Top notch service, and I got a high quality engine at a great price.
I called ahead about an engine found on car-part.com and they were happy to answer my questions and send additional pictures. I drove a few hours to pick it up in-person because I wanted to look it over closer, scope in the spark plug holes, and turn it over by hand, and they had the engine out with spark plugs removed for me to speed things up. The whole transaction took just 20 minutes or so to inspect/buy/load the engine and get back on the road. The low mileage engine I got has a 90 day warranty, and I've swapped it into my truck and it's running like a dream. I highly recommend Ebbing Auto Parts, worth a few hour drive if they have what you need. But I understand they ship too. They are very up front about the mileage on pulled engines, and provide extra pictures so you know what you're getting.
Bought a truck bed this week from Ebbing. Checked it out on Wednesday, it was what I needed and priced fairly. I paid for it and told them I’d pick it up Friday. It was ready when I got there and they helped me load it with a forklift. Very friendly and helpful guys working there. Thanks again!
Had (most) of what I needed at a decent price - friendly and organized. I’m pretty sure they have a network they can also pull from to get parts, but that would take a little more time.

My brother-in-law secured a part from them for me. I went to pick it up and when the gentleman came outside to ensure the piece fit correctly, he discovered I didn't need a part at all. I merely needed a specific bolt re-tightened. He went back inside tightened, got the correct wrench and fixed my windshield wiper arm! NO CHARGE! My BIL highly recommended them to me and now I know WHY! Excellent Customer Service! Highly recommend!
Bought Engine in Dec 2023, they said it ran good when pulled, my mechanic had to put a timing belt and a water pump on it. After install it has a misfire on cylinder 5 and it smokes from exhaust, my mechanic said either bad valves or piston rings so basically bad engine. I sent this exact message to Ebbing with no response.

These guys are awesome. Great prices, super helpful. We put a 3rd row seat in our Durango, which hadn't had one factory, in their parking lot and they were amazing making sure I had the tools and parts I needed! We're not from the area but I highly recommend them to anyone needing parts!

Very friendly, helpful, and nice staff!! They were the only one's who had a transmission for my daughter's car. When we were supposed to pick it up at first they were fixing to get hit w/a snow storm so they called my husband and told him not to come that week so we wouldn't get stuck in the storm. That was very courteous of them.
Ridiculous. Refused to honor the return policy stated on the back of the receipt. Tried to change the story. Forced to take them to court. Not to be trusted!
I waited nearly three years to leave this review, because I wanted to be sure the parts I received were good quality. The A/C compressor in my 2011 Toyota Prius went out, and the dealership quoted me $2,800 parts and labor to replace it! I was able to shave more than $1,000 off the bill by providing my own used compressor, which I got through Ebbing Auto Parts. When the dealership installed the initial part I got from Ebbing, they claimed it "didn't work" even though I suspect from comments they made that they could have damaged it themselves. Ebbing Auto made me whole and sent me a second part without charging me again! The dealership installed that part and the A/C in my Prius is WAY colder than my other (much newer) vehicles! I was really happy with Ebbing Auto's service and response three years ago, and I am EXTREMELY happy three years with the durability of the part I got. This was a GREAT experience and I would absolutely use them again!
They sold us the wrong part and then charged us 20 percent just for them to put it back on the shelf. I'm 7 months pregnant and these soulless douche bags want to steal $60 from us. They said all they needed want the make, model, and year and that's exactly what my fiance gave them, and they gave us the wrong part and blamed it on us. They were completely terrible to do business with.
I ordered 3 obscure rims from Tony late on Thursday afternoon. They arrived in better than described condition by 12am Friday. I am located in Northeast Ohio, so a less than 24 hour turn around is fantastic. The rims were also packed really well. I am very impressed with how this business is run. The prices were incredibly reasonable. I will definitely order from Ebbing auto parts again. They are the first people I am going to call when looking for parts.
Polite customer service, knowledgeable workers who patiently answered the questions of this novice! Parts are reasonably priced. They had the parts I couldn't find elsewhere. Will use again even though it is well out of my way to go there.
