Counter help was very helpful, explained the different options available and even installed my part in the rain.

Hard to get in and out because of construction going on did have the part I need but was helpful by ordering it nexts day

I'm thankful that O'Reilly was open and that Jonathan G. (Sorry, can't remember entire last name) was so helpful. I was in town visiting family, but planning to leave the next morning to drive back home to SC when my car was having trouble starting. I knew it was probably the battery. My dad and I ran to O'Reilly early in the evening trying to beat the incoming storm. Jonathan was very polite, patient, and helpful. He found 2 options for a new battery in stock and was able to install it before the bad weather hit. So thankful for good service!

Dead 12V batteries can be exchanged for store credit here. Good selection, great customer service.
