This was the worst car repair experience I have ever had. I have been driving over 30 years and had lots of things worked on during that span of time. My truck had been hit by a kid on a scooter; there was a ding, scratch, and small dent. The repair that was projected to take a week took the entire month. Every time I called for an update it was received with a non-answer (like "we'll get back with you") or outright disrespect with still no answer. Good luck getting someone to call you back if you leave a message.
When I finally received my vehicle back, it was apparent that there was sabotage, as the wires to the toolbox on the opposite side of the vehicle had been cut, rendering the lock assembly and latch useless. The vehicle was 2 years old and for family use only, could not have been "wear and tear". Pricing was in line with the other quotes I received, but after I had handed them my keys, the service was deplorable. My only advice for anyone considering this company, strongly consider going elsewhere.
We have used Borkowski Collision several times now. They do great work for a good price. Both of my repairs have been private-pay. The estimates have been spot on, with the actual work coming in at or below the price quoted. The timeline of repair is realistic and I have my vehicle back the day they say it will be done. I like working with Amy. She knows her stuff, makes things clear and understandable, and is very professional. This is a great local company that I will continue to support and refer friends/family to use. Highly recommended for any body work needs!

I received communication on the status of repairs. Car was repaired and delivered within the promised time frame.
Rental car pickup and drop off were easy too.
I had the best experience with Borkowski collision and they did such a fabulous job fixing my car. Jenni is great at what she does & is so patient with explaining everything. She also helped me save money on a rental car. Enterprise was able to meet me right at the collision center with the rental car, which was so convenient for me being out of state with no family nearby to drive me back & forth. The staff are great at what they do & were able to fix my car in half the time they estimated it would take! On top of all that, they even detailed my vehicle which made it look brand new!
Had my father in laws van repaired about a year ago and paid for all parts. Still have yet to receive a part from them which they have been “working to get ordered” for months now. They even had the audacity to tell my father in law he can order the part himself after paying for it. Horrible customer service. Thanks borkowski!
Just had my car worked on at Borkowski. The staff is awesome and very helpful. We had someone else’s insurance paying for our repair and it was a confusing process. Until…….I showed up at Borkowski and they explained it and made the whole process really easy. Car looks amazing and they did a great job. Highly recommend.

Do not bring your automobile here. My wife brought her car in after being sideswiped. They do not communicate, and made her wait an extra week for a part that they already had. They should be embarrassed by this level of unprofessional behavior. Beware. This place will only cause you more frustration.
If they don’t answer the phones while you’re calling, like they did with us for days, it’s likely because they just don’t want to hear from the customers whose time has been stolen, just like ours.

We just wrapped up a great experience with Borkowski. Someone hit our car and from my initial appt to the finished repair, they made it very easy for us. Great system and great work. Hopefully I don't have to , but I would definitely use them again. Cheers:)
I have already paid my bill at the front desk using my credit card ，But due to some operational issues, the insurance company sent them a check , and they cashed out the check. When I found out, I showed them proof and asked them to return the money to me because I had already paid. The manager said they did not receive the check from my insurance company, but my insurance company showed me proof that they had deposited the check into their account. They did not admit it, and there was only $226.80. After two months of communication, they were still unwilling to return the money.
Great staff, but the quality of workmanship on my vehicle is not what it should be for the amount charged. They didn't cover my windshield when they painted and failed to remove the overspray when I took it back. The vehicle looks good from 10 feet but the bumper cover wasn't reinstalled correctly and the new paint was chipped.
It was not worth waiting to have my vehicle serviced here, unfortunately.
Outstanding local company. They do terrific work, but are also genuinely honest and ethical. Above and beyond care for their customers. Super busy times can see slower communication, but the finished product is worth it. Our absolute top pick.
I brought my car to Borkowski based on a recommendation from my husband whose company does a lot of business with them.
Immediately from my first call, Jenni was so incredibly helpful in scheduling my repair appointment, communicating with my insurance company, and keeping me up to date on changes, etc. It helped to have my insurance estimate in hand and ready to go, so I would certainly make sure you have an estimate ready for them if possible.
My car was done a week ahead of when I was expecting it to be done, and even though I had very minor repairs (someone hit my parked car in at the gas station), you wouldn’t be able to tell that there was a dent and gouge down to the metal. They did an excellent job paint matching my Audi.
When I picked up, my car was out front and ready to go. They even detailed my car which was an incredibly nice surprise and something I was not expecting at all.
All of the staff I interacted with were welcoming and kind.
I hope I don’t need collision repair again, but if I ever do, they will be my first choice.
I had a piece of a chrome insert on my bumpr get pulled loose from the carwash. Took it into Borkowski's today and they were awesome! They took at look at it, then asked if I had some time to wait, I did. They got me in and out timley and were able to put the piece back together from underneath the bumper. I highly recommend Borkowki's as they have always been great to work with!!
We have taken cars here for 30 years - through three teenaged drivers! Borkowski always provides recommendations based on the best value. And the quality is top tier. I recommend Borkowski always!
Extremely disappointed with the quality of work that was put in fixing my car. I had some very minor body damage I wanted fixed after someone rubbed up against my car in a parking lot. I Waited months to get the car in for scheduled repairs. Finally took it in and left it there for about a week. Once I got it back I drove to Colorado and it literally started falling apart. The front bumper was not attached properly and the panels on the underside started falling off because the decided not to put all the bolts back in. If that wasn’t bad enough I inspected their work a lot closer only to find paint drips and overspray on parts that were not properly masked. I had to take the car back in for another week let them redo the bad work. The owner was great and tried making it right but unfortunately he’s not working on the cars and apparently not checking the work. They still had paint overspray and you can still see the fender isn’t perfect. It’s hard to find good body shops that don’t cut corners and do what they actually bill insurance for. Unfortunately, I’d say keep looking. Not impressed.
These guys are awesome. They were so nice and welcomed me when I walked into the office. I had the paid the tow driver in cash and they broke a 20 for me. The vehicle is probably totaled but they quickly sent some photos to the local adjuster just to speed up the process. Now if I can figure out a way for people to stop wrecking into our vehicles
I have been going to Borkowskis for body work on my car for 20 years. They go above and beyond literally every single time. The process is as painless as possible and the result is always perfect. Not to mention the inside of my car was so much cleaner when I picked it up! Hopefully I don’t have to be back, but if I need them, this is where I will return again and again.
Borkowski has the BEST IN CLASS service. Not only did they fix my car to perfection, they were also extremely easy to work with. Their customer service is second to none. The employees are very nice AND my car was repaired quicker than expected.

At the time of my initial estimate for the repair work I had done, I mentioned having a dent taken care of. I was told to submit a separate claim for said dent, when I spoke to state farm about having the dent taken care of they told me there was no way to verify how the dent occurred so they would submit a collision claim (250 dollar deductible for collision, 0 for comprehensive). I mentioned that I believed this was a comprehensive claim and state farm told me to mention this to the collision shop and they could modify the collision claim and submit pictures to change the claim to a comprehensive claim. I called the collision shop and spoke to Jennie. She assured me that the claim could be modified to a comprehensive claim and this would be no issue at all. Later on, I spoke to her again about my tires being rotated (the initial estimate was for a front right tire repair, tire had been moved to rear right due to rotation) and I asked again if the dent repair could be modified to a comprehensive claim, and she assured me again that that wouldn’t be an issue. I trusted that the dent claim would be modified from a collision claim to a comprehensive claim. I asked two times if this was possible and received a resounding “no problem at all, we can get that taken care of”. When I arrived to pick up my car ( 3 days later then I was originally told it would take). I was then informed that my dent repair deductible was 250 dollars. The claim had not been modified, I explained to the woman at the front desk (not Jennie, I didn’t catch her name) she informed me that Borkowski does not modify claims, so I asked to speak to Jennie. Jennie came out to the front desk and acts as if we have never spoken about modifying my initial claim (“I would have never said that, we don’t ever modify claims, that’s all handled by state farm). She treated the entire situation like we never spoke about changing the claim, as if she never reassured me it could be modified. Very disappointing, I am very glad I had the extra 250 dollars, I wasn’t expecting any money due at time of pickup. I would recommend listening to your customers concerns instead of reassuring them everything will be taken care of. The lack of concern for my issue at the time of pickup was very disheartening (I was told that Borkowski doesn’t care whether a claim is comprehensive or collision, so Borkowski doesn’t care how a deductible would affect their customers?) I paid the deductible and took possession of my car. The only resolution that I was given was the possibility of calling State Farm or contacting my local agent. There is no record of my initial call with the claims agent for the dent and at this point it is my word against Jennie’s since our calls weren’t recorded. I will not be recommending Borkowski Collision, if I was told that the collision claim could not be modified, I wouldn’t have had the dent repaired.
This is the ONLY place to go if you need body work. Over the years I've been rear-ended twice and had a tree limb fall in my hood. Borkowski's fixed my car in a timely manner and it looked great. I just got my car back after it was seriously damaged from a hit-and-run accident just before Christmas. The entire front right side had to be rebuilt. The car looked like it came off the showroom when I picked it up. Jenn Borkowski Lee did a very thorough job working up the estimate and made sure all damage was addressed. They are just that good.
My parents and I have been going to Borkowski for about 8 years now. Every experience we have had with them is very professional and friendly staff. From start to finish they are wonderful people. Tammy was very helpful when I had to book an appointment with them. Jenny offered a wonderful estimate and sent it in a fast and timely manner to my insurance. Then the fixing process was very professional and they even clean the inside of my car making it look brand new on the outside and inside. They call you when your car is available and they are willing to get enterprise rental car lined up for you if you need a rental car. Highly recommend this place for car repairs.
Got my bumper repaired after an accident. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable but never called to update me, even when my insurance was holding up the process. They were very helpful in resolving the issues and working with me and my insurance to get it done; I just wish I didn't need to follow up so much when it took longer than the estimate.
This place is a diamond in the rough. They were suggested based on my insurance company contacts. It was close to my house so I took a chance. This will be the third car that I have taken to Borkowski. This is an honest repair facility, that does fantastic work. They also specialize in German car repair. They had my car for a week as planned and kept me updated every step. I am more than pleased with the service and work. Bob is fantastic to work with, and incredibly friendly. All future cars will be going to Borkowski when repairs are needed.
It’s rare to find an expert in this business who puts honesty, integrity, kindness and quality at the top of their priority list. Borkowski did some major work on my car after a collision, and it looked better than it has in years. You bet they’ve earned my continued business. I came back recently for a minor repair and they still showed the same quality, honest work as before.
