Awesome service, came exactly when I needed them and very affordable. Most places charge upwards of $300 for one small tow. Thank you so much for making my difficult week easier lovely lady in the passenger seat as well.
Maclins showed up and almost poked a hole in my skid plate backing up to my truck. I stopped him.
Next he uses skinny straps to rig my truck to his ol tow truck and thats where i messed up.
He wasnt prepared to do the job right but took my money anyways.
I show up to check in my truck as hes calling. Theres a hole in my skid plate and my fog light is knocked off. He tells me my truck FELL OFF on the way.
Said hes willing to pay damages.

The service was very prompt and very friendly! The price point was also more affordable than most other options. I had tried to contact multiple “24/7” companies but the only one to respond was Maclins.
Maclin's was dispatched through my roadside assistance to do a lockout for my son's car. There was no delay in their arrival, and the gentleman was very pleasant. Highly recommend calling them!
Maclin was dispatched through my insurance Company to tow my vehicle bc I was stranded. I was told it would be 60 to 90 minutes. After waiting the 90 minutes I was informed it’d be another 20. I then attempted to call for further updates and my calls were not answered. I ended up calling another company and waiting another 45 minutes. I understand companies get busy and things come up but a little communication could have prevented a lot of wasted time.
They came out quickly for a jump start on my Semi tractor. it needing charging in addition to a jump start. They only charged $50. And it was a Sunday night after 10 pm. Highly recommended.
