The service man who came out on the 10th of December noticed loose wires around my battery but said he couldn’t connect them. He couldn’t get my battery started and said I needed a new battery. The next day Erik saw the loose Wires and connected them and the car started. I was greatly appreciated that Eric had the skills to fix the battery unlike the first service man!

They responded way quicker than estimated it was originally 55-85min and he called and was there in a little over 10mins! He was knowledgeable and courteous and quickly diagnosed the issue. I recommend them a 1000x over and would gladly give a 10star review!! Thank you!!

Tech was on time, friendly, and efficiently repaired my tire on-site! I was amazed and so grateful that I could get such wonderful service, especially on Thanksgiving! Couldn't ask for better service. I'd highly recommend this company! They solved my pr I blem and elongated my stress after anticipating a very involved service!

Had a huge rip in the front tire of my Suburban on a Friday at 430pm. The gentleman that responded was quick (was at my car within 30 mins!), friendly, and professional. I'd highly recommend their services, if ever needed!

Scam. They will definitely manipulate you for a review. They don’t tell you service charges are double after 11 pm. I called to get in my house, he told me he would replace the door and all for a flat $120, after the job was done he tried charging me $203 plus tax. Triggered my ptsd, I don’t like foreigners running American business. No passion, no humanitarianism.

I licked my keys in my car while it was running. It was freezing cold outside. Mr. Quickpick sent someone very quickly who took great care of me! He was prompt and courteous and had me back in my car faster than I expected. I am a highly satisfied customer!

Average goober moment, left my keys locked in the car right on the driver’s seat. Put in a roadside assistance request through my insurance and I was in my car 40 minutes later. Incredibly quick and simple, very happy at the service received this morning :^)

They came right away within 15 minutes of us calling for roadside service. Changed our tire and we were on our way. Very friendly and quick!

My driver was very pleasant and professional. My only challenge was that my address wasn’t confirmed at the call center which in turn caused the driver to go to the wrong address. Currently, they rely on GPS which isn’t always accurate. Overall, I had a positive experience.

So thankful to the gentleman who changed my tire!! Luckily, I got a flat in my yard and the weather was nice so I chilled outside until he arrived. Reporting the incident was a breeze, did everything through the app. Within minutes, the tech gave me an ETA. He arrived sooner than estimated, changed the tire quickly, and told me to drive slowly to a tire repair shop. He also gave me advice regarding another tire issue. I gotta be more careful in these streets 🛞

I needed help with a flat tire and with having 3 kids in the car ages 9, 7 and 16 months, the speed at which Walter arrived and changed the flat was a godsend. Walter arrived well before the initial dispatch estimate and changed the tire in well under 10min. I was able to tend to my kids and what could have been a huge morning pain was hardly an issue.

I’m going to leave a honest review. I bought a tire not a (spare) because I had a flat. The place where I bought it told me to bring it back so they can size it for me after I take the wheel off. I let the dispatcher from this company know all this. I was very clear on my communication. I had no tools etc. she said it would be 80 dollars. the mechanic from this company came talking about he can’t do the service because I don’t have a spare. Long story short I ended up paying 175. The mechanic was nice but I will never ever use this company again. The dispatcher needs to be direct. I also kept asking them for email confirmation on my payments and she kept saying she will send it and never did which was odd to me. I feel like I got played for real especially because I’m a female.

We had an absolutely miserable experience with this company. We had a flat tire in Lebanon at 6 o’clock at night. We called this company because the reviews said they were good and when I spoke with the woman, she said that they would be able to have someone here in 45 minutes. I asked her specifically if the person they were sending would be able to put a new tire on our rim because our car doesn’t hold a spare tire. She said yes, he would be bringing the tire with and he’d be able to put it on. Two hours later and we didn’t hear back from anyone. So I called her back and she said that the technician was on his way and that she had forgotten to tell us that he was on the way. The technician called me 10 minutes before he got here and he was very nice. When he arrived, he was in a car and pulled out a jack. He had no tire. He said he needed to take our current wheel to a shop and get a tire put on.l the rim. And he asked me if the dispatcher told me that because a lot of times they don’t tell people. I said no she told me the exact opposite. He said the tire shop was 30 minutes away and he would let me know when he’s on his way back. While the technician was here, the dispatcher called me and asked me my address. She then admitted that she called the wrong person, when I told her that the technician was already here . The technician left with our wheel. We waited two more hours and then I texted him. He said he was still waiting on the dispatcher to send him the money so he could buy the tire. So I called the dispatcher and asked her when she’d be sending the money. She said she was having technical difficulties, but she was just able to send the money right then. 20 minutes later the technician texted me and said he was on his way. A five hour ordeal that was supposed to be 45 minutes and the dispatcher is either unaware of how her technicians work or she is simply a liar. I’m sure they are good at simple straightforward issues, because the technician was amazing! The dispatcher made this experience miserable. If we knew this would be the process, we would have just taken the tire off ourselves and called an Uber to take us to the shop. And I paid over $500 for the experience. So many regrets Edit: owner responded on this review saying they wanted to make it right. But never called. Then they changed their response to simply say “sorry we let you down”. Still haven’t received a call from them to try to “make it right”
