Let’s not have your tow truck driver doing an illegal turn on 12. Unbelievable. Intentionally trying to cause an accident, and straight up entitled. Won’t ever use this place after that.
I just had a tow truck/flat trailer with your logo on the door get right up on my bumper as if i was going to go faster, then he passed me on Kenilworth rd. I was driving the speed limit, 30 mph and there is a solid double yellow line meaning do not pass.
Anyway,, just thought you'd like to know.

Got me in and out for an oil change super quick. They even greased door and hood latches and filled wiper fluid. I always come here for oil changes and other car needs and they have never failed me.
I used to get oil service here until I moved out of the immediate area. They always did a fine job. Just recently I needed all my old service records to claim a warranty extension on my car. They were able to pull records from years ago and print them out for me. Highly recommended!
This place is absolutely amazing. I broke down 2 hours from home and he towed my car and brought it his shop and fixed it. He showed me what broke and the communication was amazing. I will be using this shop in the future. Would recommend 10/10.
DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!! Even the tow truck driver said they would Never take a car there to be worked on cause it will just come back. Tow truck driver said they have an old beat up car and still refuses to take it there. Pretty bad when even their own tow truck drivers agrees it’s not a good place to go!! Shady business and they lie.
I live only about 1/4 mile from this establishment. My car battery died I called and they sent a tow truck they took all of 10 min. To jump my car with a little device she carried. I then took it down to them to have the battery checked. They charged $50 for them to stop and jump it and $50 for labor to put it in and $245.00 for a battery. I don't see where the gave me anything for the old battery. I feel like I was taken because I know anything about car's. After talking to my son in law tonight I feel like I was taken advantage of!!!!!
They just left my friends truck on the middle of the alley and didn't care. we have to call a different towing company to have it move. What an irresponsible tow drivers they have. No regards for the neighbors by just leaving the truck there.

You don't want to do any business with this towing company, their service is horrible, my insurance paid them to tow my truck to my house and literally they left the truck right in the middle of the alley, when I called the company they told me that the guy who dropped my truck was the owner and that the was the best think they could do.
I don't understand how companies like this are still in business!!?
Had a dead battery, they said they would call me back. Never called. When I called them two hours later they said they had another priority job and cancelled on me. Totally unreliable people.
A gentleman quoted us 45 mins for a tow . We sat and waited 2 hours he kept saying he was on his way and never showed up we called another tow company … horrible customer service !!!
I was assigned University by my auto insurance when I needed emergency roadside assistance. My car wouldn’t start but the interior lights were on so I was sure it was a starter or alternator issue. When the driver arrived he did a brief inspection and suggested a jump before towing. Turns out, it was a battery issue not a mechanical one. I am so grateful that the driver took the initiative to investigate what was going on before towing and saved me the hassle/expense of a mechanics battery cost and arranging pick up of my vehicle. The professionalism of the driver has not gone unnoticed and I will happily use them again for future needs as well as recommend them to others.
Edit: If my provider canceled shortly after 9am they wouldn't have sent me a message at 953 telling me you were delayed 30min.
My car needed towed to the mechanic. At 8 am they were assigned by my roadside service to pick up my car with an estimated 60-70 hour wait. At 9:24am I called to get an estimate on how long since I work 3rd shift and needed sleep. We arranged to have the car left unlocked with access to the key so I didn't have to be present. At 9:53 I get a notice that they have a delay of 30 minutes. At 10:45am I get a call that someone will be here in 20 minutes. At 12:22pm my car is still sitting here. I call the mechanic that my appointment was with my to explain why my car isn't there and if he recommended a service. At this time a new towing company is calling to tell me they will be here in 30 minutes. I now have to pay another day of car rental because my car won't be looked at today and have had very little sleep and the company I called 15 min ago is picking up my car now. Take your business elsewhere
These guys are awesome! Had to make a very short notice emergency trip from NE to NY and needed an oil change in the car. Called them while I was on the road and was told to bring it down right away, they took care of us! Drove in, hung out in the car while they did the oil change, BS’ed with them the whole time. The whole thing took maybe 20 mins. Great company, great service, great price. 10/10 would go here again and recommend to others!
Driver almost hit me twice due to his negligence of paying attention. Called to tell them and they cussed me out and hung up! Trash business with trash drivers!
This is my new auto place. I had to get my car towed, and he offered his services instead of taking my car to the dealership. BEST CHOICE I EVER MADE!! I needed a new alternator, battery, oil change, new belt, and air filter. He gave me a great discount, got it towed, and all work done in the same few hours. It only cost me 616.00!! I could never have been that lucky at Bell Tire or the dealership. He even stayed after hours so I could come and get my car. I am forever grateful and recommend this place to everyone. Please ignore the bad ratings, they are far from the truth.
Zero star rating. Unprofessional, rude, and non communicative. State Farm scheduled a tow for my car next morning at 8:30. At 8:45 I called state farm to confirm. At 8:50 these guys said they’d be another 60-90 mins in winter and hung up on me when I asked why they didn’t meet the scheduled time. I called back thinking surely it was a mistake. I explained my situation and asked if they never received a call from State Farm. The guy changed his tune and blamed it all on State Farm. He confirmed my address and everything then hung up on me again. One minute later I got a notification and call from State Farm saying they’d dropped my contract and State Farm had to choose a different one which would be another two hour wait. I will never use a business that is rude, not communicative and leaves people out in the cold to be petty. They told State Farm they couldn’t pick me up because there tow truck needed maintenance. That is simply not true as they just confirmed with me the time frame before hanging up. They didn’t even tell me they were cancelling service. All in all not a business I will ever recommend for anyone in need of good honest help or timely service. Zero star rating.
I have used this company at least 5 times to haul stuff to my shop. I am not a regular customer so I don't get special treatment (wish I did). They were always timely and got the job done no matter what it took. A couple of my pick ups were not the easiest. I have had good luck with them. Don't be afraid to give them a try!!
Went for an oil change and my receipt said 10 point inspection and that wasn't done like last time. They never checked wiper, lights, turn signals, or tires.
Corvil was a Godsend. Our car wouldn't start and wouldn't take a jump from our other vehicle. Roadside assistance sent our guardian angel to us. Instead of the tow, he gave us a jump and drove with us to the nearby service station where we got a new battery. Just yesterday we were told it was the alternator, so got a new one of those yesterday. Hopefully our troubles our solved for now.

They do light checks lube all preventive maintenance checks to ensure your vehicle is running in it's best way possible. I went for oil change and they checked my air filter and put lubricant on all moving parts.Fast and friendly
Zero stars! Very poor service, poor customer service, not on time, & outright rude!! I highly recommend not useing this company for any service you may need! This company was to pick up my vehicle at 1230pm from the dealership, I received 2 phone calls between the hours of 1pm and 230pm with apologies that they hadn't picked up my vehicle, I stayed calm and told them it was ok. Third phone call they seemed to have forgotten where I initially told them where my vehicle was and went to a different location & I received another apology & was told they were on their way to get my vehicle. Another hour passes, my vehicle still not picked up so I give them a call, I was told I needed to change the address of pick up myself. Of course I got mad because I already gave both pick up and drop off location atleast 4 times. The manager Carval hung up on me for gettting mad at their poor service & canceled the tow service on me.
DO NOT GO here for car repairs. Quoted my wife a decent price to replace her starter. What was not mentioned is that they used a remanufactured Napa starter which they charged $267 for. Part costs $161 at Napa in South Bend on Main street. That is about a 165% mark up on the part. They say they save you money by only charging $90 an hour, while Gates charges $120. It's not much savings when they jack up the parts so much. Called and complained about not using a new starter. Was told a new one costs $450, once again new one at same Napa store in South Bend $250. That's an almost 180% mark up. Dishonest and untrustworthy mechanic shop. Will never do business with this place again. Add the fact that neither my wife or myself smokes. Yet the car now smells of smoke. Extremely unprofessional. Wish I could give 0 stars.
Horrible service, scheduled a State Farm tow. Was told 60-90 minutes. After 2 hours I got on the insurance app and it said "service completed" when they never showed at all. Called University Auto and was told I'm next up. Waited ANOTHER hour, called State Farm...they called University Auto and....surprise!!! Wrecker is on its way. Will believe it when I see it! Wish I could give 0 stars.
Horrible driving. Thanks for purposefully cutting us off today and slamming on your breaks to make us slow down once you passed us. I have two babies in this vehicle. Simmer down on your road rage. I'm sure the persons car you are hauling would not appreciate it. Your company name is written all over your vehicle and now you have this review.
