I made an appointment to have my air conditioner fixed in my 2007 ford f150, just before I was supposed to take it down my truck started to overheat. I saw that I was out of coolant so decided to take it in and have it checked. I only got a mile from my house and had to have it towed. They called me the next day and explained what they had found so I told them to go ahead and fix it. When they told me they had it fixed I asked them if they were going to look at my air and they said what they did for the overheating had fixed the air conditioning. Then they told me the noise I had asked about needed to be fixed and explained what it was. Everything was done in less than 2 days and I was very pleased that everything was working well ! There was a bonus too. My cruise control was not working when I took it in, but on the way I decided to try it and somehow what they had done got my cruise working ! Anyway they were easy to talk to explained what needed to be done and exactly how much it would cost. They will be my go to shop from now on.

There was an incident with our towing, the owner and his whole team was quick to make everything right and correct the issue in a timely manor. Would highly recommend!

From what I understand if you are an exiting customer this place is great! As a new customer, They seem to go out of their way to try to get you to take your business somewhere else, because they have as many customers as they want, do not want new ones, and so will treat your like your poop on their shoe they don't have the time for. Or at least, that's how they made me feel, and I will never be back.

I am from out of town taking care of my mom. I heard absurdly loud road noise and figured I had a bearing issue in my 2017 Subaru. Myother recommended Kyle's, and I couldn't be happier with their friendly service and excellent workmanship! The price was more than fair (about half what I paid for a similar job in Georgia about two years ago). Top notch garage in the South Bend/Mishawaka area!

Somehow managed to lock myself out of a vehicle that you shouldnt be able to lock yourself out of. Called my insurance and used roadside assistance, Kyles came out and quickly got me back in my vehicle. Very proffessional and courteous would definitely recommend this company.

They replaced struts and other suspension parts, did an alignment, and were done by the mid-afternoon in one day. Kyle's is located on a main road in Mishawaka. I would advise getting an appointment because parking looks to be somewhat limited. There is some parking behind and beside the building, but otherwise there's some on the street.

Recently moved to the area and have taken both of our vehicles to Kyle’s. Very fair prices, work came in much cheaper than quoted where we previously lived. They try to get you in quickly and even called to move up our appointment when they had a cancellation. Will continue to use Kyle’s for any of our vehicle needs in the future.

Friendly, efficient, trustworthy, and knowledgeable staff. Rachel and Brittany are so helpful and kind. I trust the technicians here, as they are honest and upfront about what really needs to be repaired, and they don't try to upsell you on anything you don't need. Pricing is more than fair and affordable based on other local auto repair shops. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I would give them zero stars if I could. I was sent there in June by one of their drivers because they had just bought new trucks, and needed drivers. So I went the next day. After being told while filling out my application by the "owners wife" as she claimed to be said that I matched what they were looking for perfectly!! 1 week later ibwas told to expect a call July 1st. I called every week since last week. When the person who sent me passed away. And they tell me 2 days after that, "I'm sorry all out positions are filled, we will call you around winter " so I go to this memorial service, and there's the "wife" offering another job at his memorial to another person in the hallway of the party like no one else was in there. Right in front of me. So I called yesterday and was told to come in first thing this morning to speak to the owner, and I get attacked by 3 women saying they would NEVER hire me because I'm being "combative" I'm asking a logical question. Why would you not hire an experienced woman to drive a tow truck who young, but offer an older man a part time 2 day a week job!!!! That's called discrimination and I'm tired of being discriminated against!!

I am very impressed by their communication, response time and efficiency on towing my vehicle. The driver was very courteous both in person and on the phone when updating me on the arrival ETA. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing towing services!

I’ve taken all my vehicles to Kyle’s for years (probably almost 20 now) and Kyle is always honest and fair. They don’t repair things that don’t need fixing and I know I can trust what they say. They know what they’re talking about and do good, honest work. I highly recommend Kyle’s Auto!

This is Now my Go To for ALL my Auto Repairs! I usually save up for any high cost repairs! Much better than, those advertised on TV of paying per monthly so called low payments...every month! "Every Month!" When you can save it up and only pay once! Also Kyle's is a Honest, Family Owned Mishawaka Business! Friendly and more than willing to explain things! Kyle's gets it Fixed right away! No long waits wondering when your going to get your vehicle back! When you pay for the repairs, you also get a Itemized List of New Parts and their Costs. Labor Costs with each item listed and prices. And Shop Supplies used and their prices. And the Tax. So you can always look in your filing cabinet for your record of the repairs done by Kyle's Auto Repair Shop!

I've been to Kyle's twice now and both times they finished quickly and for far less than I was expecting. They are extremely friendly and professional. My only regret is not bringing my vehicles here sooner! Absolutely recommend!!

Recently had work done here. I am not friends or family with any of the owners, or employees just for the record. I personally always wonder about online reviews... I will say it didn't stop them from treating me like I was, or actually even better. There was some small issues with parts for my vehicle and I honestly felt as though they went above and beyond what was necessary to make sure I was taken care of. They have definitely earned my respect and loyalty as a customer. I won't hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family! Thank you Kyle's ?

Was able to find and fix an issue with exhaust system that had eluded other car repair places for two years. It has been my experience that Kyle's is not satisfied until you are. They stand behind their work and have always been professional and courteous when dealing with me. I was happy with the end result. It might take a week to get your car in for repairs but do not let that prevent you from getting excellent service. They can be just a bit more expensive than other places but I do not mind if I am getting quality repairs and service I can depend on. I would definitely recommend.

I am thrilled with the service I got! They did my oil change and took care of my air conditioning issue in a timely fashion and at a great price! I am impressed with the professionalism of the team. They also gave me quotes on a couple things that need repair soon, but told me up front that they're issues for down the road. I felt respected and valued as a customer.

Kyle's Auto Repair is literally the best place I have EVER taken a car! They are honest, reliable, fast, and their prices are so reasonable. My car has been in quite a few times over the past few months, and they always get it fixed without any issues. I had a break issue, caused by a different place, and instead if telling me it needed to be fixed and sticking me with a big, unnecessary bill, they checked everything and figured out it was safe, just annoying. I just took it back in to fix the "annoying" issue and get new tires, and they had it done quickly, and for less than where I took it last time. They are my car place from now on!!

Kyles auto communicates well to help you understand the issues on your car and does their best to give you fair pricing. I would say one of the most honest shops around. Before they do the work they will do everything to give you the best price possible. Everyone is friendly and make you feel so welcomed. They went as far as to fix the issues made from my last mechanic. I definitely recommend Kyle's and after my experience they will continue to be my mechanic

I send my cars here for the work I'm too lazy to do myself. My wife usually makes the appointments and pays. I've been here maybe 10 times. Not once, I repeat, not once has a quote came back higher than my estimate for the work. Furthermore, my wife is the one who primarily deals with them and she knows nothing about cars. They are extremely fair and honest. I do a lot of my own work on my cars and know both how long things and how expensive they should be. I have literally never had a gouging experience with Kyle's. I recommend them to everyone I know. The work is always done to the fullest and almost always a same day turnaround. Hats off to you, Kyle's. If you had a bad experience, try again.

I highly recommend Kyle's. The struggle was real with my Mitsubishi. They were the 4th mechanics I'd been to in 3 months. They made everything seem so relaxed even though we all knew it wasn't. They searched far and wide for parts for my car and finished the job as quickly as they could. Their prices seem fair. My boyfriend and i will be back for any problems with future cars.

I LOVE Kyle's Auto. They are always so polite when I call in. I needed a clutch replacement and a few weeks after seemed it was still broken. They checked it out, it was a faulty part on their end, so no charge on my end. I always take my car there. They are good, honest, hard working people. I had a throttle issue and was afraid that would be another thing I'd have to pay for, but they took care of it free of charge.
