Brett and his buddy came to pick up my car, because it had a bad starter motor. Intermitted starting, but finally died. Brett said let's try it one more time. BAM it started! So I didn't need a tow. Had a good experience having my car towed for repair. They were able to work around my schedule and were even able to pick the car up earlier than expected. I know who to call now if I need a tow.
Had an issue with my brakes locking up, and the team showed me before my car was even towed off about other issues (Which they fixed and my car is running better than ever!) They gave me an insanely fair price, got me back on the road same day and I couldn't possibly be happier with their level of professionalism and transparency. If you live in south bend, this is the shop to go to!

Fixed my truck for way less then I expected. So I was able to get a few other small things fixed based on there recommendations.... still came in under what I expected and my truck runs way better than it did when I bought it 4 years ago now. Would highly recommend!!

Quick, professional, and helpful service! My car wouldn't start and I thought I'd need to have it towed to the mechanic. Brett Gordon's Towing arrived within a couple hours and jump started my car. I ended up not needing towed because they were able to get it started. (I tried jumping it earlier, but couldn't get it to start)

I had called my insurance company's roadside service. I understood due to weather, places were busy. A tow service was to come out. I waited and waited. They never came nor told me they couldn't make it. Unprofessional. I called Brett's Towing. Immediate response. They arrived even early than expected. Now, that is what I call professional service. I now have them on speed dial!
My car wouldn't start in the morning and I called them on my lunch in the afternoon. They came and towed my car the next morning and it was fixed the same day. I work 9-6 without the ability to answer a call and they were able to communicate through text to expedite the process and worked with my needs. I was also able to pick up the car after hours to accommodate my schedule. They were upfront with the cost which was reasonable. I never felt pressured to do anything that wasn't needed. I would definitely recommend this place.
OMG!! Brett is amazing!! Had a pot hole blow out in my tire and Brett put my car on his flatbed and towed me to multiple tire stores until we found one that had my tire. Bought the tire and the seller didn’t have time to mount it. Brett made a bunch of calls to his contacts and found a place that was open and would mount it. I offered to pay him more for all of his trouble which he didn’t accept. He would just say “I want to make sure you’re taken care of”. Talk about going above and beyond!! Brett is a super guy and obviously cares about taking care of his customers. If you need a tow or mechanical work check with Brett before you call anyone else!!

Great service! Picked us up on the side of the highway when our car broke down on a road trip and towed us to a nearby mechanic. They sent an extra car along because we had too many people to fit in the truck. Both drivers we encountered were so helpful and were truly lovely people. If we ever break down in Indiana again we know who we’re calling!
I called GM roadside assistance and Brett came out to tow me to the dealership. He jumped the car and recommended I get a new battery, seeing that it was the original battery. I showed up on my lunch the next day and he changed it and got me back to work on time. I highly recommend.
I highly recommend this service! I was on my usual commute when my check engine light was flashing and my car started shaking. I called and they towed to the repair shop. They took a look and got the repairs done and even fixed a part I didn’t know was broken! All within one day! They were fast, kind, and communicated well.
After one of my outer tie rods broke last night, I called my usual big chain mechanic shop and they told me they were booked up for a couple days. I contacted Brett Gordon's and was prepared to bite the bullet and have them tow it to my usual shop but decided to instead ask Brett and his team for a repair as well as a tow and I'm so glad I did. Everyone I spoke to was super cordial and courteous- Brett was honest and I could tell he had real experience when I spoke with him. They were able to tow my car and have it fully repaired AND swapped out my other tie rod in a few hours where the other place would have taken days. I highly recommend their service and will be telling anyone I know in need of auto-assistance about Brett Gordon's!
Oh my goodness, what lovely people. They kept me updated on arrival time. Very polite and helped me move car out to be put on wrecker. Told us where they would put the car at dealership and where I should go to get to service desk. Very nice people would use them again.
I had my large conversion van broke down in South Bend. Left it overnight and talked with them on the phone. They worked with me, gave me a very respectful price to tow it back to my dealer an hour away without me ever having to drive back out there. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommended! I had my car towed & needed a flat bed at a decent price & done fast! Not only was the price decent, but it was the cheapest around town & they were at my house within 15 minutes of calling them! Not only that, but they kept me updated via text through the entire process of my car being dropped off to where it needed! I'll def be calling them again for their services, when needed!
