I have relied on Hanna's for many years and have consistently had positive experiences. They have assisted with towing multiple vehicles and have also been available to pick me up from the side of the road on several occasions. Last night, I experienced a brake line failure while on the southeast side of town. I contacted Hanna's, and Robert arrived within 30 minutes, demonstrating professionalism and a friendly attitude. He efficiently loaded my dually onto the tow truck. During the drive back to the north side of town, we had a pleasant conversation. Upon reaching my destination, Robert unloaded my vehicle, and we parted ways with a handshake. I highly recommend Hanna's for their dependable service.
Can't say enough about these folks they rescued us, our air suspension system had a partial failure the guys can out very quickly, he was able to effect a repair in 15 minutes that got us back on the road and followed me most of the way to my destination to make sure we arrived safely gave me his contact information in case I had a problem

I cannot say enough about this company! In our time of need they came through and delivered above and beyond what anyone could expect. We lost an axle and blew a tire transporting our boat home. Corbin was kind and understanding in helping us coordinate our tow. Chad!!! Is a superstar. Honestly cannot say enough about him. He put us at ease and delivered our boat safely to our home 134 miles away at 10 pm at night. He is kind, cordial, efficient and even had my husband laughing when only hours earlier we were just emotionally exhausted and frustrated. If you need a heavy duty tow call them! Its worth every penny. I promise

I can't say enough about this company! We got ourselves into a real pickle with our Ford F350 and 36 foot 5th Wheel. We had just gotten back from vacation and We have to do a lot of maneuvering to get it parked on our property. Part of this includes pulling up in the front yard of our neighbor's house so we have enough turning radius when we back up. Got it stuck bad! There was also a big tree in the way.
I sent them pictures of our predicament and they said they would have someone there in an hour. Two of the nicest guys showed up and it was a job but they did not give up until they got us pulled out. It took every trick in the book but they did it!

They supposedly have a contract with the police. My car was wrecked after a hit and run so the police called them to come and get it. 6mins, <2mi ride and I got charged over $220. The driver was the nicest human but the person I spoke to the phone was so rude and unprofessional. This is pretty much a scam, avoid at all cost!

Highway robbery towed our trailer from a truck stop 1 mile, charged $1300. These guys don't respect hard-working truck drivers. We are pulling at $2 a mile at the best. We gotta run 600-700 miles to earn what they do in 15 min.
The best service ive ever had with a towing company! They picked a car up in Indianapolis on short notice at 10pm and delivered it to Lafayette within 2 hours ! The driver was very professional and awsome too deal with!! 10/10 in my book!
Last week I had my car taken away by this company. They charged me $1735 in two hours. That's one thing, but I just discovered today that they took the spare tire off my truck. Amazing. How do I understand that now? The worst company with the worst employees. I'd give them zero stars if that were possible.
My car was overheating to the point where I was stranded in the middle of the night. Google lists lots of 24/7 tow company's but only Hanna's answered. Colin was very patient with me as I told him my situation thru my tears. The tow was super quick to arrive and Gordon is wonderful!! He was super friendly, super efficient, and funny, too. I was having literally the worst night and he brightened it. Thank you to both the awesome fellas who took my call.
I will like to advise all of my hard working truck driver friends against this company. I would like to give this company ZERO stars. Our truck needed to be towed and we called a towing company. They gave us a quote of less than $6k to tow it. Instead, these people show up and forcefully hook up our truck. When we tried to tell them that we already called a company, these people bullied us into taking our truck, basically held our truck hostage, yelling and getting upset at us. This is our property, it is our decision who we want to use. Then they give us a bill for around $28,000 to release our truck!! It took no more than 2.5 hours to tow the truck to their yard, it was not rolled over, it was an easy tow. They wouldn't release it until we paid this hefty bill. How do you charge $28k for an approximate $6k job?? ? I would like to tell my Punjabi drivers, stay away from this company at all costs, they will rip you off, price gauging on the basis of color. It's one thing to charge this much unnecessarily, but to degrade and insult the people who are paying you is another level of abuse. Stay away!
No one wants to have their car towed, but on one of my worst days Hanna’s was amazing. Very professional, understanding, and kind. They were nice to my car as well, which was a huge concern. Thank you so much for being so amazing.
Do not use this service at all. They charge you over a grand for 4 miles along with 75.00 to drop a drive shaft and want to charge another 75 to install. If you want bent over and stuck with no vaseline use them but if you want done correct use someone else. Period.........

The driver was 100% helpful with my special request as to where to take the vehicle. With a small billing issue, Tiffany and Paige were pleasant, professional, and accommodating. 5 star experience!

Initial phone call was awesome. Id been searching for a particular item to purchase. We agreed on the price and I placed money down on said item. It was said to me they would have the part pulled the following day ( due to the work load allowing so) and told I'd receive a call when it was available. Original call was on Tuesday, Part was suppose to be available for pickup Wednesday. Heard nothing from them. I finally call Thursday evening multiple times. I finally got an answer and was told the part had been promised to someone else by the owner....They already had my down payment. Long story short over half the day on Friday of back and forth phone calls was basically told I was out of luck.. I did receive my down payment back, but this was extremely unprofessional. The whole ordeal has left a bad taste in my mouth and I would recommend taking ALL business to someone else.
Called today to have our vehicle towed. Tiffany truly surprised me by telling me she could have a truck at our home in 90 minutes. Mark showed up well within that timeframe. He was pleasant and carefully loaded our Mustang on the truck. He obviously has had experience towing classic cars and we appreciate all that both he and Tiffany did for us today. Mark even called to advise us the vehicle had reached the destination safely. Another thing, the price was very reasonable.
Well, as far as wait times, I have no complaints, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. That being said, the staffs demeanor was terrible, and I left somewhat of a bad taste. On top of that, they definitely rip people off for pricing. I sold my catalytic converters from my pick up, with research and market pricing they gave me way under value for them. It's not a place for my future business and not somewhere I would recommend from personal experience.
Great service! 2020 Audi Q8 had an electrical issue causing it to shut down and lock up completely. Mark came to tow it and was awesome. He got it on the truck without damaging it and was extremely helpful

This THIEFS CHARGED PER UNIT but only towed one unit but they charged 450 per truck even tho all the units are connect. Still working in my small claim wich sucks but don’t use them
Chris helped us when our daughter’s car died at the State Fair. He helped troubleshoot (trying to jump car and tightening the connectors to the battery) before we realized it needed towed. He stayed with us the whole time and was a calming presence. He completely went the extra mile. Would highly recommend.
