Sold metal got paid

Call to ask about some parts and as soon as I said the first vehicle he cut me off and without allowing me to finish asking about the next thing he kept repeating no and then hung up very rude and unprofessional

Friendly, but realized I had been incorrectly priced on some recycling later on looking over the receipt, but they marked down some of what I had as tin, instead of steel because everything I took down there, aside from the aluminum, was magnetic. Tin is not, double check your receipts.

Went in found what we needed and quoted a great price for what we needed!

The owners, Rusty and Patty, are really good, honest people. One time I accidentally put some higher priced scrap in the lower priced bin. They let me know about it and put it in with the higher price scrap. I would have never known but they didn’t take advantage of me. Also, Pettit’s Usually pays the highest in scrap prices. We used to live close by but moved and now we’re closer to SAP. However, I still make the trip to them because of the honesty and helpfulness of everyone there. I’m Usually in and out in under 15 minutes.

In and out within 10 minutes. Very helpful and friendly over the phone. Definitely will be back again if I have any large appliances to recycle
