Left on hold for 20 minutes, showed online price and availability and said he could not see where its online haveing one. Guy on phone could barely speak English. Horrible service. Lower then a one star.
Posting this for an old review. I had just moved into my new apartment and they were redoing the pavement. I didn't know about it so my car got towed literally the first day that I moved in. My apartment ended up refunding me, but I was towed and went to pick up my car, I had some form of white lines from what I'm assuming is a chain/straps that rubbed my tires all the way to the plastic on the Back or side of my car. It was literally a perfect line across to both of my tires that lined up with the Scratches along the back end of my car. So, my tires hadn't moved since I got the mark on my car. I had the lady come out from the front desk or office. And then she proceeded to tell me that the damage to my car was there when they moved it. She said that they had taken pictures of it before they moved it and when I asked to see the picture, she wouldn't show me them and then she gave me A card and said that a manager would be reaching out to me and they never did. I'm usually not someone that speaks up, And I'm definitely not someone that leaves a bad review but I'm disappointed because I was a 20-year-old that this company took advantage of.
My dissatisfaction with Zores Towing is inexplainable, regarding the tow fee and your employee's conduct.
Sheriff Kuhn confirmed that the tow fee would be $211. My husband and I cleaned up debris from our vehicle to facilitate towing and have video evidence of this.
When the tow operator, Chris, arrived, he was rude and distractedly texting while driving in the rain, raising not only our anxiety from our own accident but also while he was driving. When I mentioned the $211 fee, he interrupted me, suggesting we could sort it out at the tow yard, which was dismissive and frustrating.
We were not given a choice of towing truck, despite our vehicle being able to be winched without a flatbed.
I’ve spoken with different operators and was told to speak to “Chris Anick”, who is one of the four managers. I have made several attempts to contact them but have resulted in no resolution. I request a review of this situation and a prompt repayment to the overcharge.
I'm not asking for the full amount refunded, only the difference that was never confirmed to me.
Towed my vehicle and smashed my towing hitch and doesn't respond to fix. Called . Times and actually went to the shop and the same run around. Do not use this towing service.
These ppl suck at there job don’t know how to tow properly I got my car impounded over the weekend and got it back with a flat tire and exhaust was broken off. I told them this isn’t the condition it was in when it was impounded and they said “I don’t know nothing about no flat tire” and I said well what about the exhaust that is broken they said “the police officer picked it up off the ground it was like that” like bro u mean to tell me when I got arrested the exhaust was like yea I’m just gunna fall off here like bro make it make sense these ppl need to learn how to tow cars properly or atleast own up to things and offer some kind of reimbursement for the damages this is unacceptable because now I gotta spend money fixing this myself when they caused this damage

My car was towed there not even 48 hours and they filed to put a lien on my vehicle which was a $100 charge ladies were rude on the phone while I was in the office. I was told one price and when I arrived I was told a totally different price and had to pay it or I couldn’t get my vehicle.
I have been towed twice by Paul R . Fantastic person and great customer service. Makes the tow comfortable and friendly. I wish all drivers were like Paul !!! I’m requesting him every-time !!!

Service is horrible, Reached out to these people 3 times in the last 4 months trying to sign a contract with them to monitor our parking lots for our apartment complexes and each time some lady answers takes my information down and tell me someone will call back, never once received a call back. That's fine though we will just take our business elsewhere.

I have used their parts department several times, for an array of different parts/vehicles. The one thing I love about Zores is that (provided you have closed toe shoes and long pants) will walk you out to the car(s) with the part(s) you need on them and allow you to choose which one you want pulled. When purchasing a used part this is AMAZING and surprisingly hard to come by. The only thing I feel worth mentioning is their selection of vehicles that are on the yard is very unique and truly does change daily. The best way to verify parts availability is to call and talk to an associate or go in person and ask. Parts are pulled in a very timely manner we, and you are able to pay up front before they’re pulled over the phone. Seeing as I lived an hour from them, this was a big help as I didn’t have to wait after I drove. They called me promptly after the part was removed, and I went and picked up and was on my way. Thanks!

Charged us $1120.00 to tow a truck two miles. We had it removed within 12 hours from their lot and they still charged us a $200 "storage fee".

My first time using Zores Towing and Paul was completely satisfactory. Paul was on time, had great communication, patience, and knowledge of my situation. He WAS NOT predatory nor did he try to run game. I just called a booked again and requested Paul. I will always use Zores and request Paul Robinson when I’m in Indianapolis to help with decking the trucks and suggest other drivers do the same no matter the situation. Yes, this is a real review and I’m an actual paying client.

Not sure how a business can legally operate like this. The tow truck drivers seem cool, but being charged nearly 400 dollars for a tow, cleaning fee, and daily storage fee for something I didn't cause and had no choice in is completely criminal. When my car got towed, nobody told me anything. Unreal. Gotta love these companies profiting off an already super stressful and inconvenient experience. God bless America.
If I could, I would leave a zero star. They’re a bunch of rude people. They don’t care they don’t know how to break a tow. Videos of state show they hardly touched the trailer yet they are charging an arm and leg.

Hate this place with a burning passion. I actually bought an engine from these guys which I was happy with. But I’ve moved into an apartment complex that these smoothbrains manage, and they towed my car at 3am. For not having a parking permit. It was on my windshield in the same spot as everybody else. What a horrible predatory place. One of the worst things to wake up to and not be able to go to work because your car was taken for no real reason!! Wish their drivers would’ve spent 10 more seconds looking at a car to see if there’s a permit. But that’s probably why they’re stuck working 3am taking peoples cars. I’d say a lot worse but google would probably take this review down. Will not be supporting these guys ever again.
For 25 years they were my go to place. I went there today to get a switch. The people that were there were new faces..they wanted 35 dollars for the switch. I let them keep it and got the same thing from pull a part for 20 dollars. They went from my go-to place to my stay away from place.
Called earlier for a Nissan Altima alternator and was told they were going to pull it and they would give me a call around 2 when it was ready. Well I'm about 30 minutes from the location so I called at 130 and was rudely told that they were still working on pulling it and that he would call in 20 minutes or so. Well it has now been almost 2 hours later and I have been on hold for almost 20 minutes because this guy that answered has no clue about it and whoever was rude with me earlier did not note anything. A big rude run around
Haven't even gotten my tow done yet and got a call that my quote was wrong. Called in and they said "yeah she misquoted you she's new". I gave you both the pickup and drop off and the bike model. Person on the phone said the rates are different for out of town. Yeah it's 49 miles.... It's out of town. As a business you can't come to someone and ask for more because you failed to train someone new to quote correctly. That's not an excuse. I work in sales too and would be expected to eat that cost. Many other reviews mention them tacking on fees or adjusting quotes after cards were preauthorized. I fell victim to this too. Steer clear...
If I could leave 0 stars I would. They are the crookedest company that are just money hungry and will gladly take it out of your pocket. They towed my car from my apartment complex that I have lived in for a year, and since my parking permit fell, they towed it and did not bother to contact me nor my apartment complex, and took it in the dead of the night so that I couldn't open my car door and show them it was there next to the seat. Instead, they took it with no communication whatsoever and charged me $150 for it. Do not hire them for any of their services while they scam people like this, they don't deserve it.
I have had a love hate with this company but, for the most part they are reliable. I was down on my luck and they were able to tow my car to the battery shop I needed. I had an issue of not being able to put my car in neutral and they still were able to help with dollies they put under my wheels. They were able to help with a minor flock as well which I'm incredibly grateful for. As much as I hate every time I have had to use their services they are straight forward and reliable. Through and through. Thank you so much!
My vehicle was towed by this company last week. This was my first and last time using this company. They towed my vehicle to the destination I wanted but when they dropped it off they left the passenger side window down and my keys in the seat out in the open. They also left my vehicle unlocked and left grease all over my driver's side door and thought it was ok like that. I spefically told the driver to lock my keys in the vehicle as i had a spare and the driver confirmed as well. I will never reccomend this place to anyone. I was also quoted a price over the phone for my tow and it was also on the paper the driver brought bht ag the last minute the driver changed the price. AAA is cheaper and more professional.
I have used Zore’s before and had no issues. I just called to see if they could tow my vehicle and was told to “call back in 2 hours.” The woman explained they were busy. I asked if I could schedule a pickup for later today for my car instead, as I know they schedule pick ups. She said no, as there “are only 6 cars and 5 calls on hold.”
I do not usually give reviews at all, much less bad reviews…but that makes no sense. Thankfully, I already have a rental, and am not stranded on the side of the road. I was willing to wait, but will more than likely take my business elsewhere. I could have waited in the queue as well, which would have been fine…but no. Call back because the operators cannot handle multitasking, time management and scheduling, and customer service. I do not need to know how many wreckers you have or calls in your queue. Just put me on hold as well and I will wait. Completely disappointing considering how accommodating Zore’s was last time.
They give you the option of scheduling a pick up. They show up on time and they are fast friendly and courteous. I definitely recommend. Nick the driver was very careful with my daughters SUV. I really appreciated that.
