Her Professionalism, genuine concern for customers, (nothing Fake about it at all,Truly Genuine) attention to detail, through knowledge of Company Promotion's, Policies, and Procedure's, were displayed with ease and confidence by KY, all of this towards one guest, in a mere matter of moments.Customer service such as this which was displayed by your Representative is all but Non-Existent today’s business world. It was good to witness that it hasn't. KY is very good at what she does, and should be Commended on every level. Thank you.

The staff is always so positive and uplifting! They have good vibes! They get you out really fast and they have a great inventory of vehicles ! Awesome patience and assistance from Bre and Kye. This was our first time ever visiting here. I've been before in CA over 20yrs ago at a similar place, but things have changed greatly since then. The girls were knowledgeable and apologetic of the unfriendly assistance with another rep that had nothing to do with them, which made all the difference of us coming back again. Since then I've had an encounter with Steve and Eduardo who are just as pleasant. Very clean site as well.

All I needed was a passenger mirror for my ford focus and cold warm switch.

After gathering my own tools, then the money spent on gas, the 12 miles drive, then money spent to get in the yard, walking around the yard in the heat and finding the parts I needed and it took 2 cars btw!
Then spending time to take them off myself
I go to pay the parts and they wanted $67!

If I ordered from Amazon with FREE 2 day shipping because im a Prime member is $60 after taxes.
And I could shop around and get the mirror for much less but shipping may cost more.
I dont know if the girl working the register knew what she was doing or if this place thinks their customers are stupid.
But I learned not to trust them and waste my time with them.
Im out my gas money and out my time and out the fee money to get on the yard.

Kye is a great employee she helped me with everything I needed she helped me with Jeff's number she helped me get the parts that I needed for the car she was just very helpful and I wanted to let you know that thank you and she's very honest and straight to the point and I like working with her actually I enjoyed working with her she made my day lighter made me feel like finishing this day off cuz it was a very frustrating day but now I feel much better dealer with her her goodness rubbed off on me and thank you and his other guy too what's your name Ed I enjoyed it as well just wanted to let you know very respectful guy
Loyal customer for 10 years. Staff is nice and friendly. Place is a grocery store without grocery carts though. Carried 500 dollars worth of merchandise weighing about 80ish pounds (not including my backpack full of tools.) Prolly would have purchased more had I been an ox in a former life. I'm sure im not the only one not purchasing as much due to this issue.
Purchased two used cars knowing they were being sold as is. Had issues with one of them the next day. They (especially Mike) went out of their way to help us and resolve the issue. Would highly recommend. All of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
The manager, Steve, went above and beyond to help me obtain some measurements for an older car that had been removed from the yard to be crushed. I laud him for his attentiveness to the needs of his customers and his kindness.

And since Mother Nature has decided to try and kill everyone with this massive heatwave, we were given two cold bottles of water upon checking out. We will definitely be back for any future needs. Got what we needed and paid a fraction of the cost for brand new from the shop. Definitely recommend.
I had a great experience at pull a part in Indianapolis. I'm a rookie at looking for car parts. My son's car was hit but still able to drive. He needed a replacement fender, headlight and bumper skirt. They had a car with the parts I needed and the paint matched. Steve and T-Bone helped me find what I needed and they pulled the parts while I ran errands. They told me that the parts would be available around 3 o'clock. I received a call from them early at 2:30. When I got there the parts were ready and all of the nuts and bolts were in a ziplock bag. They loaded everything in my vehicle and I was on my way. Great service and prices. Thanks to both Steve and T-Bone for your help and friendly service.

Hello I came in with only a hour to get what I needed. Everybody didn’t seem bothered and they stayed professional KY made my day ask me did I want to join the VIP program and was very much helpful. I had a great experience
I was greeted at the door and everyone I interacted with was very nice and informative. When I went to leave I had the pleasure of being checked out by Kyesha who told me about the VIP club and let me know about all the things you get by being a member which I had no clue of. I will be back and I will be a VIP member. Thank you again to Kyesha keep doing what you're doing I was impressed.
Everyone that works indie at the front desks were kind and an amazing help but can’t say I’d say the same for the rest of the staff. We were told they would happily help us out and move a car since it was jacked up wrong, then when the workers came out they had an attitude problem from the start not letting us get a word in but just constantly trying to tell us they can’t do anything while cussing under their breath. The managers need to take a long look at who they have working for them especially if they are the workers that have to interact with customers
Michael Howard is outstanding. He was smart, charming, and really knew his stuff. He sold me the most reliable car that i haven't had any issues with. Your company did an excellent job hiring Michael for this role. This place is always highly recommend!!!
Elizabeth helped me get checked in. I am a woman with zero experience working on my own cars and she gave me the confidencethat i couldbe successful. I explained that My son lost a lock button on my equinox when he hit it with his backpack. I tried to find one online but it was extremely expensive. I knew of pick a part places so searched online and found you. I thought it definitely had to be less expensive, so I ventured to mine in Indy. Elizabeth explained how to read my ticket and off I went. The gentleman who was driving a yard car with interesting things attracted to it ( I didn’t catch his name) was beyond funny and very helpful on helping me locate the rows. I quickly found what I was looking for. As I headed out I found one more equinox with a console lid I wanted. I was able to get that as well. Steve at checkout was just as nice and helpful as everyone I encountered there. It was a confidence boosting experience with good pricing.
I called Pull-a-part to sell them my suburban the dispatch department told me the hauler would be to pick my vehicle up between 8-am and 5-pm March 1st 2025. I waited for 5 hours for the hauler to show up, finally at 4:45pm I called the dispatch back they called the hauler 3way,
so I could speak with him directly. He tells me he won’t be able to pick my car until the morning. March 2nd 2025 the hauler calls this morning a says to meet him at 12:00pm at my vehicle for pick up. It’s now 1:23 pm and the hauler still has not arrived.
The location were my vehicle is sitting is 30 minutes away from Pull-a-part in Indianapolis ,Indiana. Granite it’s a free pick up service but the communication with the junk vehicle owners needs to be improved exponentially so people are not waiting for hours an hour for 2 days in a row.
