They towed my car because I didn’t have a permit. I literally pay for that parking spot. My apartment complex did take responsibility for not issuing my permit. I’m giving them 3 stars because it’s not exactly their fault and the lady on the phone did a decent job at remaining professional even though I was upset. This whole thing sucks
