I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the level of unprofessionalism displayed by this establishment. I am compelled to give them a one-star rating due to their complete lack of professionalism. In June, I was involved in a car accident and my insurance company sent my car to this place after it was deemed a total loss. Despite the fact that this place is two hours away from where I live and operates in a different time zone, I made sure to call them every day to inform them that I would be coming to retrieve my personal belongings from the car. I specifically emphasized that I did not want anything removed from the vehicle. Finally, I took a day off to go and collect my belongings, within the 30-day timeframe that they are supposed to provide. When I arrived at the front desk and provided all the necessary information, I was assured that they would bring the car around. My boyfriend and I even brought a large tow to accommodate the numerous items in my car, as I am a woman and tend to carry a lot of things. To my shock and dismay, I discovered that everything had been removed from my car. All my personal belongings were gone, except for a purple water bottle. Even worse, all of my personal mail, including sensitive information such as my Social Security address, had been opened and rifled through. I immediately contacted the branch manager, who initially seemed sympathetic and understanding. He asked me to send him a list of all the missing items and their total value. He admitted that this was not the first time such an incident had occurred with their cleaners stealing items from customer cars. After waiting for two weeks without any response, I took it upon myself to reach out to the branch manager again. He called me and apologized for the loss of my belongings, acknowledging that this was not an isolated incident. He requested that I forward the list of missing items and their total value, assuring me that he would seek approval from higher management to reimburse me for the stolen items. Another week went by, and when I emailed him for an update, he claimed to be waiting for a response from higher management. I understood and was patient. However, my subsequent emails sent after two, three, four, and five weeks went unanswered. It has now come to my attention that the branch manager has blocked my email and is refusing to communicate with me regarding my missing items. I am extremely upset and have shown great patience throughout this ordeal. If it were possible, I would give this company zero stars, as this has been the most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered. I am appalled by the lack of concern shown by both the management and higher-ups in this company. Despite their initial promises to resolve the issue, they have completely disregarded my emails and have left me feeling ignored and disrespected. I had personal items in my car that are irreplaceable, regardless of their monetary value. The fact that I was treated with such disregard is beyond unprofessional. I strongly advise against using this company or allowing your insurance to send your car here, as they will not only steal your belongings but also evade any responsibility for their actions.
They hike up the insurance because they put that there is something wrong with the car. Had to get rid of the car because of hiked up insurance markups! This could be a practice held by the writers at this branch. You could be sued by the buyers. This writeup doesn't happen at other branches. Be careful.
Pretty friendly people. Yard guys were willing to give a hand anytime the had a chance when I was there picking up my mini ex I bought. Will definitely buy from them again and not hesitate
Theifs work here. Said they bagged up everything from my car. Wouldn't allow me to get into the trunk. And was missing a lot of stuff. Try to make sure all your stuff is out before it gets towed here or you will be missing stuff for sure.
The most terrible customer service ever! I regret every single second I spent dealing with them. Very unprofessional and brutal with a horrible attitude. Careless to the point that is ridiculous! Do you even care about your business?! I guess you can't wait to leave work on the dot and just worry about your salary and give a damn about the rest. Never again!!!
I paid for my public auctions License two weeks have passed since then an still have Not received my auction buyer number . I have tried to reach out several time via phone , voicemail and email and have not got a response explain why that is . This will be my second time missing upcoming auctions because of it.
Picked up a wrecked vehicle that was being stored there after buying it back from insurance company. They were helpful and friendly. Even loaded the vehicle on my trailer with there for fork lift.
Well organized facility. The prices have gotten higher now which I dislike and the machine operators really don't care about the vehicles sometimes. Purchased the vehicle I currently own their. Have seen many cars without the floormats especially the newer ones. Don't really like the buy it now feature on their website, they should just sell the vehicle for whag the market gives them at auction. The feature takes away from it being an auction.
Be careful this place employs and is run by a bunch of thieves. If your car gets towed here they will steal anything of value as soon as it's unhooked.
I drove 6 hours to come buy cars here and let’s just say their definition of runs and drives is a stretch to say the least. IAA colludes with dealers and high volume dealers to deceive small time buyers and get them to believe they are buying running vehicles
Worst place I have ever done business. Everyone working there is rude, not helpful and just terrible at doing their job. I will never go there again and would never recommend it to anyone.
