I took my vehicle to D & M for a second opinion after another collision center (a chain) said the seemingly minor damage to my vehicle came to more than $6,000, resulting in my vehicle being considered a total loss by my insurance company. I had taken it to the other shop because it was on my insurance company's list of express locations. Mario walked me through the entire estimate and pointed out things that were needlessly on that estimate--for instance, repainting the rear quarter panel in order to blend in the paint when he knew that it would be unnecessary. The estimate from D & M came to less than $3700. Had I taken it there first, my vehicle would not have been considered a total loss. If my vehicles ever need body work in the future, D & M will be the choice for me.

🥰🫶🏽🤞🏽If I could give 10 ⭐️ I would!!! They did an excellent job on my car in 8 days! she was practically brand new!! Mario and his team were so kind and courteous and patient with my 100 questions and calls!! 😂 They communicated efficiently and went above and beyond!! They even cleaned the car after to make sure no dust or anything was in sight! Door and bumper had to be replaced and fresh paint job! (Can’t find the pic of the bumper damaged) I will definitely take all my cars to them for collision repair!!

I had damage to the front driver's side from hitting two deer. My fender, grille, and headlight were all smashed up. Mario went out of his way to help me find specific replacement parts that I had requested. He thoroughly explained everything to me so that i knew exactly what was going to take place during the repair process.I highly recommend this shop. Everyone was friendly very professional. 10/10

Our business van needed attention around the third brake light area. Every issue was addressed and the estimate was completed same day ( was much cheaper than other companies as well ). Scheduled appointment and time frame of completion was on point. There was 1 small issue upon completion but they corrected it and finished while I waited next day. Great company and quality work was performed and the owner was all about helping the customer. Will definitely return for any future needs.

Quality work and they shopped around for a more affordable part. We had a tricky situation, and they worked with us every step of the way. They even offered me advice. Mario is amazing, he’s so friendly and full of knowledge. I wish I had a before pic but for some reason I do not. This is after, and it looks better than it did even before my car was hit.

I would like to thank the team at D and M. Fabulous job they kept me informed every step of the way while dealing with the insurance company. Also they do quality work and would not cut corners because of the insurance company. I definitely will recommend and use them again if the need arises. D&M got me in quickly for a body and tire repair that I really needed before a cross country move. They communicated well, helped me understand an issue I had with my Insurance company, and did perfect work on my car. I am so grateful I found a team of such competent and helpful professionals. Had them paint a motorcycle tank and rear fender, best prices around! so I took a chance. Had it done in 3 days, and looks great! I can't be more happy with the price, and work, i even gave him more then we agreed on because I was so happy with the work. I usually don't give 5 Star reviews, but these guys deserve it.

I've used these guys multiples times and referred friends and family members to them. Dave and Mario were very personable and seemed to do a great job. Then I had an issue with one of their repairs. The control arm literally fell off of my car. Tow truck company said it looked like it was never properly fastened and slowly worked its way loose. Glad I was going 5mph in a parking lot or it could have been much worse. I called Dave assuming he would take a look at it and fix it considering it was under his "lifetime warranty". He didn't even entertain the call. Answered, said he would get back to me, then texted me saying he wouldn't do anything. After closely inspecting other body repairs that they did, I found that the panels were never attached properly and pop loose easily. Unbelievably terrible experience. I'd steer clear unless you want to have to pay for their shoddy work to be repaired correctly.

I am restoring a 1964 Barracuda. It started off as someone else s project. After rebuilding the structural, body the past owner, painted the interior and engine bay a color similar to the original color; that I later learned didn’t match the paint code number I was given. After reassembling the car and replacing some missing sheet metal I thought it was ready for paint and contacted D & M Collision. Their trained eyes spotted some waviness on the side of the car that I didn’t see in my dark garage. We were able to workout, what I think was a good deal, for them to correct the body work and paint the car. The body work and all the trouble matching the paint color with their supplier was a lot more work than anyone anticipated but they continued to do a great job until the it was through. I checked out several body shops before selecting D & M, they are competitively priced and do quality work.

Our auto mechanic recommended D&M to us to repair some damage and they did an excellent job. They were friendly and courteous. They explained what was needed, did the work on the schedule they described and the car looks like no accident had happened. I highly recommend them!

I’ve searched for so long to find someone who would fix my first car, I had a bad accident back in February and couldn’t bare to see my car the way it was cause it always brought the bad memory. Finally I came across D&M collision and it was the best experience I had not only does my car look spectacular! David and Mario are amazing! They were very informative and quick! This will definitely be my go to for auto repair!

Let me start by saying my first experience with this fine establishment wasn’t even with my car. My mom had an accident and they handled the repair. Mario and Dave took over a very weird situation created by the insurance company. Long story short, they took very good care of my mom, and her car was looking nice and new when she got it back. As for myself, I had some front end repair work done at another repair facility that I really didn’t want to take my car to (CDE) and they broke one of my headlights. Of course they wouldn’t own up to it. Whatever. Karma. I ordered new lights and Mario and Dave graciously took amazing care of my car and it was done super fast. These guys are fast, professional, and have your ride looking nice and fresh!

My daughter recked her car and D&M collision came highly recommended to me for the repairs. A huge thank you to Nicole for guiding me with the everything from the beginning to getting everything started. A huge, huge thank you to Mario and Dave for breaking everything down and taking the time to explain everything to me as they took care of everything with the insurance to all the repairs! This has been one of the best experiences I’ve had with a shop! These gentlemen are meanings of good people in this world!!! I will definitely recommend anyone and everyone to them! I had such a good experience here. They did a good job on my vehicle. Explain every process of the repair and broke down the cost of everything to my understanding. Definitely a great place to go to!

From the first steps inside this place, all I received was comfort. They didn’t try to rip me off because I was a female. I got nothing but honestly and a fair price! They absolutely know how to get the job done! They’re very quick and effienct making my car looking in mint condition. They matched the color paint to my car as close as possible you can’t tell it was even damaged! They’re super friendly and will work with you. Awesome price, hard workers. Go to them and shop local instead of a big chain company. Also if you need a tow their company is affordable and quick!!

I didn't get work done here.... yet. What I did do is take my car in for a diagnosis. The response from three individuals who looked at my rig (one being the supervisor himself) was that "although I would like to take your money you don't have frame damage" which was something that I heavily feared. It was something they could have lied about. Something they could have exaggerated. Instead they were upfront and honest. They even provided options for me to fix other problems I was having for cheaper. They acknowledged my automotive knowledge and know-how with vehicle in my ownership for years and gave me suggestions and offered to be a sounding board if I got stuck. All this for free. Had to be the most refreshing experience with automotive related service to date. Just upfront honesty and solid professionalism is literally all it takes. Why others don't get this remains a mystery.

From the moment I called the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The estimate was fast and they color matched on the spot. The longest wait I had was dealing with my insurance. They ordered my part and painted it the day it came in so all I needed to do was stop by and have it replaced. I highly recommend this place over any other in the area!

Very quick and professional work. We're very satisfied with the customer service and the warranty on anything they repair. I recommend this place to anyone who needs body work or towing. Fixed my car in a week with over 2000 worth of damage and Gerber said it would take 3 weeks and couldn't take the car for days , tried another Gerber and they said 5 weeks called d and m and they said bring it in and we're already ordering parts thankfully we found them due to Google and there reviews were great and there's a reason for it.
