Talked to guy on phone he said he would get back a hold of me to let me know what time he would be here. He was picking a car up currently. Waited for hours and hours and didn't hear from him. Text him to see if he was still coming and got no response. Great business practices! Ended up calling Michiana junkers the following day, they were here within an hour. Don't waste your time with these people like I did.

Was on my way to work when the CV axle broke on my Honda accord. Called Adams Junkers to have my vehicle towed to the nearest dealership. I spoke with Adam and he was very nice and professional over the phone. Not only did he pick up my vehicle but he towed it to my place of employment to get my keys and informed me that his mechanic could fix the problem. After the car was repaired, he brought it to my home. Above and beyond service from start to finish. Cannot say enough good about this place of business! Adam helped me in every way that he could and was more than happy to do it. Would highly recommend this place of business to anyone!

He seemed really nice when i meet him.but some paper work i was waiting on to come to my house some how made it to his work and i was not told that until i text him about it. I need to let him know when i got it so i could get the other part of my money and which i have yet to receive!!!!!!
After a different company called me back and cancelled I was worried it was going to set me back so far that I’d have to possibly miss work in order to get my car where it could be fixed. I jumped back on my phone and started calling all the big names for towing and got nothing but answering machines, until I called Adam’s! The association could tell I was worried about the timeframe and even texted me to keep me at ease about being taken care of. He got to my vehicle and had it up in no time, all the while answering all questions I had. He even texted a picture of my key dropped at the mechanic shop, and my vehicle locked at the correct shop! True professional! Highly recommend these guys and I’ll look to them in the future if I need a tow! Thanks guys!

Called and asked for a tow and they said they were coming but never showed! Left me stranded on the highway and when I called back to see where the tow was, I was sent to voicemail! Luckily, Deans Service Center saved the day! I’d give a negative 2 star review if it were possible. You guys suck.
Do not do business with these people. Contacted them about towing my vehicle. Gave them the location and my cell phone number and where to tow it.
They stated they’d be there within the hour. They never showed up, and didn’t call me. They were also unprofessional handling the call, I should’ve known then to call somewhere else.
Called them about my tractor stuck in the mud, asked if I could send pictures, I did, 3 hours later still no response, then a text saying "Not interested in coming out there and doing it today the weather is very bad outside I'm not going to sink my truck" but said On the phone, if he sunk it he would just bring another one. It's not even raining where I'm at, & it's $50,000 tractor. Obviously the title Junk fits them.
Payton arrived less than 10 minutes to help me tow my car to a nearby Discount Tire Store in South Bend. I had a flat and he carefully put my car on his flatbed and drove me to the closest store without hesitation. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!!! Plus, Payton is such a cute and adorable man! His price was great for my short tow!
An ironic thing was that I was across from a large auto junkyard (Veldman on Rt. 2) who would have had a sale if they were open. But nooo, they were closed on a Saturday afternoon! Their loss!
Awesome! Very quick response! We broke down on the bypass between the airport and Nimtz parkway. I'm from Michigan and not familiar with tow truck services in the area so I googled tow truck services near me and Adam's Junkers was one of the first listed. I looked at rating & reviews and called. Adam answered immediately and said he could help as he was already out in his truck. Within 15 minutes he had arrived and started working. Adam took my vehicle back to Michigan for a very fair price. 100% happy with Adam's Junkers and would highly recommend them to any one in need of a tow.

I had a 16 year old SUV that I bought brand new back in 2002 and dearly loved. Many great memories of trips, friends, relatives, pets in that car.
But when the transmission went out in addition to other things needing fixing, it was time to say buy. Adams Junkers offered good price and towed away the vehicle. Great experience with Adam's Junkers. They promised follow-up after the initial call and called back when they said they would. They not only towed the vehicle but even went above and beyond and got into the vehicle with keys locked inside and dropped them in the dropbox at the repair garage that they dropped the car off at. I would definitely use them again.
I needed an emergency tow. We're a one car family and it was imparative that it got fixed. I called 5 other companies and Adam's is the only one who answered. They got to me on short notice and got my car to the shop before the closed. I have used Adam’s Junkers twice now. First situation my car was stuck in snow with the keys locked in- they came out almost immediately and resolved both issues without any problems. Second situation, a work van was stuck in the mud for several days- I recalled my good experience from before with Adam’s and figured I’d call them again. They respond immediately and came to our business and got the van unstuck. If you’re tired of the long wait time that most lock smiths/tow services offer, then you need to try Adam’s Junkers- you will not be disappointed!

Called early on a Sunday morning,in the middle nowhere off Cleveland road in South bend. He showed be up in less than 20 minutes,took the car to the far side of Mishawaka. Very professional,very reasonable rates. I would recommend his services to anyone.

The best kind of people! I can change a tire, but two flats and a broken axel is a bit more than I can do on the roadside. Adam came out in the middle of the night and in pouring rain.
