Audi always provides a high level of service. Although it took 2-3 days before our car could be serviced, our contact (Justin) was very helpful though the whole process.

Excellent experience, Justin was very friendly and knowledgeable of the services best fit for my vehicle at the time. Everything was completed in a timely manner, and all steps of the process were clearly communicated. I will most certainly return for future service needs.

My experience with the Audi dealership representative was on a scale of 1-10, a 10. Rachael was exceptional. She was attentive, professional and a good listener. She kept me abreast of the status of the car and the pickup time. Plus she followed up after two weeks of completion. It matters to have someone who cares for their customer and especially I love my Audi a5 convertible. Thank you Rachael.

Took my car in for a warranty repair. Had an "appointment" at 9am on a Tuesday to have my car looked at. It wasn't touched until lunchtime Friday. They ordered a part, which arrived the next Tuesday morning. The car wasn't touched again until Wednesday at around 3pm. Once they got into the seat to replace the recline motor late Thursday morning, they realized it was just unplugged. Not sure how you diag a seat motor without getting to the motor, but after what was already a ridiculous wait, it could have been finished up that first Friday. Rachael, my service advisor was great. She communicated with me daily. The other issues were beyond her control, but the experience overall was unorganized, overbooked, and a headache for me. Parts take time to get, but poor scheduling and a half effort diagnosis made a rather simple repair last 9 days.

I just had service at Audi Indpls. My service tech Justin is amazing. He’s very thorough, detailed and thoughtful. I truly appreciate working with him. My Service tech Justin just followed up with me to make sure my experience was excellent. He always takes the initiative to make sure I am satisfied with my experience. That is very helpful to me.

I had an amazing experience at Audi Indianapolis thanks to Jesse! He completely took care of everything for me even contacted the warranty department on my behalf and made sure the expenses were fully covered. I didn’t have to lift a finger. He was super informative, energetic, and had excellent people skills. You can tell he genuinely enjoys helping people. I felt heard, valued, and completely taken care of. If you want someone who will go the extra mile, Jesse is the one to see!

My first time at the service center and it is absolutely amazing from the moment you step foot on property to throughout the process. Love the lounge area. I was able to work and get some things done while I waited. Thank you all for outstanding service.

Today was wheel alignment. Service was done while I waited-prompt, accurate, report of overall condition of car. Service took less time than I expected, car was returned cleaned and vacuumed too. Again Justin and his service team exceeded my expectations, I trust this dealership with all my service needs in future. I moved here 3 years ago which is when I began bringing my car here for service, every visit has been extraordinary. I always have received an 5 star experience.

Our service advisor was better than average. However, the lobby is less than desirable. The seating leans people horribly far back. This is terrible for many people. Especially me with a chronic neck injury. There is nothing accessible about their space. Not a single other employee greeted us.

Had to schedule some regular maintenance on my A7. As always it was a good experience. The most important factor is being treated with respect and being respectful. To my vehicle ,Steven is by fair My favorite person in the service department. He is very detailed and honest on any service that I may need and that's why I will continue to use Tom Wood Audi for any and all services needed for my vehicle.

I always have a pleasant experience when I go to Audi for service. I’ve gone there for everything since I bought the car. Now that all my warranty, inspection contracts etc are expired, I am self pay. My oil change was almost $300. Wow, I thought that was extremely high for an oil change. I paid it and am happy that I’m good for another 3000-5000 miles.

Benjamin has been my shop representative for my 2018 Audi Q5 for a number of years. He takes great care of me and my Audi. Benjamin always makes sure that the work that is done is reasonable and necessary. We have had an Audi since 2004 and this dealership is great to deal with.

A great experience! Rachel Woods made things really simple and at ease for me. While my Audi window was getting fixed fast service..they even washed my car :). Update: Also gave me a rental while my car was getting serviced!! I would definitely recommend. Thank you!!

Audi Indianapolis took care of me! I am from out of town (Cincy) and had a rear suspension issue while traveling to Indy. I showed up just after their service department closed to see if someone would be willing to check it out last minute prior to me driving home. Even though they were closed Benjamin looked it over decided that it wasn’t safe to make the trek home and checked me in. He provided me with a loaner vehicle so I could drive home while the repair was completed. They were communicative through the entire repair process and were also very flexible with my return timeline after they completed the repair under warranty knowing I had a 2 hour drive to switch cars. I’d use them for regular service if they were closer! Would recommend this location! Great work and customer service!

I have been going to Tom Wood Audi of Indianapolis for years. They continue to deliver top-notch customer service. It is just a great experience taking your car in for service. In particular I have worked with Ben Robbins. Truly exceptional service and knowledgeable professional. I always feel like I have been heard and I’ve received excellent advice in keeping my Audi running smooth.

Had a great experience with Audi service center in Indianapolis! After an oil change alert popped up on my Q7 during a road trip from NJ, I reached out to the center despite their busy Saturday schedule. The service team was incredibly accommodating and arranged an immediate appointment. Andrew was professional, efficient, and got me back on the road quickly. Highly recommend their exceptional service!

This is my sixth Audi. I'm a fan. And I know when I'm at the dealership I'll pay higher prices. I expect that and I am typically willing to pay for the specialized expertise. I was disappointed, however, when my last experience cost me nearly $700 just for diagnostic services. Not professional expertise, just hooking the car up to the machine. Steering wheel heater not working? $225 to hook it up to the machine. Rear defrost not working? $225 to hook it up to the machine. Brakes shuddering? That'll be . . . Yep. Another $225. In the end: not sure about anything but it'll cost you several thousand bucks to do a bunch of repairs - and we're not sure that work will actually solve the problems. $2k for a new steering wheel (we think that'll fix it) and $2k for new brakes and rotors (but we're not sure that'll fix the problem. For another $225 we can see if the bearings are the cause of all the trouble), and . . . On and on. I paid for the diagnosis and left. I got in my car and the rear interior panels - on both sides - had been pulled off and not replaced. They pulled the seats down but didn't put them back up. As I drove off, the steering was suddenly out of alignment and pulling to the left. Had to return to the dealership and have everything fixed. They did make it right - even offered a loaner - but it took up the whole afternoon. Clearly my car needs some work. That's not their fault. The diagnosis fees were just outrageous, especially in light of them not being sure their suggestions would fix it. Oh - and the service person repeatedly called me, "my dear". I reminded him that I'm not HIS anything, and he couldn't possibly know if I'm dear . . . Wasn't offended, but I tried to be clear it was inappropriate. Then he referred to the next person (a man) walking in as "boss." I'm a woman in my fifties and a CEO. An actual boss. I don't know about the guy who walked in behind me. When I said something about it, the service person suggested he could call me Lady Boss because that's what he calls his wife - then he laughed. Hahahaa. Yeah. Not funny. Maybe call the guy who walked in behind me Man Boss. Sounds silly? It is. Seriously, the guy who called me "my dear" was trying to be nice. He's misguided (maybe unintentionally misogynistic), but not cruel or disrespectful. It just put a rotting cherry on top of a not-so-great experience. I can't imagine returning to or recommending Tom Wood Audi.

Audi indianapolis is fantastic! The ease of bringing in my vehicle and having work performed is always great they are thorough and professional. Justin was also very professional and made the process of checking in the vehicle and communicating throughout the service very transparent and easy. I would highly recommend this dealership for all of your service needs.

Justin was fantastic. He understood our issue and was knowledgeable about what was happening. He ultimately got my vehicle fixed when other dealers could not. Audi fixed my car quickly and kept me informed every step of the way. I picked up my car and it was shining from a new car wash and it was sparkling inside too. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

Justin was very friendly and appreciated his timely detailed communications and management of our services. Nice dealership. I will repeat a previous comment that when whenever I have entered the Service area it is not clear where to go. There are a number of desks at which there rarely is someone seated at. Yes, someone typically pops in after a few minutes, but . . I suggest that perhaps at the entry is the lounge with the service team to one side. I feel put off and have the impression I am walking in to the middle of an office.

I had routine service scheduled for today. It was a quick and easy event. Rachel met me, the lounge was comfortable with plenty of space, the service tech sent a video of the checks and his findings, the car was washed and then Rachel called me to pick up my keys. All of this took exactly 1 hour. Thank you for your prompt and friendly service.

I had a very smooth experience. Reservations, check in, loaner car, and work done were spot on. My service manager, Andrew, was very helpful and exceptional in all aspects in making my experience so top notch. I would highly recommend.
