If you are refurbishing a old home this is the place to come to get many authentic pieces. They also have many refurbished items. But bring your pocketbook and have it loaded. You'll need to pay for the quality of the wonderful items.
Absolutely BEAUTIFUL pieces in this store. We stopped to admire several tables, dressers, and more. We did not directly interacted with the staff but they were present and chatting with many shoppers, lovely family!
Made a special trip to Shipshe for this store. Google says it opens at 11:00, the sign on the door says 10:00. I arrived at 11:30 and no one in sight. Wasted time.
Just happened to wander into this store,and had a great conversation with one of the owners. Great selection of live edge slabs at great prices. Will definitely be back when I need some new material to work with!
Must-go spot in Shipshewana! My friends and I always stop in, and most recently we had regretted leaving something behind. I called and they were kind enough to ship the item to us! One of the many reasons we frequent the store, on top of the fantastic selection and amazing atmosphere.
Definitely one of the coolest shops in town! HUGE selection of wood logs for crafters, doors, antiques, and more. Even if you aren't a crafter, it is fun to just explore!
This is my favorite store. Not just my favorite in shipshewana, but my favorite store anywhere. Amazing one of a kind items, and it's owned by friendly, good people. If you can't find something here that you are dying to buy and make something with, then you're either not creative or you are legally blind.
My teenager loves antiques. He didn’t want to leave this place, so much to look at. My OCD brain found it a little cluttered in places but great stuff to look at. We went in the back and it looked closed. The front part was way more styled as a shop of refurbished furniture. Very nice pieces throughout.
Cherry Pickers are AWESOME. Their ideas are great and they spent a lot of time with me to make sure the desk they were going to make me was just what I wanted. They also worked with me to see if they had something or could make something for over my mantel. When I pick up the desk I'll be able to do some more shopping.
Love, love, love this place. This family owned shop is the best! The owners are so friendly and helpful. They make great pieces from upcycled items and they also sell items you can make for yourself. If you are looking for a finished product, they are the place to go. If you are looking for a project to work on, they are the place to go. They carry vintage and farmhouse items, table legs, door knobs, wood for signs or home decorating and so much more. Their inventory is always changing and they are making some amazing furnishings for the home.
They make some of the most beautiful furniture and accessories for home furnishings out of reclaimed wood and materials that I have seen yet. The talent and dedication of this family owned business is truly beautiful and is an exception to modern store bought standards. One of a kind!
There is a large selection of antique, refurbished, and new furniture here. It is all very beautiful and the owners are pleasant and helpful. Also, they sell lumber and fittings for your own projects.
Arugueably the coolest store in shipshewana. I think that Chip and Joanna Gaines from Fixer Upper would shop here if they lived in Indiana. This place is SO COOL. Barnwood and old stuff is the best way to describe it. Very good prices too.
