I was able to get a tow quickly on a Friday afternoon. My driver Jason was great and dropped me off at work on his way to drop off my broken down car.

My granddaughters truck was stolen and brought here. They wouldn't walk 10 yards just to let her know if certain sentimental things were also stolen or still in the vehicle. They made her come sign the title over to her truck just for a chance that some things could still be in there. Which they weren't. They were beyond rude. My granddaughter was so upset her things were stolen and now her trucks practically been stolen twice because nobody bothered to call Elkhart city police department to get her number. To let her know her car had been found. So they allowed a whole 10 days to pass before notifying her. So she was unable to get her truck back. Nothing was done youd think common sense would have told everybody involved. This woman's car was stolen. We know this because it came back stolen. So maybe we should let the owner know as soon as possible so she could get it back without paying an arm and a leg. But apparently common sense doesn't work at city wide towing. They did what was in their best interest. And that was allow as much time to pass as possible to get as much money as their greedy hands could grasp. Or practically steal her truck all over again. Before leaving she went in the office to ak a simple question an the woman behind the glass stood there with her arms folded and when asked why she had such an attitude she responded with "I seen your Google review" I guess professionalism doesn't work there either. Along with any type of compassion. People who make money off other people's misfortune who have the ability to do the right thing and don't. Should be ashamed of themselves. But youd have to have a conscious for that. SMH You don't even deserve 1 star.

80 bucks for a tow can't complain about that, Eric was our guy, phenomenal service and went out of his way to make sure the car was correctly placed in a parking spot!

My car broke down and I needed a tow. City Wide was called and arrived within 15 minutes of the call. Jose was very friendly. The tow fee was very reasonable. Because it needed to be towed to my mechanic after hours, City Wide offered to park my car in their lot until morning and then deliver to my mechanic once his shop opened. Next morning, they delivered my car as expected and texted me a picture showing it was delivered. Then I received a call from Jose confirming my car was delivered to my mechanic. What a great experience considering this was such a stressful situation. Thank you Jose and City Wide Towing. Highly recommend!

They was here within 30 minutes of my phone call even with the snow covered roads called me ahead of time to let me know he would be here soon and was very friendly and helpful answered all my questions was in and out with my truck in about 10 minutes would definitely recommend and will be using them anytime I need a tow thanks again!

I dealt with them under bad circumstances! Police impounded my 2 vehicles from my apartment parking lot. I had to pay out of pocket, to get them back to the parking place they were! These people could not have been nicer! Polite,and understanding! They even refused to charge me to bring them back where they were! Please use them for any towing and storage needs!

Towed my daughters car after an accident at 5pm. They towed it 5 miles. Wouldn't let us come right then to pick it up. Charged them 390. Charged two days worth of storage. For it being there less than 16 hours. Charged 35 for clean up. Picking the whole bumper up and putting it in her truck. 50 something for administrative fees. 175 to tow 5 miles. And kept being reminded that they're connected to the police. They should be shut down for charging criminal prices.

Jason was awesome, and didn’t think twice to help get my friend and me back home when we broke down in the parking lot as he was about to go home for the night. He took care of us and had us home and unloaded in about 15 minutes. HUGE props and appreciation!

Call this Towing Company- they do it right! We needed a tow at 3:30am. Called a local South Bend tow co and they qouted us $420! Tried our Allstate Emergency Roadside assistance at $220 and took 30 min wait for response- and when they called they hadn't even gotten a service hired yet! I remembered CityWide in Mishawaka from years ago when I needed a tow for work and called them. Great customer service rep answered right away, got our info, and had a driver out within 30 min. We got a great rate too at $90. And the driver was polite and professional- good job Eric! He thought I overpaid - it was a tip- and gave the extra money back to my son- honest and with integrity- Wow! Thank you CityWide Towing! ?

Great service and quick! Made the call and there within 10-15 min. Prices are affordable as well! Jonathan was the one towing. Great to talk to and easy going. Would use again!

My car broke down near a very busy intersection with my 6 month old in the car. My insurance company called City Wide and they told me it would be an hour but Dragos showed up literally 10-15 minutes later. He even called me to assure me he was on his way. He was very friendly and helpful, and I really appreciate what he did to help me.

Called them on a Sunday . Most tow places closed. No one would return calls. City wide Came right out maybe 45 minutes and the driver was super nice. Great service.

Everyone at City Wide was amazing. Not only did they quote half of what my insurance company did, Dragos picked up my vehicle and delivered it to the mechanic faster than I ever expected. Not only that, he sent a picture verifying it made it to it's final location. Although I hope I don't need a tow again, if I do, City Wide will be my first call.

Had my vehicle stolen, and we found it the next day. After the police finished their inspection of the vehicle, CityWide towing arrived promptly and got out vehicle home safely. The driver even gave me a ride home. Between their quick service, friendly customer interactions, and affordable pricing, I would highly recommend this company!

While it's never pleasant when you need your car twoed, the best towing experience I've had. Floyd was the driver, showed up early, was helpful, and got me where I needed to go efficiently. Great chat in the truck too! Very reasonable price for towing.

City Wide rescued my Dad! He's elderly and was going for a cruise in his classic car, when he got a flat. He doesn't have a cell phone, but someone stopped so he could call me, and then I called City Wide to get him- EXCEPT, poor Dad was confused about his location. The driver and I both circled the area until he was found, keeping me in communication with both dispatch AND the driver the entire time. It didn't even take much longer than the quoted time, and even with all the extra driving, they didn't upcharge him. The staff did absolutely everything possible to help find my Dad, and put his car carefully on a nice flatbed. I can't recommend these folks enough, especially if you're in a bind!

I blew both passenger tires after hitting a pothole. I'm relatively new to Mishawaka and didn't know who to call. Fortunately these guys answered right away, on a Sunday and had someone to me in less than 30 min. Dragos was awesome, texting to answer my questions while I waited and the driver Floyd was kind and professional. I saved their number and won't be using anyone else.

You would think after someone’s been in an accident they would be some what helpful but they aren’t. Killed my car battery, flipped my car (I grabbed my car seats out after the accident and when I received it back several things have been moved around). Not to mention they charge OUTRAGEOUS fees. $150 for the intital tow and then $50 admin fees plus $100 more dollar in bs it was $310 after one night. Not like I had a choice either, since it was a busy intersection and I was more concerned about my kids safety than finding a good tow company. I will also be filing a complaint with mishawka pd because they need a better partner. This is just corrupt.Not to mention the tow company I hired to remove it said they were extremely rude. Just an overall bad business.

Could have waited one hour for Chik Fil A to close before blocking the drive through lane for almost 40 minutes. What on earth was he thinking?

Everything was ok, till my car was dropped off to the requested location. I had a feeling I needed to go check to make sure everything was good. I got to my car and found out it wasn't locked. So I called the driver and asked hey, did the drop off go smoothly and was the car locked, he said yes to both. He lied so easily and on top of that put my key in the drop box with no information on it as per the employee I talked to the following morning. I'm glad I followed my instinct and checked on the car.

Friends daughter hit a curb last night and they needed the car towed. City Wide showed up on scene after the Police called in the accident. It appears City Wide has a contract with Mishawaka Police Department, who actually used their accident as a social post! City Wide charged $275 for the tow, storage and fees and provided horrible customer service when trying to navigate the process. Make sure you utilize your personal insurance or roadside assistance before accepting unfamiliar alternatives.

They towed away my Grandpa’s car today for free to donate to South Bend Center for the Homeless! Drivers name was Scott, he showed up right on time very professional. He did a great job getting this car safely out of the garage. The owner Matt is also supper friendly and easy to work with!

Waited almost 3 hours yesterday. I did not know that they got bought out. Until yesterday . They are owned by Gervers Towing I would not trust them to tow A toy car .Let alone a real car.. In they like to double dip the tow guy tried to collect twice from where the car was I told them I would pay them when the car reached it’s destination. I would not recommend them .
