10 stars to this company for NEVER making me wait for a tow, I had to have 4 tow in 3 months never once did I want longer than 30 mins.

I highly recommend this place. Customer service is friendly along with the gentleman that towed my son's car. Price is beatable compared to other towing in the area.
I was in the median today of 30 and called the local cops who called this towing service and the guy who came was so sweet and nice he had me out of the ditch in less then 20 mins I highly recommend this company they are amazing
This company ignored calls and voicemails from State Farm for 5 days while my car sat in their lot. I can only assume this was to collect daily fees as they picked up after one ring when I called. If insurance is involved don’t trust them to answer your agent. Edit: Just had to three way call with my insurance to try and get my vehicle back. Best part is when they don’t answer the phone when they come to pick it up I will have to pay this company to tow it and eventually get reimbursed. They were also incredibly rude to the insurance agent who simply wanted them to do their job. You are what is wrong with this industry.
I called Ravens Wresker Service after waiting 6 hours for AAA go find somebody. I was about an hour away from Warsaw. One hour and 5 minutes after I called they were right there. They didn't waste any time getting to Love's Truck Stop and picked me and the van up! Highly recommended them. Tom was my driver and he was friendly and professional. Great service! Thank you all!!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. My teenage son was in an accident. The Warsaw cop called Raven Wreckers. The car was obviously totalled, but had many salvageable parts. The owner told my son to sign the title over to him and he would take care of it. If not, he would be charged outrageous storage fees starting right then. My husband stepped in and the owner immediately backed off and said we could have a day to figure out what to do. After calling around, a salvage company was willing to pay $500 for the car Raven wanted us to turn over for free. But when we came the next day to get the car he demanded $200. We said our insurance was paying for the tow. He said he didn't care. If we wanted the car or the salvager to get the car, we had to pay him $200. He is a bully and a hustler. Even the salvage guy said he ripped people off.
Our fleet insurance dispatched Raven towing to our property to replace a flat tire. We called the driver directly and instructed him to come inside to get the keys and he agreed. I watched him show up on our property and park beside the vehicle. He then left the property and canceled the call because he didn't have the keys, which we instructed him to come get from us. Pretty sure he was double dipping the insurance company and committing insurance fraud since they get paid per call out. Very disappointed.
Great service, friendly driver, and competitive prices. Also, open 24 hrs. which was a life saver! My son loved the cool looking truck that came. :) The BEST in town!
