They were our first call for a tow and will always be our first and last call if needed in the future. They are all around great people very cheaply priced, but have the experience to tackle even the hardest tow jobs.
If you are looking for a tow company, stop right here! I tell you what you won’t find a better one so don’t even waste your time. These guys are awesome, so down to earth, and very good at their job. I personally will never recommend nor use another tow company as long as they’re in business! My motorhome had a fire on the Fourth of July. I called Steves Towing first thing Monday morning. They went to the state park and picked it up and dropped it off at the dealership in Indianapolis for me. They called me when they got there to pick it up and when they dropped it off, they sent me pictures of all four sides of the vehicle, so I would know that it made it there safe and sound the level of professionalism from everyone that I talk to from the guy that did the scheduling to the gentleman that did the Towing everything was top-notch and I would recommend these people to anybody for anything you need towed It was a wonderful experience, even though it was a bad situation. It was great to have somebody that just took care of problems instead of created more

be careful he just yelled at me and called me a dumbass my sister just disd in a car accident he said i wasn't listening to him i guess my mind is just a little bit of everywhere but gosh that was just so rude. i'm also 7 months pregnant and just trying to find my sisters car.
Driver knows nothing screwed my car up, from bumper was busted and all!!! Just crazy couldn't handle my new car !! Even with insurance having it towed you could have taken care of my car !!!
I had David transport my military ambulance 100 miles each way. He was very safety conscious, professional, and went out of his way to make sure I was happy. Will gladly use him again.

I was met by Dennis to pick up my truck while I was stuck on the side of the highway due to hitting a bolt and shredding my tire caused by all the construction going on. He was absolutely so sweet and made the entire process simple and quick. I was completely hysterical, and he insured me everything would be okay. While it was out of my budget to have it towed and placed me in the negative in my bank account, things happen, and I would choose this company every time. They were very hospitable from Steve, who took my phone call to Dennis, who did the towing. Highly recommended this company if you find yourself in the same position.

I would like to give kudos to Steve’s Towing for helping me out this morning with my car. From being out of state not familiar with roads and decreased visibility , dark and raining, I adverantly drove up the cement median on east state street heading toward downtown. I admit embarrassing. but would like to point out should be painted yellow very dangerous blends into the road. The gentlemen that assisted were true professionals and understandable my situation and very experienced. I was truly blessed in calling Steve’s Towing. The situation could have been a lot worse.

There's SO many things to compliment Steve's Towing on, that I had to share my GREAT experience! ...
- I needed my car towed out of a building because I couldn't get my new ball joint put on. I called Steve's Towing and spoke to David... He was very polite, helpful, and gladly gave me (a firm quote, over the phone, for both the 10-mile tow and using the "ball joint skate")... It was for a VERY good price too (and $45 less than another company wanted, for just the tow itself).
- I had to reschedule the morning of because my day got too busy... I apologized, profusely (especially when I found out they were already on the way)... But David was very understanding and happily rescheduled me for a couple days later when I was freer. Steve Jr. (the owner's son) did the towing for me... He was so personable, professional and kind to me and my friend. I also told him my great experience with David, and he said "That's great to know, yeah David's a great guy, and that's why we've kept onto him for the past 26 years."
- Steve also took GREAT CARE to make sure my car didn't get damaged when loading/unloading it. I complimented him on that, as well as thanked him for the great customer service of both him and David, and for the great price unlike their competitor I'd called... He said absolutely and that his motto is treat others how you want to be treated, treat people like they're people.
- I'd recommend Steve's Towing to ANYONE in the greater Indianapolis area! If I could give them 500 stars I would! Great job Steve and David, God bless you and the company!
PS: They're also a Christian-owned company (which I love to support). Steve also recommended some diesel mechanics when my friend asked him about that, which I loved as well. All in all, a great experience!
Showed up and had me home with my mazda surprisingly fast! Real nice guy behind the controls too! I definitely saved their number for future emergency roadside assistance!
I never expected this pleasant of an experience with a towing company. Everyone was nice, rates were reasonable, 5/5 will use again. Thank you for making a stressful time less stressful.
After AAA and my insurance both left me hanging, I called Steve's Towing. They called back to check on me and showed up super fast. Then, before they hooked my car up to the truck, the driver asked to take a look at my car and realized I had a dead battery. He jumped me and gave me directions to the nearest auto parts store to get a replacement, saving me the cost of a full tow.
That enough warrants a 5 star review, but because my dead battery was apparently contagious my mom had the same thing happen to her car a couple days later. She had the same great experience with Steve's. She doesn't have a Google account, so consider this a double-5-star review from both of us. Thank you!
Called Steve’s Towing recently as my repair shop recommended them. They were very professional and the tow truck driver actually arrived before the time promised. Delivered the vehicle to the repair facility on time without any issues. This is exactly what you are looking for from a tow service. The price was less than I expected as well. I called Steve's Towing when I got a flat and broke down on 65S at Raymond Street. The driver was very concerned about MY safety more than the car. I appreciated that emensly. I decided from this single incident that I would use their services again

Steve's towing was recommended to me by David from Southside Tire on Keystone and Carson. When I called Steve's towing, they were very polite and knew exactly where my car died at and where Kevin's repair was. They were there when I was told they would be there and talk about reasonable!! Compared to the other 3 companies I called they were the best!!!! I felt comfortable trusting them with my car and reassured that they were not taking advantage of my misfortune.
