It's a good yard just I think need to work on the yard, a few moths I see so clean and never find trash in the cars and I see some workers of the yard put in trash on the cars and that is nasty, other think is inside in the store looks better and organized i never get issues with the attention with the employees and I see some customers so aggressive with this guys but they try to make everyone be happy and find a solution, the most faster cashier to never see is this guy Cristian, I ask about information but he have a two lines but he always answer all question to everyone and that's great, I believe to this company need more guys fast and active like him and thanks for the bottle of water is nice but it's coming soon the Winter, I know it's to much but can we get coffee please that's help us when we go out in the yard
Christian one the guys that works there is one most humble and helps customers a lot I came in late looking for a part and he still allowed me to check out without complaining I was stuck on the freeway and he literally saved my life we need more workers like him!.
The place was a lot more organized than similar places and the staff was very nice. When leaving, they let us take the two small parts we pulled free of charge. I'd definitely recommend it to a friend.
The yard is always clean and well organized. The checkout crew is helpful, informative, and efficient, and the prices are very reasonable. You can tell they truly care about their customers. I’m a regular there and have never had a bad experience. One of the cashiers, Christian, always greets customers with a friendly smile and goes the extra mile to make checkout quick and easy—but honestly, everyone there does a great job.
Pretty convenient. Seemed like all the vehicles were fairly organized. It was separated by make and model for the most part.

Actually on the selling end. My rig went belly up, and I was really between a rock a hard place of what to do with it. They called me with an offer for my car and came to pick up the next day! The offer was even better than online car places like peddle.com. They really, truly saved my a load of heartache. Also, please pass along that the tow driver was super pleasant and friendly. He came, smiled, did the exchange, loaded car up, gave a wave and departed. I'm not even sure if everything took an hour total to complete! Really thank you so much!
2 dollars use to be for who came with you now they charge 2 dollars per person regardless. Great prices great inventory but I will not return to waste my money when the other person is coming with me to only help.
I’ve been purchasing car parts from this place since 2008. It’s a junk yard, but at least it’s a decently well kept and well stocked junk yard. Great job Indy U-Pull-It on staying competitive and in business! Keep it up.
Clean, paved lot with room to work. Fee charged to enter the lot area. A great deal of money can be saved by those who are mechanically inclined. Parts purchased are not guaranteed.
I use to love this place. Could always find what I needed and everything’s always clean and in order. But now the staff is what I didn’t care for.. I went there today, my husband with, and about 5 guys (staff) in the yard watched me. I felt very uncomfortable. No bag or anything so I know they couldn’t have thought I was stealing.The staff I spoke to, no English at all.. Plus some of the vehicles were burned and unusable..
This place was ridiculous. You have to go up there and pull the part off the vehicle yourself.
I have a 25 year-old Honda Civic. There are numerous radiators that fit this vehicle.
I went up there and pulled one off. When I went to purchase it, they wanted $75.
A brand new one from advance auto cost $72. I was speechless and shocked. Why would I buy an un guaranteed, unwarranted, 25-year-old part from a used vehicle when I could buy a brand new one for less than they are selling them for. I have no idea how they stay in business
Worth coming here, well organized vehicles just bring your own tools. Wished there was a schedule to know when they bring new cars... Bc by the time you arrive the cars are scaped out to bones. So be mindful could be worth a while if you come at the right time!

There’s a girl named Allie that works at the desk upfront very beautiful girl and me and my dad was just gonna return the hood that we got. It was the wrong year and it wouldn’t fit. That’s all we had planned on doing, but she took it upon herself to search the parts that we were looking for that they didn’t have last time And found a car that just got put out yesterday with everything we needed all the parts we needed she went above and beyond her job and to you Allie I say thank you because of you. I was able to get everything I needed to put my car back together. and I went up there today. Thank you again, Allie Keep up the good work
This place is awesome I would highly suggest it to anyone they help you out automatically I didn't have an issue finding a thing took me no time at all I felt completely happy and comfortable in what part I was getting specifically the two workers named Chris and Giselle are the best ones there they did amazing and helped me out with everything if I put my two cents in I would suggest they get a raise or a promotion immediately without amazing they did helping me out thank you
Stopped in today to get a rim for a Hyundai! Not only were we able to find what we need. Alex went above and beyond to help us. We definitely appreciate the help and can’t thank him enough! He answered all of our questions and was patient with us.
Jazalle answered all of our questions as we checked in and even printed a list of where all the cars were that might work for us and made it easy and convenient to find what we needed.
I’ve been coming to this junkyard for sometime now and I really love it. The yard is always tidy and clean. Inventory is up to date making it easy to find the vehicle I’m searching for. The prices are decent. Andrea is always so helpful when it comes to giving us prices or letting us know where vehicles are located in the yard. Such a sweet girl.
Me and my husband go to this yard quite frequently, it’s always so tidy and clean. Never have any issues finding the cars. Decent prices although the environment charges kinda suck. Customer service has been a great experience thanks to Andrea, she was very helpful and always welcomes us in with a smile. My favorite junk yard in Indiana would recommend to everyone!

Today was my first time ever coming here, and I was very impressed. It's a very nice clean place, there's plenty of customer parking, the people that check you in are very friendly and helpful, the yard is sectioned off by vehicle manufacturer (Ford, Chevy, Subaru, etc) so it's easy to go through and find parts, the lot is paved and easy to walk around on, the lady that rang me up was very nice and friendly, and I saved alot of money on the part I was looking for. I was about to spend over $55 on Ebay for a radio bezel trim piece, and Indy U-Pull-It only charged me $11.69 for one. Thank you Indy U-Pull-It, you guys rock!
I love coming here, now that they’re not so short staffed, the associates aren’t tired and are super nice to every customer. Very energetic team, especially the one girl who has darker skin and black hair, I never got her name, but she’s usually the one to help me. She’s always got a smile on her face and is ready to help both her teammates and customers alike. Kudos to her and also to the management team for hand-picking such a great team. It’s one thing when a group of people can work together well, but when it reflects and is easy for the customer to see, that’s even better. I thoroughly enjoy my time spent both in the yard and in the “office”/cashiers place, every trip I make is worth it, even if I don’t get what I need which has only happened once. The girl I mentioned earlier even marketed their parts perks program in a phenomenal manner, and I ended up getting a discount on next my total purchase! It’s definitely my favorite yard to go to now, and I hope they keep up what they’re doing right now because it’s great. I hope this review finds who it needs to, customers and employees alike. At the end of the day. If you need discounted parts and customer service with a smile and hospitality, UPAP is your go-to.
The part we were looking for was there like the website said, price was good. My only complaint is it was hard to get through there in some spots. We would definitely go back.
