My car was brought here from the police impound. After my car was deemed a loss by between the police in pound, whoever they had transport my car (AFFORDABLE TOWING LLC) from there to copart less than 24 between the three of them someone stole all my stuff out of my car as of if I wasn’t going to come get it. They are trash some thieves and whoever stole my stuff will lose 1000x that which they stole. AND SO IT IS

Friendly people but when I went to get my personal belongings I noticed somethings had been taken, steering wheel cover for one and there was shit in the back seat from an animal...what a waste of a $40,000 car...

They always have females answering the phones (which is not an issue), but most that I've talked with are foreign. So, there is a language/dialect barrier, when it comes time for understanding what they're saying.

They came to pick up a damaged vehicle for my yard I requested that they did not drive in my yard I asked them to make sure that the driver went down one side of my driveway they're saying there was no notes for that the driver drove through my yard saying well there was already tire tracks there so I don't care that I destroyed your yard I asked him to please fix it they refuse to attach their pictures

I am so amazing at the best customer service offered to me. To be honest, I was skeptical at first, seeing the low reviews but I was surprised to see one of the most friendly people at the front desk. The ladies are the best. I was treated like a king.

Never ever in 64 years of life have I been treated more rudely. The customer service rep at the West side location was possibly the most caustic person I’ve have ever encountered. I had no issues, nothing to do but turn over keys & sign over title on a totaled vehicle. I was pleasant & fully prepared. To have had to sit in my rental car to collect myself before driving away because I was so upset by the nastiness, hateful attitude & demeanor was a new one. Having a totaled car is extremely emotional & this one was especially hard for me due to circumstances. Try to do better Copart, being kind is so much easier.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would in a heartbeat. This company has been handling my in laws claim for almost 2 months now and they have been just wasting so much time going back and forth with their title. No one there can understand anything and vice versa you can't understand anyone there. They tell you one thing and then never hear from them and YOU have to call for updates on stuff they should be reaching out about. Id never work with this company ever and will never recommend it to anyone.

They actively involve in scamming people through sellers. I purchased a vehicle with 10x,xxx miles. When I came to pick the vehicle up, it had 18x,xxx miles, marked as exempt. I attempted to dispute it with the manager, who said i couldn't do anything because it's exempt. After discussing it for a bit, they admitted to knowing the actual milage and marked it lower themselves. They marked not actual miles on the title aswell. The pictures they took of the milage were made too blurry to see the difference. They said I can't do anything about it if i wanted to since it was sold as exempt. It's wild that they can legally scam and get away with it.

My truck was at copart for less than a week while i waited for my insurance paperwork. They didnt shut my door all the way so my battery is completely dead, they took all my stuff out of my truck including my floor matts and put it in my truck bed then filled my truck bed up with trash and car parts on top of the stuff they took out of my truck, and returned it to my house with it full of said trash and broken parts. And i dont know if its a standard thing to do, but they took my old license plate that was still on my truck, and my new one that was inside the cab (old plates werent expired yet but i already renewed) without telling me so now i have to replace the plate i just got like 3 days before this started.

WORST place. Had my car parked there by my insurance Company, and they decided to steal things from my car!! Never they ever will answer your call, Lady at desk doesn’t want to talk to people!!!! They don’t even want to figure things out!! Never answer calls and nobody is helpful there. I am trying to get hold of them from three days about my stolen items, and they don’t even care about it. I even called Copart helpdesk, they gave me general manger’s email (Patrick Harrison), who seems to not care and reply to my email! Very disappointed by their attitude.

Worst experience I have ever had. Totaled car was brought to their lot. Waited for an hour+. They destroyed my plate, and several items were missing from my personal effects. All for them to give me the run around to blame it on the tow yard. Either way, a police report was filed for the missing items. If your car is ever going to be taken to them, get all of your stuff first. Hope the prescription sunglasses give you a headache.

My car was totaled and when I went to get the rest of my things out of the car everything was gone. The criminals that work at this place stole everything out of my car. Small bills, change (they left me the pennies), sunglasses, cologne, a baseball bat from my late grandfather, my gloves/hat made by a friend, an ice scraper (seriously?), and a few other things. My friend just had the same thing happen to her a few days ago at this worthless location. Who would ever think you have to get every single belonging out of your car right after a horrific car accident to ensure you are not robbed? Do not let your car be taken to this place!! I tried and tried to get them to make this right but I got the run around and no one ever did anything about this. What a joke.

This place is a joke and the only way they must stay in business is their ridiculous buyer fees. Paid $650 for a $300 car because the buyer fee is more than what I paid for the car. Here I am the only customer in the building and these “very nice ladies” haven’t batted an eye or even looked my direction. I’ve been staying here asking for some help for 20 minutes.

Kim at the front desk is the worst. She is causing unnecessary frustration because she is not explaining the entire process to a certain population of people. Her lack of information caused unnecessary delays that hindered the buy-it-now purchase of a vehicle.

Copart had an accident with my Toyota Tundra 2005 pickup truck on their lot. A employee dropped it off there fork truck left. Tom Wix call and told me Immediately after it happened. You have to remember, this is a multi- billion dollar company. In many ways it's like working with the government or getting things from the government . Becoming angry or mad is actually a form of insanity. Tom was very honest and very calm. For myself, I had a lot of stinking thinking but I remain calm, self-controlled and self-governing. And so did the employees at Copart. I found them very sympathetic and understanding. And they kept me updated by calling me. They did me good! They bought the damage truck ! That being said! They offer end of Life Solutions to vehicles that can be salvaged and vehicles for parts to salvage yards. This is a resource in the last end of vehicles. Things will happen in this life, you need to brush yourself off , stand up and move on! Copart handled themself very professionally! Dan

I will never recommend this company to anyone and one star is even generous. Here's been our ongoing experience thus far: We purchased a vehicle from a dealership in Kentucky in which Copart sold this Transit van at an auction. They gave the dealership an invalid duplicate title when we had bought the van in November 2021. After correspondences with Copart corporates in Indianapolis for six months for the valid title there has still yet to be a true resolve and we're at 7/08/22. We don't have a title, we cannot drive the vehicle, we cannot get reimbursed, and we obviously cannot insure a vehicle that is not in our name. It is sitting on our property without any use. This is not the way we do business. If our customer has an issue or if there is any misconduct, we make it right. Copart has no desire to function that way and are not willing to make it right nor have they truly tried. We will be updating the reviews accordingly and we did let Copart know that if this was not resolved after the deadline they gave us, we would begin this process. That deadline was 14 days ago, further ample time to figure this out. Since the day we signed the papers, this process has gone on for 232 days now.

I been there for couple hours just to grab some papers work iknow the papers was ready but she didn't give to me and she let me Waite on perpse for Couple hours and skeep me and let someone else Going But there is some good peoples there. And after l talk to the manager I explained to here I'm seek person I have stroke couple months ago I talk normally here answer it was if you are seek don't come here and spread ur seeknes here. Hard to get membership. Ive learned that you need to use their mobile apps to check in and to schedule vehicle pickups hours ahead. I've been there 4 times and it takes 30 min- 1 1/2 hours to pick up your vehicles if you don't schedule it ahead of time. Learned my lesson after waiting almost 2 hours. But staff is friendly and helpful.

Their services are not too bad! Me as one of the buyers has not noticed any negatives attitude in them! I factually have one assignment or the other to accomplish there every week and no one among staff members' neither buyer like myself have ever disregard me! They always gave the quality services I expected from them...

I only have one star because I had too! The customer service here is non existent. The male in the office dealing with titles is not friendly and likes to speak down to people. If you don't like your job then get a new one! Very rude! I would never ever deal with this company especially people at this location

Went to pick up my car. The loader came driving like a maniac with my car on it, i asked him to slow down instead he left my car and told me to load it my self made me wait 1 hour on rain. what a customer service they have. Went inside to tell the manager she said same thing we dont have to load it what kind of skills as manager does she have. But they do charge you $69 for gate fee. I complain about the situation to the higher Managers but it was waste of time as they did not care. WHEN WE BUY CARS AT COPART IT SHOULD NOT BE DAMAGED MORE WHILE LOADING AND UNLOADING BECAUSE THAT CAR DOES NOT BELONG TO COPART NO MORE. WE PAID FOR IT. IF THEY DAMAGE THEY SHOULD PAY FOR IT AND NOT TELL YOU WE CAN REFUND YOU YOUR MONEY. Was treated terrible

Horrible customer service. I buy from Co-parts all over the country and this is by far the worst one I've been to. Always a huge line, one 1-2 people helping, the employees will sit and chat about life with people instead of helping people go faster, and the loaders always have a nasty attitude here. One hour inside the building before I got JUST my paper work and the last ***** time I buy from here.

Customer service at This location is HORIBLE ! 10 people staying in the line waiting to get their car and office employees just don't care , they talking just about anything. 2 office workers start decorating working table with Christmas lights while 10 people is waiting . Truck driver start yelling on them, he said " I am here for 1 hour waiting and you doing nothing ". Then they start moving to the customers . I never seen like that . Manager must discipline them or fired them. Head office in California must take serious action against this office. I don't recommend to buy anything here . Very lazy workers. I never will buy anything from this location.

My son and I stopped by Copart for the first time. The customer Service was ok, some were nice and the other were not so nice. After the check-in, we were out there to look for the car I am interested in. There were thousands of totaled car in the yard. Here are some cars I would like to buy.

Terrible experience. We purchased 4 tractors through Copart and Copart damaged the oil pans during negligent and careless loading, despite paying the nearly $2800 in buyer fees! One would expect proper loading with a premium this exorbitant. What a complete scam. This issue was immediately reported to Copart, and 3 months later they weaseled their way out of it by claiming that the driver we contracted should have inspected the equipment prior to leaving the yard. Ridiculous that a consumer must babysit an auctioneer during loading to avoid getting deceived and cheated. Allow an extra expense for negligent loading of your purchase.

-The office crew is very good. -Takes forever to be loaded in such a way that we fail to deliver -Some front loaders don't have customer care...treat customers rough. -The front loaders act as if they are forced to come to work -I don't like coming to pick cars there coz I feel abused by some front loaders

I had to go here because my insurance company sent my totaled car here. It took 2 visits to retrieve my belongings because my insurance company had to approve Copart prying apart my trunk. This means I had to wait in a long, slow line 2 times. They only had 2 people handling people with vehicles, but you get to watch all the other employees having a fun time behind the counter. Not my favorite experience, but maybe all car part places are like this?
