Cole was absolutely amazing. He definitely has the knowledge and skill. I feel he deserves a raise. Jayden was helpful and they were both kind. Thank you for helping me.
One day I went in there to order parts to be there next day, but Cole forgot to do it. I called next day to see if my parts were in and long story short. Cole ended up driving all the way to Louisville to the hub to pick up my parts on his day off I was very impressed because he did this on his own time, now that’s what I call customer service. You guys should really give that man a raise for that.
I went there and bought a rotor. O’Reillys was three dollars cheaper. I asked if they price matched? Lady manager a piece of paper showing the price. I said I just called over there. Do you want me to call back. She finally looked it up on her phone. I actually had $20 coming back but she said I needed to buy three more times before I cut a $20 credit. I started to leave but I needed brake fluid. There’s two lads working here that actually knew that I did get the $20! I got brake fluid and gas additive. The two young lads did an excellent job. The manager not so much! Still a good Autozone, store.
My battery took a crap and they were really nice and helped me to get it charged. Plus one of the managers served for our country. So that was nice to see people proud to hire our service members. 5 ?
Manager wasn't at the store and my husband order parts form there and now he can't get the parts at all and they will not give his money back to him that's really rude people up there
Horrible the guy tried to sale me a part I didn't want because it wasn't the part I came there to get and ended up just renting a tool I was there for a whole hour just to rent a tool and when I went back to return it waited in line for 30 mins while other employees were walking in and out allowing the just one line to be open

I buy batteries and oil from any auto zone.ive never had a part that has held up ever. In 30 years. Their batteries are top notch. But the rest .well I would never put my family's life on the line with their parts

This Place needs to get it together... I can tell them exactly what I need and they will tell me they cannot get it yet if you call back and talk to someone else they can get the part. The older woman that works here is very rude!! I have went in and told her exactly what I wanted and she argued with me for ten minutes until finally, I just purchased what "she knew in her head" that I needed!? My husband was highly upset when I came home with the wrong part... So he returned to the store and didn't take no for an answer on what he needed!! The employees need more training in this place period!
