THIS PLACE SUCKS , NO ONE KNOWS SHIT THEY MAKE YOU PAY FOR THE PART THEY DONT HAVE , SUPER DIRTY AND UNORGINIZED PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE DONT KNOW NOTHING ABOUT CAR PARTS
It’s the worst place I have been in my life really bad services I made a return cause I never received my parts . They said they gonna call me to pick up my parts and when I never received that call I just go head for my money that’s the moment they said no refund
Love them, second time getting a car from them they are so pleasant & understanding & always easy to want to accommodate & work with what you have. They’re amazing, TRULY lol
Don’t go here. Will tell you part is available, then charge you. Once you go to the back it will not be available and you’ll be out your money for 3-5 waiting for refund. How can a business sell you something that is not available?
Awful saw 2 of the exact same cars as mine in the front with the wheel I needed on them. Went in on Friday said they had the part, I know I saw them. It would take a couple hours to get it, but had me pay 1st. Got call later they didn't have my part so now I wait for a refund to hit my card. Annoying. Honestly you all just need to be honest while you are trying to sell whole cars and change your business to a used car lot. I will ne going back in there to check on my refund today
This place was better when it was Gonzales auto parts They say one thing and proceed not to do that thing, there not good for business on business work
I am new to indianapolis and I needed a part for my car. They were the closest to my location so I gave them a chance and called. They said they had the part. I showed up, paid for the part, waited 2 hours to be told the car was crushed that morning. 6 months later I gave them another chance. Silly me. Paid for the part and was told it would be a least an hour before they would pull the part. I was 4th inline. Showed up after an hour and was told i was 4th inline still. Waited another 2 1/2 hrs to be told again that they just crushed the car that morning. Won't be going back ever.
The service was very bad call at 9 am for a part and arrived at 3pm and the part had not been pulled They wanted a deposit to pull the part which was not discussed earlier that morning
Don't call to get any information because I feel if you're not Hispanic they're not interested so you would have to drive out there before you can get any information
I called and told them what I was looking for. They had it pulled and waiting on me when I arrived. Friendly, professional people, great service. Just what I was looking for.
Called to pick a part up the girl said be here before 5 Arrived at 454 and the doors were locked she laughed at my face thank God the employee from outside came in and said these parts are already paid for and pulled The customer service representative don't know anything about customer service They should let the guys run the show
ordered 2 parts from Indianapolis Auto Parts and even paid the pull-out deposit for both. I drove 30 minutes to pick them up, only to find that the bumper wasn’t even pulled from the car as promised. On top of that, the door I ordered was badly dented and had been repainted — nothing like what I expected.
When I told the lady at the counter I could wait 30 minutes for the bumper, she said their guys were “too busy pulling other parts.” But here’s the kicker — she still wanted to charge me a 30% return fee for the damaged door! She expected me to accept their excuse for not having my bumper ready, but refused to accept my reason for returning the door because it was in terrible condition.
This is unprofessional, misleading, and a complete waste of time. Poor customer service and zero accountability. I will never do business with them again.
WARNING IF YOU GO HERE KNOW THAT YOU WILL BE TREATED BETTER THAN YOU EXPECT. I stopped in today and thanks to Ms. Lea, I had a great experience with NO SQUABBLES! SHE IS AWESOME. THANK YOU.
Leah the sales rep was an excellent help. She has excellent customer service skills and also great knowledge of vehicle parts. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the parts I purchase even help me load my part always smiley which is a great welcome indicator felt like home
shady people they sell fatly parts and if they don't have another they say there is no warranty. The Presence sensor missing and a bad seat belt latch.
This business was absolutely wonderful they did so much searching for me eliminated so many of my issues was so patient so informative that I would refer anyone to this business absolutely one of the best experiences that I've had with the business any long time

GREAT EXPERIENCE! I usually dread going to Auto Parts Stores /Junk Yards having had bad experiences in the past but they are so helpful! Staff is Bilingual , VERY professional, super organized as well. Dayanna and Flor Were super helpful , easy going , found exactly what I was looking for in a timely manner and was on my way before I knew it! Very much recommended!
Dyanna and This cute guy named Oscar was such a great help. They were able to help me get my part and even load it up for me. This is a great family owned business will definitely continue to do business with them.
