We were victims of a car theft. It was recovered and towed in here. The young lady (K) that took care of us was very professional and caring. She made everything very easy during our "unpleasant" situation. If I am in need of a tow service again, I would call them.
The predicament I am in with the death of my mother and it being her vehicle and they were still willing to help. Samantha and Kayla were kind enough to help me out. Being nice in these situations gets you a lot further than having an attitude and being rude.

Samantha with Hamilton’s came in when they were closed To release my vehicle after I got towed. I parked somewhere with a sign for parking permit only but Samantha made the situation so much easier. When you walk in, she had a smile on her face and was overly courteous to us and empathetic to our situation. I don’t ever wanna be towed again, but I’m thankful Samantha with Hamilton’s was there to help.
Hamilton's Towing isn't a legitimate business entity. Their Indiana business license is expired and their employee Samantha said she works on the weekends and doesn't even get paid. That doesn't seem legal. *After researching the company it turns out Samantha is part owner of the company and not some sweet, helpful, kind person. If you are a compassionate person, you would not tow innocent people's vehicles and charge them $300 to retrieve their property. SCAM.
Tonight I saw an unprofessional tow driver cussing and yelling at a woman who was just walking on the sidewalk. The tow truck was Hamilton's Towing in South Bend. Not cool.
This was my first time Being towed. And I couldn’t be happier to see my car again. No thanks to Samantha. A very hard-working young woman who so swiftly got me in and out. Our car was towed while staying at an Airbnb where the host failed to tell us that we needed to put a parking permit in our vehicle. It was a Saturday and we made it to Hamilton Towing just in time before they closed. The problem was that we had a loaner car from the dealership because our car is in the shop. Kayla was very nice and helpful in working with us to find a solution to provide proof of ownership. She attempted to call the dealership and then we remembered we had paperwork in the glove compartment from the dealership. She was able to retrieve the paperwork and check our ID so we could get our car out! Our experience was very pleasant after having a very bad start to our day/vacation! Thank you, Kayla!
I am so blessed to have met steven he was very curious he was gentle. He took care of my problem. He just was amazing no nasty attitude had a smile on his face when he came and rescue me to have my vehicle towed to girly leaf. I will recommend him to anyone. He gets a 10 in my book thank you Steven
