Had our alternator go out on us on I-65. Called them and they showed up within 15 minutes. The service driver Jared was very professional and personable. He had to hook up the car while in the snow along the highway. Brought us to a repair shop and then dropped us off at a car rental facility nearby.
The rudest customer service we have ever experienced. Tows your car, but won't release it on the weekends and then charges you for it. Also wouldn't let us get important documents out of the car. This place is extremely shady.
By far the worst experience i've ever had with a towing company. Had my bike towed by them a week ago and had the driver tell me he had no clue what he's doing. Bike was strapped down completely incorrect, when i brought this to the owners attention when picking up by bike I was told "shut up i don't wanna hear about what you have to say". Not sure what his name is but I can tell you this company doesn't care about you or your vehicle, they just care about collecting the next check. I can honestly say i'd push my bike home before ever letting them touch it again!
Called triple A for a dead battery. Been having issues for a few months with no solution, but cobbles came when I called triple A and found a loose connection nobody else could and got my car running. Great service!
Unprofessional. Beware Old man who answers the phone will lie to you. Drivers will steal contents from vehicles. Hours of operation will fluctuate based on laziness of office personal. Business card printed as closing at 5pm. Jokes on you. They close at 4pm.
We called Copples for a last minute need to assist at Camp Atterbury and James was all over it. Their rates were more then reasonable and the driver Jared was extremely professional and on time. Thank you fellas for the outstanding service and handling our needs as fast as you did.
We had to use AAA the other night and Copple's is the service provider that came out. I have to say the driver was the most laziest and unfriendly driver I have had to deal with. He made us drive our truck up on the flatbed and this just made our truck worse. The wheel bearing was bad before he made us drive it up the tire was not at an angle but as we drove up there it was coming apart. So I am not giving a good review at all.
I had a car that I was driving for a dealership. Just stop being able to start all of a sudden the battery was fine. It just wouldn’t start. I just needed them to move the vehicle literally 10 parking spaces so that they wouldn’t have it towed. The business it was where it was parked said they would have it towed if it was left overnight. The business next-door said they wouldn’t. Called AAA I got a text at 5 o’clock saying here’s a link to see the location of Copples Towing tow truck driver and he will be there in 15 minutes at 5:30. He’ll be there in 15 minutes. At 6 o’clock he’ll be there in 15 minutes do u get the picture? I waited over two hours and I can see his location was only three blocks from me and I sent someone to drive past it l… guess what??? it was his own house he wasn’t there working on a call that’s his house and he made me wait over two hours to move a vehicle 10 car spaces so I just canceled the service and used someone else.
This past August we had a flat tire on I-65 and pulled off the highway and limped to the nearest exit. We called AAA and within minutes, Michael showed up from Copple's Wrecker Service and he was extremely cooperative, friendly, efficient and professional! First time I ever been charged a fee to recover my personal property from a vehicle !!? I'm not so sure it's even legal to do this ,I was charged 145$ to get even my wife's purse wth credit cards driver's license my other vehicle keys house keys !!!pretty dam sure what they did was illegal and id never recommend

Do NOT ever use these people!!! The guy that came to tow my car was beyond rude and unprofessional. Like just completely uncalled for and unprompted. He yelled at me on the phone bc he showed up 30 minutes early and had to wait six minutes for me to get to him. Then he hung up on me. So then I’m nervous to even meet him and of course the entire interaction he was just rude and unprofessional and talked down to me. I really didn’t appreciate this as someone who was paying for a service. Save yourself the unpleasant interaction and use any other towing service.
Got into a wreck not my fault . Got insurances and legal licence . The day of wreck I was in middle moving all my belongs clothes my children pictures and school ect . My insulin and inhaler . Stuff from losing a child all in the van and I can't get it they won't even let me get my meds and photos and drawing I can't replace . I don't care if I left with one outfit I really want my personal belongs they can have the van keep it sale do what you wish but I deserve to have my belongs with out 20O + $ I don't have . I'm single mother trying to make it. On top that I lose my job. I really would love have my belongs back everything I owned is in the wrecker yard. They refused to give me anything. Smh what has this world gone to. I don't even have clothes because of their policy.
My car's serpentine belt broke on the highway, Michael from Copples showed up in about 15 minutes. He towed my car to Napa in Nashville, I bought a new belt and he then volunteered to install it for me! Very nice and professional. Kudos for going above and beyond! I now have a new favorite wrecker service.
Towed a car, was given a quote to fall under a certain dollar amount and then almost tripled it after it was done. Also, the driver went the wrong way causing additional wait time at night on the interstate and then was rude because there was a small dog having to ride in the truck as well. Bad business if you ask me. Would not recommend at all and will never use again.
Without question these folks operate the most unprofessional service in the industry. The gold standard by which all incompetent towing services should be measured. Do not let these people anywhere near your vehicle as damage will result. Rude staff, incompetent drivers and an attitude that reflects their lack of training.
The folks at this service were incredibly rude, badgering, and belittling. They essentially held our car hostage before charging us an incredible 270$ for what was less than a fifteen minute tow, despite the car being drivable at the time. They were very rude and unhelpful, and presented us with only one option when dealing with the car (which would benefit only them) instead of the several that were actually available to us as outlined by our insurance. Very rude and untrustworthy.
Ended up with a flat tire on our motorcycle today. Reached out to Copple's and Devon showed up.
Devon provided Excellent Service! Got us hooked up down at Mann's Harley! And we will be back on the road in no time! Could not be happier!!!

My car was towed to this this property and I went to retrieve stuff out of it and the lady would not let me into the yard because I did not have my key with me this time. I did not have my key with me in friday when I went out the first time and that was a terrible experience also. Paula whom apparently is an owner is very unprofessional and sees things in her own reality.
I called 3 days prior to needing the service to schedule a tow at a certain time. The day of the needed tow, there was no show. 2 hrs later still no show. Called them, the guy was still in bed. Driver called & said he was on the way. 9 hours later the tow was finally done. I will never use them again and nobody else should either
2 stars cuz he got me out of the "ditch". It was snowy, slick, very steep on shoulder. I still had 2 tires on the road but they couldn't get any traction. $157!!!!!!!! To pull me out in 5 minutes, the whole time griping. Highway robbery
I locked my keys in my car. We have 2 local locksmiths listed. Neither one would answer the phone or return a call. I called copples and they answered quickly and had my problem addressed in less than 3 mins. Don't call a locksmith. Just call Copples. The price seemed reasonable also
Charles helped me today with a car that wouldn't start. He arrived earlier than I expected, looked at my car, and helped me with the issue. He went above and beyond to help me out! Thanks for such great service!
Worst people I've dealt with in this field of work. I was in the hospital after a life threatening crash and they refused to let my family recovery my destroyed motorcycle from the lot. Repeatedly disrespected my family, provided horrible service and charged hundreds of dollars in fees for their own gain. Finally had to get a lawyer involved. Avoid at all cost!!
Rudest most incoopatant person I’ve dealt with in my life! The tow truck driver began screaming at me because he stated i did not have the right equipment change my tire. I’m sorry i thought that was what you were getting paid for. Only use this “service” if you want screamed at and left with no help because you don’t want your car towed over a simple flat tire
Our tire blew out on our Corvette at 6PM on a Sunday, the tow truck came and brought us to the dealership and even offered to drive us to our hotel. Very pleased with the service!
Just had the best experience with one of their driver's. Called AAA for a tow because of a flat. I drive a 94 Camaro Z28 and guess what... No spare. They dispatched Copple's and he when he showed up... Fixed my tire on the spot!!!! Truley a good person and a true professional. Thank you so much!!!!
Bought my daughter a car that broke down on I-65 on the way home on the 4th of July. Not only did they find it, but they recommended a good garage to fix it.! The towing fee was reasonable too. Thank you!
They are inconsistent, the guy asked what kind of car and when and where it was towed and then said well i don't know how much it will be, call back tomorrow. So I have to get charged even more because no one can help me today, I have to wait until tomorrow. Not professional at all.
Driver is the only driver to EVER refuse to tow duebto expired plate with AAA ALL others have done so with proof of ow ership... then when I told him I'd call AAA he just got in truck and left... the dispatcher didn't address the rudeness of the driver only about AAA policy. Pretty sure no one has a policy to just walk away from a customer and leave them without word... Will NEVER use them nor WAS AGAIN!!!
