My Warranty Company Contacted Them At 8am This Morning To Schedule My Tow,11:11-1141am, Only To Have Them Tell Me, After I Called It Would Be Another hour, Which Was Fine As They Had Employees Call Off. IT Happens But, They Then Called My Warranty People And Said I Was Irate About Another Hour When That Is Not What Was Said And They Cancelled My Tow Without Notifying Me, Luckily My Warranty People Called Me About This...I Tolld Them Id Be Eagerly Awaiting Their Call...Never Using This Place EVER...
Was quick to get to me, and was reasonably cheap compared to Rick’s Auten Rd. Which had me waiting for over an hour and was 59 bucks more just for a hitch out. Dude was really cool and calm even tho a care slid up his ramp. lol.. Thanks Gony’s

I can't say enough good things about the service at Tony's, including the fact that my roadside assistance from Elkhart to South Bend was the best price for a tow I've ever seen. Don't let the poor reviews from angry folks with impounded vehicles turn you away.

Tony’s is STELLAR. It’s my go-to for whenever I have an issue with my car. One time, I had an issue with my A/C and the mechanic diagnosed the problem quickly and didn’t even charge me for it! The people that work here obviously have a lot of integrity, and the prices have always been the best in the area :) Go here if you want reliable and honest work!
We had.a great experience wjth Tony's when our Vehicle broke down recently .Sean, our tow truck driver, was kind and stayed with us until our ride arrived. He offered us cold drinks and positioned his truck in a way that would protect us from traffic while we waited. His customer service made a difficult situation more pleasant.
Robert the tow truck driver is excellent and this is the 3rd time he has towed a vehicle my husband and I. He is very professional polite very informative he knows exactly what he is doing and he communicated with me the entire time of the tow service. In my opinion I have been getting road assistance for 18 years from AAA and I’m proud to say I recently switched to Allstate and they sent me Tony’s mobile service and Robert is a great employee of theirs. Please give Robert a raise.

Tony's Towing is an absolute scam, and it’s clear they’re working with the police like they’re in bed together! After a car crash, they saw a vulnerable moment and decided to take full advantage of my family member. Not only were they rude and completely disrespectful, but they also charged a ridiculous $35 daily fee, which came to over $400 for barely lifting a finger. These crooks didn’t do anything of value, and it’s obvious they care more about making money off of people's misfortunes. I wouldn’t trust them to tow a toy car, let alone anything real. Stay as far away as possible from this shady operation! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
They never fail me, Robert especially did really good today. My car has air suspension and he got it on the truck no issues, and their very reasonable with price leaving room for a good tip for drivers!
My work vehicle stalled on Ironwood Dr just north of Douglas Rd, Tony's Mobile Service was at the spot within 15 mins from the time my supervisor made the call. We were in town for our son's rehersel dinner and lost the keys to our car. The car's windows were down and we were downtown south bend at night. We tried a few tow agencies but because the car is all wheel drive and unable to put in neutral ehen off, we needed a special tow truck which none were available or couldn't get there until after midnight and wanted to charge a ridiculous amount to do it. Tonys number was given to me by another tow company and they turned out to be great. I called and they had the truck we needed and could get there within an hour unlike the other companies and was less expensive (we don't have tow insurance). They arrived on time and were very helpful and towed our car to New Buffalo to our hotel for a reasonable price. Driver was very polite and took care handing our car. Thank you Tonys Mobile service. The wedding day was not a disaster as the rehersel day was.
Quick response and from my experience the ONLY truly 24-hour roadside assistance. I don't believe they pay for Google ads, but they need to be higher on the list. I called 6 companies with only 2 responses. The first guy was 2.5 hours away from South Bend, and the second guy told me, "I don't have anyone available," after asking me what kind of roadside assistance I needed... I called in order of Google's list.
Finally, a state trooper saw us and called into Tony's. It was a great experience for what it could've been. I told them, though I don't want to need their services in the future. If I do and I'm in the area, I'll be calling them.
Sean towed me from the Indiana Toll Road. He suggested a location for tire repair, and since it was late Sunday, took me to the airport to rent a car. He was respectful, courteous, and thorough. Sean made sure I knew where I was going, where my car was, and how to get back the next day. He was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure everything within his power went well. Let me start by saying Robert my tow driver was very professional and very good at what he does. Thank you Tony's and Robert. Best service I have ever had.
I was in the unfortunate situation of having to have my car towed on Saturday morning and Tony’s was the random company that was contacted to take care of it. After the initial tow, the company was a nightmare to work with. By Monday morning they were telling me they couldn’t even give me an estimate for the repair for two weeks. When I found another shop, Tony’s wanted to charge nearly $400 for the tow and “storage fees” for not even one business day. The lady’s in the office were rude and when I tried to settle one of them demanded that I tell her exactly what time my insurance company tow would be coming to get the car (so she could try to charge an additional $40 in “storage fees”. This is the definition of a dishonest mechanic and you should all beware.
Sean helped me out. Great guy. They were so responsive and prompt. Not to mention arguably the best price I think I’ve ever found for towing. Highly recommend!!
Got a tow today and not only were they very affordable, the man that came was super nice!!! Highly recommend and will definitely use if needed in the future!
