their end (obviously). They are incredibly disorganized and nasty. I would never use this towing company willingly. Absolute nonsense. Becky is the only people I would commend for having decent customer service.
Our van experienced a tire blow out and roadside service came and stripped on our lug nuts completely leaving us stranded and out of our home state. We called several towing services and no one was able to help. One call to ASAP and within an hour our car was safely towed to the repair shop for a very reasonable rate!
Stuck with a flat tire on Memorial Day weekend. Was recommended from a competitor who could not help me. I found out all towing establishments was helping the City, State and County police for accidents.
ASAP squeeze me in drop my car and myself to my daughters home to change the tire.

Great service. I locked my keys in my car and called around 11:30 p.m. to see if they were able to help me. They said they could send someone over in 20-30 minutes which they arrived when they said they would. When the gentleman arrived, he was very fast and skillful at unlocking my car from the inside. Overall, I had an amazing experience with this company.
The police had my sons vehicle towed here. They told us both different prices and tried to keep my son from retrieving his personal effects. Also tried to send a letter saying they were going to sell his vehicle for extra fees owed. My son sold the vehicle as junk to a company who picked it up from the lot weeks ago. I was there when this transaction occurred. ASAP had already been paid for their services. Other wise why would they let a different tow company fromm taking it off the lot. Do not call this company if you have a accident.
I had my car stolen on 11/22/21. I called the police and filed a report. the police officer said that he would contact me when/if it was found. Apparently they found the car on 12/15/21 however I was never notified. I started moving on 12/11/21. My mail was transferred and I was not receiving any mail. When the tow company sent me a certified letter it was transferred to my son's address in Granger. I received the certified letter from my son on 1/11/21. Now I have a large bill to pay to retrieve my car. the tow company is charging me $975.00 through 1/12/21 and an additional $25 per day. I don't feel that I should be responsible since I was not notified when the vehicle was first towed. Then I called ASAP Towing only to be treated very rude by a woman named Rose, she had a very nasty attitude and did not want to listen to what I was saying about the car being stolen. I have dealt with this company before and never had any problems. I just hope I never have to speak with Rose. She is in the wrong line of work to have such a nasty attitude.
After looking at the bad reviews I have to state facts: if your vehicle is towed because YOU broke the law that is no reason to blame ASAP. If you park in a private lot without the proper pass to be there, don't blame ASAP for doing their job. There are rules people. Own up to YOUR mistake/unlawfullness. ASAP isn't to blame, YOU got your vehicle towed.
After running over an object on the bypass and blowing a tire, Asap was there in 20 minutes and Jonathan was amazing. He had the spare tire on in no time and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend ASAP.
Called a few towing companies these guys got to us as fast as they could very reasonable pricing too. Very nice people took really good care of us. Very careful with my Maita as well witch is lowered 3inches off the ground Dave made sure there wasn't any damages and took every precaution that was needed. Highly recommend them.
I haven’t received the bill yet so I will reserve judgment on that portion - it was quoted at a VERY reasonable cost, though. I don’t know why some of these reviews are so bad. These folks were prompt, professional, and careful with my vehicle. Mark was the tow specialist that came out and he was very gentle with the vehicle, careful and considerate. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I was a nervous wreck and he went above and beyond to help ease my anxiety. I will absolutely use ASAP Towing again and will recommend their services to my friends and family if ever needed.
Please do not use this service I had them tow my car out of the snow and it was damaged in the process they charged me $90 to pull me 10 feet and then refused to take responsibility when there driver damaged my car refusing to even give a refund. Even though I have pictures of the car before and after I was pulled out where my car was damaged after the fact but not before. If you still do use them make sure you videotape the whole thing especially where they hook onto your car and refuse to sign or pay for anything until you’ve inspected your car thoroughly!
Called for tow because broken down on tollway, have 2 hour estimate. Delay did not bother me; what did bother me is they didnt show up for over 8 hours after verbal commitment. Car wound up towed by police at much higher cost. Followed up with shop, they deny all responsibility and told me to kick rocks. Not shocked. Wont utilize them or firestone again because this is who they contract for tows. Never admitted fault for what happened, just displaced blame. Awful way to run a business.
The rudest person I've ever met. We are a family with 4 small kids visiting from Tennessee and our car broke down at the hotel so we had to call around pricing things. Well went outside & some old rude tow man was there to get our car (mind you we never gave the go ahead for anyone to pick it up we just wanted to know prices) dude said " too bad I'm already here" and when asked how much it would be said "dont worry about it" he acted like we didn't have a choice in who took our only way home. Will literally NEVER use this service again. & Will relay that msg to everyone I know!! Worst service I've ever seen.
The directions were accurate to get here. However, there is limited parking so have a plan to turn immediately right to park when you pull in. I think that you would be able to possibly park across the street if needed. The customer service was also amazing here because I was still recovering from the shock of my accident.
Terrible. It took ASAP 1.5 hrs to NOT SHOW UP. I had to call them 3 times before they told me a truck really wasn't coming. I spent 90 minutes in a disabled vehicle with semi trucks screaming past at 70 MPH. When I called to CANCEL ASAP, the guy on the phone thanked me because they had been so busy that day. The next company I called got there in 20 minutes.
