This is a good place to bring your general metal scrap. I dont recommend bringing your copper, brass, or aluminum. Reason is they will under value your copper. Pay you the number 2 price when it is number 1. But on regular steel they pay good.
I was on my way from California to Ohio with a U haul trailer. My timing belt went out and this was the tow company who took me to the junkyard from the side of the highway. The owner let me stay overnight and took me for parts in the morning. I had taken off the timing chain and slept with my dog in the cab of my truck. The owner took me to the auto parts store for parts, and made sure my timing chain was correct when I put it back together. I would have been screwed without these people to help me bring my families possessions back to Ohio. I thank God every day for people people like this. I give this place a 10+! This was in 1996

Drove all the way out from Lexington IN because you show that you’re open. We arrive to an empty lot ! Yesterday you all closed early due to Black Friday ; what about today ?!
I was just there helping a friend. But they always do good business with my friend and have good prices for scrap. That's why my buddy keeps taking his business there.
Its a great place to go with very competitive prices. Most of the time they pay better than most of the rest. The people who work there absolutely know there stuff
this location has serious health hazards they fail to tend to! for example they force employees to work after testing POSITIVE FOR COVID-19! THEY TAKE ZERO MEASURES TO PROTECT EMPLOYEES OR CUSTOMERS! Currently they have 2 ACTIVE EMPLOYEES WITH COVID AND OTHERS HAVE NOT BEEN TESTED AS WELL AS SPOUSES HAVING COVID!! NOT TO MENTION THE ILLEGAL LAUNDERING OF FUNDS AND TAX FRAUD! But hell when you need a cheap and chopped part you have to do what you have to do!!!....I GUESS!
Was completely lost trying to figure out where to take my aluminum cans, even employees weren't sure where to take them, hardly any room to maneuver my truck around the lot, I go in office to ask where to go, I ring the bell, nobody comes to front & it's 20 minutes until their 'posted' lunch schedule, I finally figure out where to take cans, had to come back later to get paid because, again, nobody was in the office. Even when I went back to get my money, I waited 15 minutes in lobby of office, after ringing bell 3 times, the girl finally appeared from the back room... And then there's the payment.... Sad! 35¢ per pound.... Really kicking myself in the butt for giving these guys business!
