Its ok. They charge an admission fee before you can even look to see if the part you need is there. The cars are on blocks which makes working on the alot easier. They will tell you what row and where to look for the car you need. Friendly women working the cash register. They were nice enough to lend me a socket whem i couldnt find mine. They have some tools for sale, along wirh gloves, and some water and chips. Prices are fair and they offer store credit on returns. I will come here again if needed. Thanks indy u pull it

Alicia gave us great customer service and great prices she gave us good information to be able to save money next time we shop here. We didn’t know about accumulating points, every dollar you spend the more points you earn, she did an awesome job good employee!!!

Love it here .. well my husband does. Said today it's a little cluttered and damn cold. Lol If you don't find what you want at least you'll have an adventure looking! You may even find something cool in a vehicle or two. Also they have free air fresheners for your vehicle, home or wherever you want to hang it. You can also buy t-shirts Take a trip here if you are looking for parts.. it's worth the $2 and as the name says, U-Pull-It

I had very high expectations for this yard and I loved it, but unfortunately, a couple of days ago I had a bad experience. I was looking for a transmission for a Nissan Versa, so I got up early, waited in line like everyone else, and went in as usual. Once inside the yard, I found the vehicle, but the operator told me that car was already reserved and that he couldn't take anything. There was no one else around, and it seemed illogical to me until one of his mechanics arrived a few minutes later, after I was already first in line. I should mention that I'm not one to argue or anything, but to avoid problems, I decided to leave since they're always aggressive, and the operator himself protects them when you pay your entrance fee like everyone else and go to find what you need. I actually remember that a couple of months ago it was even safer to be in the yard because when you arrived at 9:00 am, everything was already in its place, and there was no fear of the operator running over us while he was speeding with the big machine, and everyone could just grab whatever they wanted. I just hope you resolve this, since I'm not just talking about... Not only for me, but also for other people who pay the price the yard offers without complaining and appreciate the quality of parts and services they provide, but in this case, if they really don't pay attention to this, it's not just me, but other customers who might feel the same way.

First of all the lady at the front has an attitude soon as I come in the door the cars are not in proper rows find the parts I need and was confused cause I still thought it was Pic a part but it's under new ownership now ig the guy who rings people up is very rude he told me the price and I said that's not right cause apparently I'm on the wrong website an his price he gave me was 50 percent more then what I was reading on the website then he told me if I can't afford it then I need to get out of his store I asked him for his supervisors name and he ignores me then I ask the women that already had an attitude from me coming in and he told her to ignore me in Spanish and he didn't think I could comprehend Spainish

Why do they even have a phone number? No one answers and it rings forever. They just ignore the phone and don’t answer any question and expect you to show up. Don’t have anything on their website about what you need and how the cars and posted up inside the yard. LEARN TO ANSWER THE PHONE.

Good selection of cars to choose from well organized cars to easily find your make and brand. There improved website is a welcomed addition and truly helps customers insure they have the specific vehicle the customer needs. The staff is also much nicer and more helpful then they ever have been.

I came to get a rim and had sandles on and u must wear shoes or boots so I couldn’t go back and Chris Allie and Gisselle helped me and went out and got it for me I def would recommend this place to anyone there very helpful and amazing customer service

Couldnt communicate with the representative. She wouldn't listen to me that another handycap individual needed to get in, could they unlock the gate for him. Blaank stare. I re itterated, blank stare. So i left. She was looking at me and was ignoring my trying to talk to her. Im trying to form this review as a complete incompetent set of employees that dont even have the consideration. As i passed the person on the mobility scooter, i commented in passing that I tried to get them to unlock the access gate but they ignored me. Good luck with getting in.

Nice big yard, easily accessible for larger vehicles. They also have a neat, paperless, safety agreement to get you in the yard faster.

This place is great! I delt with an employee by the name of Chris. He went above and beyond to make sure I was able to locate the car parts I needed and was able to answer all of my questions. He really went out of his way to make me feel like a valued customer. If more people were like him the world would be a better place. I'll be back for sure!!

It's a good yard just I think need to work on the yard, a few moths I see so clean and never find trash in the cars and I see some workers of the yard put in trash on the cars and that is nasty, other think is inside in the store looks better and organized i never get issues with the attention with the employees and I see some customers so aggressive with this guys but they try to make everyone be happy and find a solution, the most faster cashier to never see is this guy Cristian, I ask about information but he have a two lines but he always answer all question to everyone and that's great, I believe to this company need more guys fast and active like him and thanks for the bottle of water is nice but it's coming soon the Winter, I know it's to much but can we get coffee please that's help us when we go out in the yard

The place was a lot more organized than similar places and the staff was very nice. When leaving, they let us take the two small parts we pulled free of charge. I'd definitely recommend it to a friend.

The yard is always clean and well organized. The checkout crew is helpful, informative, and efficient, and the prices are very reasonable. You can tell they truly care about their customers. I’m a regular there and have never had a bad experience. One of the cashiers, Christian, always greets customers with a friendly smile and goes the extra mile to make checkout quick and easy—but honestly, everyone there does a great job.

Pretty convenient. Seemed like all the vehicles were fairly organized. It was separated by make and model for the most part. They have parts wagons at no cost. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Margie checked us out and she was sweet as could be.

Actually on the selling end. My rig went belly up, and I was really between a rock a hard place of what to do with it. They called me with an offer for my car and came to pick up the next day! The offer was even better than online car places like peddle.com. They really, truly saved my a load of heartache. Also, please pass along that the tow driver was super pleasant and friendly. He came, smiled, did the exchange, loaded car up, gave a wave and departed. I'm not even sure if everything took an hour total to complete! Really thank you so much!

I love coming here, now that they’re not so short staffed, the associates aren’t tired and are super nice to every customer. Very energetic team, especially the one girl who has darker skin and black hair, I never got her name, but she’s usually the one to help me. She’s always got a smile on her face and is ready to help both her teammates and customers alike. Kudos to her and also to the management team for hand-picking such a great team. It’s one thing when a group of people can work together well, but when it reflects and is easy for the customer to see, that’s even better. I thoroughly enjoy my time spent both in the yard and in the “office”/cashiers place, every trip I make is worth it, even if I don’t get what I need which has only happened once. The girl I mentioned earlier even marketed their parts perks program in a phenomenal manner, and I ended up getting a discount on next my total purchase! It’s definitely my favorite yard to go to now, and I hope they keep up what they’re doing right now because it’s great. I hope this review finds who it needs to, customers and employees alike. At the end of the day. If you need discounted parts and customer service with a smile and hospitality, UPAP is your go-to.

The part we were looking for was there like the website said, price was good. My only complaint is it was hard to get through there in some spots. We would definitely go back.
