Pull-A-Part JunkYard in Indianapolis (IN)

Staff was polite enough, but the prices are way too high. Was charged $45 dollars for a Honda window regulator that I could've bought new and slightly cheaper on Amazon. I'll save my self the time and effort next time and go somewhere else.

The employees definitely know what they're doing and helped us as much as they could. Very happy with my purchase and time spent!

My wife and I were at Pull a Part Indianapolis today 9/27/24 We are from Cleveland and visit the Cleveland one quite often. I was taking 2 brake rotors off a van and ran into a problem with 3 star bolts, total of 6 which I didn't have the proper tool. A representative of Pull A Part named T-Bone saved the day, he displayed professional courtesy in looking at my problem offered his help to remove them, which he did and thanked us for being pull a part customers, T-Bone is a valuable asset to Pull apart, thanks again T-Bone otherwise I would have had to come back another day. This place is a joke 50% upcharge on top of original price for "premium" 🤣 some of the staff isn't the greatest having bad attitude 😒 specially that lady always yelling if you don't want to be screwed and want to be treated like you matter go to the 16th street one trust me

There was An issue I got charged the wrong part but the lady upfront Hispanic lady was super helpful thank you for her , older lady with glasses she is super nice and helpful They charged 13.12 for a “fog light” it was a low beam for an older car technically just a bulb I personally think you pull and pay has the best prices Even with 50% off i personally feel its about the same I would have paid at you pull and save yard. The cars are limited selection, rocky yard , most cars are all missing the part you need, smaller.

Always like coming here. It's like a treasure hunt to me... the only reason I can't give it 5 stars is because the prices are a bit higher than they should be, since we are the ones that do all the searching, and working to get parts that may, or may not work.

Everyone was very helpful in getting me taken care of! I was in and out like THAT 20 minutes FLAT. Gigi and Liz helped me out

Pull-A-Part Indianapolis does a great job. I’ve used them twice and each time the staff is over the top nice. They are as friendly of a bunch of people as I’ve seen anywhere. On top of that, they have a large inventory of cars, so it makes it more likely to find the part you’re looking for. The parts puller (should you want help) is names T-Bone. He is extremely willing to help, very friendly, and knowledgeable about the cars. When he pulls the parts for me, they are in great shape and not damaged, he knows what he’s doing. All-in all, I’d recommend the Pull-a-part Indy and their part pulling service. It was reasonably priced and worth it.

Really nice place. I was able to check the website for inventory to match the car I had. I was able to get some interior pieces for my car and found the factory weatherproof floor mats. Prices were very reasonable. I will be definitely returning soon for other cars. Thank you!

I will consider this place last when shopping for used part, their prices is way too high, even when you consider shopping here , check ask for price and check eBay because this happened often. Example is when u r buying a front bumper assembly they don't consider it as assembly like any other location, they charge bumper,fog light, grill, brackets, chrome separately so total on front bumper assembly was almost $150 which u can get at other junk yard for $70. Also watch out for what they call premium, I spent almost an hour removing a AC hose , getting to check out they want $35. And new was $24 on eBay, I had to return it and buy one from eBay right there . Lastly if you need a small part like small harness or plastic or a missing piece on a car, indy-u-pull-it will let you work out with it without paying, but this location will charge you for a single piece of clip. Shopping is not also convenient because they only have wheelbarrow so if u have many part to pull, u have to go back and forth because u can't leave your tools unattended

I love this place. As an old mechanic I can go and get what I need in an organized fashion. You go in and stop at the part finder . Tap in what you are looking for and rvery vehicle that fits pops up and prints. It's all in rows and sections, plenty of space between cars and all cars are set up on rims and safely set. They also have wheel barrows and engine gantry cranes to use. They check you in and you pay a cover charge 2.00bucks. They inspect your tools and when you check out they inspect your tools and what you buy. This trip I got a rim and tire and a fuse block. 75.00. The fuse block alone new is 250.00 and the rim is 150.00 new. And the tire has lots of tread left on it.

Was able to get everything I needed to fix the Honda. Always have a great selection and if you get on their email list, they will email you when they get a vehicle on lot that matches what you need!
