I had a flat tire late on a Friday afternoon after our big snow. Not a great time. Everyone wants to go home. I had the tow service take to Audi. Nathan contacted me right away when my car got there and was working on getting a new tire. Was relieved.

My experience with Audi vehicles, and with this service center specifically over the past year has been nothing short of disastrous. This company and these team members will not stand behind the quality of their vehicles, because the vehicles do not have any quality. Despite one of my vehicles with 90,000 miles having a catastrophic engine failure that meant that I needed to get rid of the car entirely or pay for a brand new engine, I still had another Audi vehicle and I should’ve gotten rid of it right away too. Instead, with the second and only 68,000 miles on it, there was a fuel rail failure that cost nearly $4000 to fix. $3000 was the cost of the hours of labor and diagnostics. There was only about $600 worth of parts. It was ridiculous. There were no loaner vehicles available. Later, I was told that if I came in the next day, there would be a loaner or rental available. When I arrived, there was not, and I still had to go down the street to the rental car agency in order to get one. I received no apologies nor any sort of consideration for the inconvenience. I will not drive an Audi again, and I hope I can sell the one I have before I need to visit any sort of Audi service center again. Ridiculous considering what I paid for the vehicles. Very disappointed.

As usual the Audi team got me in and out super efficiently while being extremely thorough and friendly. Never a bad experience here. Rachel was my service rep and she was awesome. Same experience with Justin and Stephen in the past!

I was able to get in right away for a warning light and get it resolved through my warranty. It took a few days but I had a loaner and Rachael was very responsive and helpful with navigating the process.

The service team is truly responsible and strives to take care of their customers. Nathan/service advisor and Chris/service manager go beyond to make things right when challenges arise. I appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction.

I had a great experience overall with Tom Wood. I took my Q7 in due to two recalls that needed to be fixed. The team was friendly, easy to work with, and I was updated with progress reports.

Had to bring my car back in for a minor issue after a repair was done. It wasnt the technician or the dealeers fault. A part that was replaced, wasnt working as it should have. This was a one day notice.
They handled everything. Kept me updated. Was on my way in about 3 hours.

Ben and the service team were very helpful, getting my car in quickly, and taken care of in a timely fashion. There were multiple issues addressed, and they provided a full summary report with videos and pictures of the issues for my review before agreeing to charges, all on their convenient web app. When complete, I was able to pick up the car and get in and out in under 15 minutes. Communication during the process was also very readily accessible via text or call. Thank you!

Service was efficient, they met me as soon as I pulled in. They covered everything on my list and asked questions to help with any of the issues. Tou was very knowledgeable and helpful, he gave very detailed explanations and taught me a few simple things I didn’t know. He kept me updated on the progress of my car as I waited. Best service experience I have had in the many times I was there. Will definitely ask for him when I return.

Bought an Audi from another dealership and ended up having to have a good bit of work done to correct poor work done by the dealership I purchased from. The whole experience was awesome as far as the work done, great customer service (thanks, Nathan Coble!) and even getting a link to video of the service tech doing the work/showing the bad parts they were replacing. Will definitely be getting my next Audi from this dealership!

I'm happy to respond. In summary, I'm appalled with quotes given for the combination of parts and labor. For instance: the quote for the replacement of the crankcase Oil Separator readily located at the top of the engine was for $807.05. The HIGHEST cost I've found for the replacement part from either EBay or Amazon is ~ $61.00. The difference of $746 surely cannot be for labor alone. Note that several parts can be had for less than cost sited.
Another quote was for a battery replacement for $515. I wager one could buy one most anywhere for on/about $125 installed. Certainly for that amount at Costco or Autozone.
A valve cover gasket replacement was quoted at $3261. Say a dealer cost of $200 per hour, the time allotted would
be ~16 hours; a two day performance. A gasket cost itself would be negligible in comparison.
Other comparisons could be easily made. In conclusion, I find the quotations to be one of the "BUYER BEWARE" when allowing for repairs at this dealership if one is uninformed or unfamiliar with automotive mechanical repairs.
I have had work done to my BMW M3 which was pricey but reasonable in comparison. Same with my MINI COOPER, John Cooper Works.
I'm inclined to think that the Better Business Bureau would be interested in these observations.

The 2.7% fee for credit card transactions was surprising and should have been communicated better. There is a sign for loaner car return & I was told there were no loaners available. My husband had service during the same time with Andy Mohr in Plainfield, the dealership dropped him off and picked him up after his truck was serviced. Tom Wood has a lot of high end vehicles without high end respect for the customers.

Josh Sides at Audi Indy was amazing to work with. Everything he did was above and beyond my expectations. He constantly stayed in touch and even sent videos everyday of the car I purchased. That was so helpful since I was an out of town buyer. He also arranged transport and stayed involved every step of the way. The entire team at Audi Indianapolis was great to work with and we executed a seamless transaction even though I am 1000 miles away. The car arrived exactly as advertised and described. Late Saturday evening I encountered a pothole on the highway and had to have a spare put on. I contacted Ben at Audi Indianapolis on Sunday to see if he could get a loaner for me and replace it Monday so that I could get to my job. He responded in a timely manner and Monday morning when I went to the dealer he had the loaner ready for me. By the afternoon the new tire was on my car. He made the process easy, efficient, and removed the stress. It also allowed me to get to work safely. He and his team go over and above to deliver a first class experience and it's a pleasure working with him. He's an outstanding model of what excellence in customer service and communication look like!

Honestly, I was dreading my appointment because I’ve been long conditioned to expect a long day and spending more than I expect when visiting most dealerships for service.
However, Nathan was so accommodating and considerate of my time that I was in and out in less than 20 minutes and there were zero surprises when it came time to settle up.
The communication was consistent and clear, and the timetable was exactly what was presented at the beginning.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Steve Snodgrass, the Service Manager at Audi Indianapolis. From the moment my vehicle arrived at Audi, Steve took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all my questions, and keep me updated. He showed genuine empathy, professionalism, and compassion throughout a long and complicated insurance claim process. His level of service far exceeded my expectations, and I am deeply grateful for the care and support he provided.

I recently brought my vehicle in for maintenance at Audi on 96th St. and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. My service representative was Justin and from start to finish he was professional, courteous, and transparent about what was needed. Check in was easy and thorough even though construction was going on. Justin helped with a random question about our car that we did not purchase from that dealership that saved us from a $500 purchase! Very knowledgable and very thankful for his quick solution.
