If I could leave a review of zero stars I would. We took my wife’s car in because it had some suspension issues and stuff that I can’t really do at home as I don’t have a lot of tools figured we’d give these guys a chance they replaced everything and fixed the creaking issue. Took a long time thankfully my wife and I work at the same place and we each have our own vehicle but we try to use hers most of the time since it’s better on fuel any way it Was definitely pricier than I thought it would have been and took longer than I thought it should have almost 3 weeks.
A few weeks go by now it’s making a new noise I can’t find exactly what the issue is so I call them up set up an appointment explain what’s going on thinking and hoping it may be a part gone bad that they could warranty it out of it was something they installed from the first time. Drop off the car a week goes by I don’t hear anything. I drive by this place daily I live just up the road. We can see my wife’s car just sitting outside for the entire week. Then one day it’s gone we think oh cool they must have it on the lift and they’ll call us back the next day. Next day car is back in the lot and we hear Nothing for about another week and a half. I call asking what’s up with it. They said it was time to service the breaks and they went ahead and did them without even getting approval and it’s ready for pick up. im like well thanks but I totally could have done that myself like I said I don’t have much in terms of tools but that I definitely can do at home to save money.
I drop my wife off to pick the vehicle up she gets home to show me a bill for over 500 dollars for pads and rotors just on the two front wheels. That is criminally overpriced not to mention they didn’t even ask me or my wife if I wanted them done. I would have paid a 100bucks for a diagnosis and been fine and done it myself.
They proceeded to lie to my wife saying oh if you do the breaks rotors have to be done and that’s just simply not true. Your rotors can still be in spec and just the pads need swapped. And on top of all that the main issue we sent it in for was still not fixed. I mean it’s like did y’all not drive it around to hear the noise I was talking about you had it for two and a half weeks didn’t even try to call me back about it being “done” either. Had I not called I’m sure they’d have been happy to let it sit or tow it.
We will definitely not be giving them any more of our business and steering anybody asking us for recommendations in another direction. I mean with as much as they over charge you’d think they could get someone in to answer phones and leave a message or two.

I can't say enough good things about this auto mechanic shop in Newmarket, Indiana. Just three weeks after purchasing my 2016 Honda Pilot, the engine gave out — a nightmare situation. Thankfully, I found this shop, and they truly came through for me.
They were honest, professional, and gave me a very fair price for such a major repair. On top of that, the turnaround time was fast — way quicker than I expected. It’s rare to find mechanics who are both skilled and trustworthy, but this team proved they’re exactly that.
Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and affordable service. I’ll definitely be back if I ever need work done again!
I use to trust ATS because they were there for me when I needed it the most. Thus last time I am mad and very disappointed! My brother towed my vehicle there and they looked at it. They told me the engine was blown. I said ok give me a few days and I will come n get it. 3 or 4 days later I called them back but it took a week to get thru. I just needed to know the price of putting in a new engine. If I couldn't do it then I would come n get it. Talked to Steve himself, n he said he would get the quote on that and call me back. He said we have 40 cars here to work on. I told him I'm not in a rush take your time. I mean 40 cars! N who knows what wrong with each one. I never received a call, text, mail, email, or anything. Then after a couple of months I tried calling them. Off n on tried calling. I live almost an hour away. N my other vehicle wasn't doing the greatest. So, I continued calling with no answer or call back. Time kept going by, call after call. Well, now I know why! It wouldn't of done me any good to go in there and talk to them. I received a mechanics lein letter. The thing is they towed it May 8th, I spoke to Steve about the engine I think May 20th or so!! He already knew my vehicle was towed and didn't tell me! No one called and said get the vehicle out of here right now, nothing! The letter wasn't sent too me until October 8th. I didn't get it til the 11th of October. Saying if I wanted the vehicle back I had to pay $130 for towing and $35 a day for storage in 20 days from the date of the letter, October 8th! Which If you're wondering, that roughly comes up to $5,380 to come up with in 17 days. ALL this could of been avoided if someone from there would of called me back! I will never send business their way again. I will never take my vehicle there again. I can't trust them. The world is going backwards. This is just a smidgen of an example!

Steve is a great affordable mechanic. He went through everything to make sure my SUV was fixed properly so my wife has a reliable vehicle to get my kids to school. I highly recommend ATS for your car trouble
It is always a great experience at automotive technical service's in New Market, In. It was great back in 2008 n still great today. I did not wait long at all n they r perfectionists at what they do!
About a month ago, my Jeep broke down halfway through a two hour drive to Bloomington. I called ATS and they towed me to their shop in a very timely manner, and a couple of the mechanics stayed well after hours to get my vehicle running again. Outstanding customer service, and it really meant a lot that they went out of their way on a Friday night to get me back on the road!
