Thankfully we quickly fixed our RV and didn’t need any assistance. But when I called, I talked to a guy that was ready to come out in the middle of the night to help us get back on the road again. Anyone having issues, I’d highly recommend this guy
This man is the best Tow Truck driver, serviceman in all of Indiana. I got stranded and stuck in a location deep deep in the woods doing natural disaster relief work in Indiana and he spent four hours out there with me at 1-4 in the morning making sure I got out alive and my truck safely. Amazing man, Good honest worker and the best around! If you ever need a tow service in Indiana do not call anyone other than DOUG! Saved my life

Claim to be open 24/7 but did not answer from 3pm-8pm. Left multiple voicemails asking for a call back without success. Decided to have a man call instead & leave a voicemail; he received a call back in 2 hours (still without a call back to the female owner of the car). Was able to arrange to pick up my car only through having a male make all the phone calls to communicate with staff. Still, at 10:45 pm, the female owner of the car has not received a call back from the towing company.
Doug’s towing is absolutely wonderful!! Not only is he the most affordable towing in Indianapolis but he also was available the minute I called and arrived at the exact time he said! I mistakenly had the wrong address of the location of my car and Doug drove 30 minutes to get there. Then Doug drove an extra 30 minutes to the correct location to get my car with 0 hesitation! I felt terrible but he didn’t charge anything extra for my mistake and he was extremely nice about everything! I’m super thankful and appreciative for the extra time it took. I definitely would recommend anyone and everyone to use Doug’s towing!
I've waited on Doug for over 2 hours.. Doug work with insurance companies picking up vehicles. Lying saing they'll pickup your vehicle up in 40-70 minutes. Lying just to get money . Very unprofessional.. H&H towing is the Reliable.
I stopped to fill my tire with air and the air pump completely depleted my tire. Doug stopped by and showed me and my son how to put on the spare and talked to me a little about our new neighborhood. Super nice guy! Thank you so much for helping us out!
Phenomenal Service! Not only did he keep good communication about the wait time due too how late it was and I had my son with me, also he fixed my car rather towing it saving me some money, and ensured I made it to my destination safe without any other car issues. I've used Doug's Custom Towing a couple of times through the years with different cars. Doug is very genuine and blunt. He will tell you how it is and is upfront. I had a hooptie that I sold to him for a good price considering that Avalon was basic scrap metal. He took it off my hands for good. He towed my mashed up caviller with no problems and my current Honda CRV he had me referred to his partner that had a flat bed and still I experienced great service. He's reliable and still came for me one time in the middle of winter when everybody was crashing and the streets were plain nasty. I'm definitely going to do business with him again.
I have put this company on speed dial! Robert was so polite. From the time I called him to the time he got to where I was on the highway, was no more than 10 min. I called 3 other companies and all but one answered and the one that did answer said there was a 2 hour wait!! He literally stayed on the phone with me until he got to my location. He was super attentive to me and My family and had great conversation. The rates were super affordable for the quality of service rendered and I will definitely be using them again. Thanks Robert.
He changed my tire at his least convenience. It was around 3-4am in the morning. He came out and only charged me 50 bucks! I wouldn’t even know what to do without this company. They were the only ones that answered the phone. If I need service it would be them!

Doug has always been on time and most definitely reasonably priced. This last time we needed a tow it was my husband's HARLEY that needed to be taken home,he went and got his enclosed trailer for his own cycle and come gor ours home! I was thrilled and also offered prayers for a serious health issue m y husband has right now

I needed my car towed for repair. Doug's was the only place that returned my call. Plus they were able to commit to picking my car up by a specific time so I could get to my repair appointment on time. Very prompt and helpful service. I will call them again if I need to.
Our insurance company called Doug"s Towing after we had waited 4 long hours for another tow company to pick up my vehicle that broke down on the interstate. Doug"s Towing quoted an ETA of 30 minutes and was there in 20 minutes or less, which was a relief. The driver, who's name I didn't get, was quick and professional. We will recommend you to our friend's if they ever need a tow.
I called Doug's for a non-emergency tow to our repair shop. They arrived quickly and took care of business professionally. The customer service from Michael exceeded my expectations. As a matter of fact, before I could get my kids ready to leave and get to the repair shop myself, he had already dropped off my car and was gone. And on top of everything else, the price was reasonable. Great experience!

I called them from 150 miles away for a customer of ours and they handled the situation perfectly. The first time I called to price and see if last minute they could make a 300 mile round trip and they said no problem. Little did I know, they got the driver prepared before I approved the tow. I called back after arranging several other things and they said the driver was ready to make the trip. They rearranged their schedule and got to the customer in 45 minutes (very acceptable for the situation and circumstances). The driver, Jeff, made my customer and her sister feel very good about the situation. He knew what he was doing, especially with a Mercedes car with a flat. He made sure not to scrap the bottom of the car and no damage for 150 miles. He dropped them off at a gas station/McDonald's so they could eat and wait on an uber to get to their final destination.

Steve picked me up after many hours of other not coming. He was nice and friendly and knew that I was stressed. I was almost an hour from home but he got me there to my daughter and I so appreciate his friendly attitude. I would recommend them

I don't usually write many reviews, but this time I feel I must.. In the past 3 months I've gotten 2 separate tows from Doug's, both around 20 miles, and I'm confident in saying that they are the only company we will use from now on. Both times I received excellent customer service both on the phone and in person. The price was told to me on the phone and that's exactly how much I paid, which might I add, was a VERY fair price, especially given the distance I needed towed (one time was $75, the other $80 - just to give you a rough idea). On top of all that, they were extremely quick. I had my car in less than 2 hours and that was during rush hour, which I was even apologized to about. On my latest tow, the tow truck operator, Steve noticed a couple possibilities of what could be wrong with my car. After he unloaded it, he actually took the time to pop the hood and point me in the right direction. Excellent experience both times, I highly recommend.
I don’t normally write reviews unless my experience is really bad, or really good. In this case it was excellent. Doug is a very compassionate man. He is also extremely kindhearted. I was stuck on 465 and he got to me literally within minutes. And he towed me all the way to Greenwood, which is farther than he normally goes. Also, he undercharged me. I used the google maps app on my iPhone to find him. If I or anyone I know ever needs a tow, he’s my first choice & recommendation. If you are reading this because you are searching for someone to tow your vehicle, please...this is the #1 guy to call! Thanks again Doug!
