I often visit them to get some special parts for our repair shop.
Tennessee is a sales person I always look for. She always patiently listened to my concerns and asked the right questions to point me in the right direction.
She always helps finding me several options that fit my budget and requirements.
I have been doing business with brothers prior to Fenix for abt 15 years but my latest experience has me severing ties with them they’re rude, unprofessional and they definitely do not value you as a customer
Used to be decent before Fenix took over. Now you can never get anyone on the phone and if you have an issue they just hang up on you or send you to a random voicemail and don't say anything. Cost me $15 for them to send the incorrect parts. You don't get anyone local just some random person somewhere in the country working from home that has no idea about anything after sitting on hold for 20 minutes. Will be passing them over for parts in the future for sure.
This is the first time I have ever felt the need to review a place, unfortunately. So after a moderate wait to get in touch with someone, I had a phone conversation looking for a part and clarifying that they had it on hand. There were two possible options, they said they had both on hand. I asked if I could match my current one up to make sure I received the correct one, they said yes. I explained that for my job, I am rarely in town, so didn't know until usually the day of, if I would be able to make it in... also mentioned that I lived farther away, they said not a problem.
Fast forward roughly a week, I had some time to make it there during their difficult to make business hours. Took me roughly 4 hours round trip, and over $30 in gas, only to walk in and be told that they don't have the parts on hand, they are at a sister location, a state away. After that, they also told me that they wouldn't have pulled it same day anyways. I mentioned how far I drove, after having a phone conversation with a representative the week prior, they didn't even apologize for the lack of communication or anything.
Needless to say if I was supposed to know without saying that they don't pull parts same day, and that they would lie to me about having a part on hand for me to check... they are not someone I would recommend doing business with. They should also know without me saying to them, that this review would be posted, and that I will never do any business with them. I guess the only redeeming quality was that since no one was rude, they deserve one star.
Tennessee was amazing at finding the parts I needed. I definitely will be recommending her to my friends for their future parts needs. Thank you again Tennessee!!!!!
Tennessee is for sure amazing. Been looking for a turn signal switch and just the switch everywhere else was $300+, she got me a whole new column for under $100. Thank you so much ms Tennessee. Youre an angel.
I only go to Tennessee for my parts. She makes sure they’re of quality and not damaged before being sent out. Goes above and beyond to do her job and sometimes others as well. Someone give her a raise!
Great quality used parts here! And when it comes to customer service!?! Tennessee has you covered at the front desk, she is very knowledgeable and always willing to go the distance for her customers!
Great place to get quality parts. I had a great experience with Tennessee she knew exactly what parts I needed and she did a fantastic job she is sweet and pleasant to be around she deserves a raise if u ask me
Never on time with parts if they Even get you the right parts the first time. Pretty over priced for used parts gotta pay before they make you wait days and days for parts. They have like 2 sales people trying to run the whole state. Got rid of the whole staff for some reason so it's so hard to talk to someone. But the lil old lady in the back who handles money I think is a gem.
Fenix is awesome, very knowledgeable and very polite. Fast retrieval of parts and Tennessee was so helpful and really knew what I was looking for. Ask for her when you go in!!!
If your looking for parts or a job do yourself a favor and stay away from this place there parts are over priced and sometimes dont work properly and good luck getting your money back branden and andrew are rude not professional and the employees get treated like trash save your time and money go somewhere else because fenix auto parts is definitely not a place to go
This place is horrible. I paid for the parts before I even went and they gave me the wrong parts.. a few days later they tried to give me aftermarket junk. I returned them for a refund and it has been over 2 weeks and I still have not received my refund. I'm going to call the BBB and see if they are even a member
I recommend NOT ordering from these people. I ordered a radio and they sent me one that doesn’t work. It’s been over a month trying to get this returned so I can get my money back and they keep making every excuse under the sun or they just don’t call me back. Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with! Again…. save your money and time and do NOT order from here!
I had an accident and Brothers was recommended. The waiting room was so clean. Service exceptional. Received updates on work weekly. Work completed as promised and it looked great. Car clean when it was done.
