I’m out of state, and they sold me a $400 electric go cart for $90. I sent them the label, and they held the package until pickup. Legit seller, I'd definitely buy from them again.

The "bins" were a bust for my husband and I. The furniture part was very nicely staged, and a lot of different types of furniture, and decor.

I ordered online and went to the showroom for the first time. The parking lot is co-use with several businesses and you have to fight semi trucks.
Online orders can take days to be ready, even though there are no customers actively at their warehouse picking up. They wanted to charge a restocking fee for items that they said I couldn't pickup when I was there physically at the store.
Their showroom and the warehouse are the same location. Their showroom also has red dot stickers (40% off) on some items but is not necessarily reflected in online prices. I would recommend checking the price and/or Google Lens the item.
They just resell products from Target mostly. A lot of the furniture was damaged in the showroom. Just save yourself time and go somewhere else.
I came into the showroom and bought an item in person but wasn't allowed to get my online items at the sametime. Looks like the owner's response is to call customers names instead of fixing their processes. Your own worker said they could see the items but you wouldn't release them to me.

The furniture side was good, but prices seemed a little higher than I thought they would be. The bends side was a disappointment. We drove an hour and found some deals but nothing that would make me want to go back.

What fun!! First time ever going and it was a trip! Find them on Facebook so that you can stay up to date on all the news and upcoming events that they have going on. Everything is priced at $5 or less unless they're larger items. They also have a showroom for a larger furniture items. You've got to come check it out!

I took my daughter and niece to the bins portion on a $6/day…..got some amazing deals. Cashier was very friendly and helpful. I don’t live in Indy and next time I’m back in the area, we will definitely visit again.

I have to say that I was very disappointed. The store is quite small with a lot less items than you'd think. It is what it is but not likely to return.

Saw some videos on tik tok looked like a great hidden gem. Went in today didn’t have many items out besides furniture. No one was there to greet us or anything. Tik tok videos were definitely misleading

One star for blocking me on Facebook when I commented on your advertisement post for your 2/$1 bin sale with a bad experience today, due to misleading advertisement and pricing. I wasn’t rude, or incorrect but just wanted to make others aware. I came to google because I feel a company who cannot listen to the customer, acknowledge their mistake or allow feedback is not a business I would ever recommend!
I went for a bin sale. The sale was 2/$1 on bin items. Their Facebook page advertised this as a bin sale. Every single bin said 2/$1 and on the bottom of the page stated that adult items $5 and kids $3. Mind you they have racks of clothes as well as the bins. The kids clothes in bins were apparently not part of the sale, despite the video advertisment showing only clothes that were being rung up. There were so many upset people in the store for their error in advertisement and price labeling that the cashier was in tears. I felt bad for her. This was my first experience here. I live 35 minutes away. I most definitely would not make that drive again.

Purchased an electric scooter, a drone and hair clippers and neither product worked. Scooter I don't know what the issue is, drone has the wrong charger and the charger is hard to locate, clippers didn't work and head of the clippers loose.

Love both the Showroom and the Bins store! Leah at the bins store was AMAZING! I just had a major surgery and she was so sweet to Carry the mirror over for me! And it was at the end of the day as they were closing so I TRULY appreciated it!! Best place!

Not very big. Rummaging through bins is not too bad. Only 4 or 5 bins to look through. Piles of clothing plus three long racks. Clothing prices are cheap!

Great deals, I’d probably only shop the bin side on the day they put things out. I went towards the end of the week and a lot had already been broken or pieces missing probably due to shopper mishandling. My suggestion is maybe racks would be easier for things that can break easily.

You can find good stuffs but most of kids clothes are used some with holes and stains in that case it’s better go to a thirft store. Also I did a purchase on line and it doesn’t have detail And the mop had missing parts it was a good price but will be better if they could

Ordered from salvage and co big sale they had last weekend. I was excited to find 2 ottomans I’ve been wanting for awhile. I made the purchase along with another purchase. I received an email that one order was ready. Since only given 2 days to pickup I decide to travel to store in hopes they can give me both orders. I show up ask to see if I can get my second order as well. He was able to give me one order and then says they can’t find my ottomans! That I could get a refund or they will keep searching. This is a terrible way to do business. To find an item online, pay, and show up to say they can’t find it. Seems very disorganized. This actually happened to the lady behind me. They couldn’t find her rug she ordered. People travel distances for the deals, and the shop doesn’t even know if they have what you bought and promised. Very disappointed when you think you’re getting a good deal, and then store has no clue where they are after you have paid for them. Beware when ordering on line and making the distance to pick up package.

This is a fun store. You never know what you are going to find and you definitely want to pay attention that the product you grab is not broken or stained. But my wife and I had a lot of fun finding good deals at this place and we are happy with the items we grabbed.

Editing AGAIN to say that I finally got my order but it is missing almost everything included in the listing photos from the Salvage and Co website.
We purchased a $220 inflatable water slide with accessories, and in the listing photo it states blower is included.
There was no blower, no hosing to operate the water features (which were also supposed to be included per the listing photos), none of the balls or darts that were listed as well.
I opened this today with my kids who literally cannot even use it, can’t blow it up and even if we did… no hoses for the water to turn it into a water slide.
I wish now I would’ve spent the extra $80 and bought this new from the Wayfair website where it’s originally from, but I trusted the good reviews of Salvage and Co and this was just a bad experience from start to finish. I live 1 hour away and have already made two trips here - making a third to return or pick up accessories would make three trips and six total hours of driving. Not worth it to save a few extra bucks and support local companies. This is why people would just rather shop on Amazon. Also irritating knowing I won’t get a response for any of this until Tuesday at the earliest. Amazon would respond immediately and issue refund or credit my account.
I’m out $220 for a worthless useless tarp and have two disappointed kids who have looked forward to this all week.
*editing to add that AFTER we came and tried to pick up, they responded via Facebook to let me know that I could not pickup without an email saying it was ready.*
Purchased a $200+ item on Sunday morning.
Never received confirmation email or any email for that matter.
Sent Facebook message this morning asking if they were open for pickup, they responded “yes.” I sent another Facebook message saying I had not received any email correspondence after placing my order, and wanted to know if I could come pick up as I have the lift help today.
No response.
Sent an email to their email address asking the same.
No response.
Decided to try to go pick it up, drove almost 55 minutes away to be told “no sorry, it won’t be ready for a while”
I explained that I was concerned that I haven’t gotten any email confirmations or pickup time updates since placing the order. The kid at the door didn’t really seem like he knew. He just kept saying whoever does the fulfillment was busy because it’s their anniversary. He could only tell us “probably Thursday but honestly not sure.”
I don’t mind pickup being delayed - but there was no information given. No email confirming purchase, no estimated pickup time.. nothing. It’s a bit of an uneasy feeling spending that much money to not be able to reach any one for an update or information.

***Update. Unfortunately, instead of addressing my concerns they have continued emailing me and in the response below, blaming me for their truly terrible customer service. They even emailed to guilt me for writing this review. They have emailed multiple negative interactions with me today. Instead of trying to work with the customer, and de-escalate, they have consistently chosen to escalate. For this reason, I feel like my review needs more explanation. I originally bought the items and tried to pick them up in my car. They wouldn't fit so I told their worker that I had a problem with my truck and it might take me a few weeks to get the items. He said that was ok. I also emailed them to let them know and they did not respond. I normally pick things up right away, but life happens. They cancelled the order and charged me a 20% restocking fee. They also only gave me a gift card for the difference. I don't even think they do this unless you say something. I have purchased from them many times for many years. I have even bought some lemons (example: a vanity light with a globe missing) from them on occasion with very little complaint. Why any business would lose a customer who has spent thousands of dollars over a restocking fee is beyond me. They could have answered my email, notified me before cancelling, worked with me and treated me respectfully today when I contacted them. Maybe they could have re-placed the order and gave me a few more days. That is what a customer-focused businesses would do and they did none of those things. Sometimes they are short-staffed and it will take weeks to fill orders, but you better be ready to go pick up your stuff in 4 days. That is their policy. Also, they are closed Sunday and Monday and only open 10-5 Wednesday through Saturday. If you work a normal weekday schedule, be ready to take some time off or to ring their bell and wait on Saturday. Here's the thing. You might get a good deal and you might not, but you will have to really manage your expectations on customer service when you shop here. They say below they want to keep me as a customer but they have shown me that they do not really care about that at all. I thought maybe a teenage worker was emailing me but in his last email, he said he was part owner. Yikes.

I've bought from them many times through the years but they told me in an email that they really don't care how much money I've spent there, their lousy policies are their lousy policies. I’ve always been taken care of at Salvage! I’ve shopped there for years- even before the pandemic when they had in-person stores. The couple times that I’ve purchased something that wasn’t as described, they made sure I was a happy customer. The bin store is a great new addition that I frequent as well. I’ve recommended it to everyone I know!
