I am a supervisor at an apartment complex so I have to deal with tow company’s in a somewhat frequent manner. Let me just say, the service Mike provided me with today far exceeded any expectations I had for a tow. Not only was Mike friendly and courteous, but went above and beyond ensuring that the vehicle was placed where we needed it to be. Which was kind of difficult considering the snow accumulation and buildup from plows. He could’ve just dropped it at the location we provided and let us figure out how to get it the rest of the way to a barn. Instead, he took the time to get it the entire way. By far the best tow company around and would highly suggest you use Big Bulldog Towing should you find yourself in a spot requiring a tow. Mike provided OUTSTANDING service with a smile on his face in -5° weather. You can really tell he cares about the people he is helping and that can be hard to find in these days. Great employee, great person, and definitely someone I highly recommend. Kudos to you Big Bulldog Towing. Give that man a raise.
Mike got to my vehicle within 30 minutes of putting my request in, great communication, good pricing, went above and beyond! 2nd time getting my car towed and Mike was awesome both times
Fast and friendly service! My car locked while running with the keys inside and Michael was able to make it out sooner then insurance roadside assistance would have so saved me from losing more of my gas and from missing too much of my work day! He had the car unlocked in seconds! Thank you so much!!!

David came out in less than 30 minutes when my Tesla’s low voltage battery died. He towed my car directly to the chargers, powered it on and didn’t leave until he confirmed it was charging. The time I called to the time I plugged in my car was less than an hour. Amazing service, thank you!

Love there service! When i called to get a ETA for a driver to come out thru Tripple A service the lady was so sweet to me on the phone ….so kind & respectful. Then once the driver David arrived he was so professional, caring, and quick. Love their service is beyond outstanding!! more than 5 stars for me. im not concerned about the wait time because I understand that they have other customers, but they did arrive as quick as possible and I respect that! Keep up the outstanding service I Love it! :)
The driver who helped us was so kind and helpful, and quickly got our van charged up (he explained how close my husband got to charging the battery, but that our smaller car probably couldn’t fully charge our van)

They came a little late but only because the power outage in town. But they were really nice, called us a few times and made sure everything was ok. The driver was really nice and helpful and so were the people we called in the office. A must use if you need towing services!
After I suffered a catastrophic deer strike to my truck on an Interstate highway which left me shaken and thankfully uninjured, David from Big Bulldog Towing arrived on the scene almost immediately on an early Saturday morning. He safely loaded up my truck and drove me to the nearest dealership and collision shop. Since I was out of state in an unfamiliar location, he stood by me while arrangements were made with my wrecked truck, then kindly drove me to a local rental car place so I could get back on the road. Without him, I would have been in a real jam. David was so professional, courteous and friendly, but most importantly, he didnt leave me hanging in my time of need. What a great guy...a REAL DUDE! i was dead in the water on the way to an apple orchard when my trans left the chat. I called, they gave me a flat price of 1k to go 35 miles south of chicago from MI sounded fair to me and on top of that Niel showed up within 15 minutes. keep in mind they towed a dually build with a wealder set up on 37in tires not a toyota prius
Amazing amazing experience. I don’t get our tow drivers name last night but he was awesome! We needed an emergency tow at like 1am and our tow driver was on it! He stayed in touch with me the entire time and delivered my car to my home very quickly. He was professional and very kind and courteous. I’d recommend them to anyone needing a tow for certain. We were heading back to Idaho with our travel trailer and two big dogs on I-90 east of Chicago when our truck engine just stopped. We pulled over and we called Big Bulldog Towing. We cannot thank Neil enough for towing our truck and trailer to a repair shop. He was so nice, giving our dogs extra attention! We had a wonderful conversation with Neil the whole way. What I was so impressed with him was how he talked about how lucky he was to have such a great boss. I have so much respect for loyalty. Being a tow truck driver is a dangerous job and we are very grateful for the care Neil gave us!
had a flat tire on the Saturday of Labor Day Weekend. David came quite fast considering the holiday. He was very experienced and thorough. He also explained what he was doing and politely answered several other unrelated questions. Definitely a great experience for a frustrating situation!
My car was totaled. Why do the police deal with such a rip-off and incompetent tow company, I should file a lawsuit- The ignorant driver was moving the car and did not even look to see where my wife and I were standing, we had the door open and I had to scream at him to stop. - Almost hit us- How irresponsible is THAT! Then they wanted 650.00 dollars to two the car 20 miles, 35.00 a mile- 250.50 for clean up, and I gave them the car for scrap - so Off my unfortunate accident then stand to make 1150 in total - SUCH A SCAM - NEVER EVER CALLL THE RIP OFF COMPANY I call them BIG BULL - But it aint dog-

My car died while enroute. I called AAA and they dispatched Big Bulldog. The wait was reasonable. There was clear communication regarding arrival time and he arrived sooner than expected. The driver was skilled, friendly, and professional. He was even able to accurately get my car in the garage off the carrier! I was very impressed with the experience.
