We unexpectedly had a flat tire and pulled in. Within 20 minutes they had fixed our tire and we were on our way. Very reasonable price too! Would recommend again

I couldn't ask for a better place to get my car fixed. I broke down in front of this mechanic shop and I had to push my car into the parking lot then the next day call for quotes and they had me up and going that same day I called they are amazing

I thought I had a bad starter or battery. Turns out that I blew my engine. Western Auto Sales gave me time to get a tow truck for my car, and didn't charge me a storage fee. They had every right to. I'll use them in the future.
Waited inside the for office for about 20 minutes and still never seen a single human being. They were all working in the garage but did not have a receptionist at all, people kept walking by but no one stops. So I cannot rate their work, only their service. Which was bad at that specif time I was there on a Wednesday at 2pm
Great neighborhood shop on the West Side. They are very knowledgeable and they have been my preferred shop for several years. Very good prices and service.
