I frequent auto parts stores, I'm a mechanic. The staff at this particular store rock.I leave with what I need every time so far.?

Good staff, but the store needs badly updated and closing hours are very inconvenient.

Went in today needing a wiper blade. Amanda was behind the counter and was terrific! I said I would need help and she said it was her 'area of expertise'. She came out and snapped it on in a flash. Terrific customer service and I will be back!

Great service n cheap discounted prices

Prices are a bit high, but that's small town auto shops. The drive would cost the same in gas. People there are nice. And help you to the best of their knowledge.

OK like a lot of bisnests in Greenfield.They have been in business for at least 70years and most over that.So they know how to treat poeple.You can know that they will treat you right.

Worthless! Lived in Knightstown for 2 years now. Went to this Napa 6 or 7 times now & have walked out empty handed every time! This time they were just rude and treated me like I didn't matter at all! I was the only customer in the store. Off to Newcastle I go. Thanks for wasting my time once again!
